"Well, this place is.. interesting." Snape commented, his words slowly dropping off his tongue. "It's certainly different to what you're used to Professor, but it's homely in its own way." Hermione replied with a smile. "Hermione, I think it's more than acceptable for you to call me Severus from now on. After all, you have finished at Hogwarts and I am no longer your Professor." Snape told her seriously.

Hermione thought to herself, 'yes, he is no longer my Professor... and I'm no longer a Hogwarts student, golly I never thought I'd see the day.'
"Severus it is!" She beamed, parking him beside he sofa in the lounge.
"What the hell is that contraption and why are the chairs placed in desperation to face it?" Snape scowled. "Oh! That's the television, and underneath it.. that's the VCR. Do you remember I told you about films on cas.." "yes, i remember." Snape groaned, rolling his eyes at the witches inthusiasm.

Hermione disappeared for a few moments before returning with a smile.
"Your room is ready Severus, I thought it best for you to take my parents room." She explained. "Are you sure? Hermione I do not wish to tread o.." "I'm sure." She interrupted. Snape nodded and sighed as she wheeled him into the room.
She pulled him onto the bed, and panted in exhaustion afterwards.

The walls were magnolia, and the bed was an ottoman style.. with storage in its base. The wardrobes were white and fitted and there was 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. Hermione sighed as she looked at her mothers table, her perfume and make up still where she had left them. "Hermione.... come here." Snape suggested gently, and she did as instructed.

He wanted to hug her, wrap his arms around her perfect slim torso and comfort her but of course he could not. Hermione came to his bedside and he demanded she come even closer, which she did until her nerves stopped her from her lips stroking his. Snape placed a gentle kiss on her cheek.
"I cannot embrace you Hermione, but i can make sure you know that I'm here for you." He whispered gently.
