**Please keep in mind this art is from a while back, during the time I was experimenting with different styles of drawing. My art style has never been consistent. These comics/drawings were made back in 2020. If you notice that they are drawn differently from some of my other art pieces, that is why.**

IT ALL STARTED back in May 14th of 2020, when I posted this drawing to Instagram with the joke, "Why would these two totally get along? It seems like quiet the howling mystery to me."

This was back when I was catching up with Ninjago and had just watched s11 for the first time. Now, I'll be frank: I don't like Akita. It's for various reasons, but one of those was the fact that Lego was pushing her as Lloyd's love interest right after the whole Harumi thing. Then I watched s12, and it kinda looked like Lego was hinting at a romance between Lloyd and Racer Seven. I then thought to myself, if Lloyd's going to have all these love interests, what would happen if they met?

The idea for a ridiculous AU began, an AU where Harumi and Akita are BFFs and hang out solely on the basis that they are both Lloyd's love interests. They formed a club, got a building to hold said club in, wear matching outfits, eat peanut butter, etc. 

Then on May 19th I posted this -->

"Welcome to the Lloyd's Love Interest Club, where we spend all day debating the best type of hoodie, watching anime, and snacking on peanut butter. In this club there are three rules and three rules only. .

1. No getting in the way of another love interest, no matter how much you want to.
2. Keep debates family friendly and generally respective. 
3. Racer Seven is not an official member... yet..."

I was stuck in quarantine, with hours of time on my hands. I had a computer. I had a drawing tablet. I had an Instagram. It was time to start bringing this AU to life.
