Preview: Kaminari can never forget about what his father said he would go to people during storms. So when a storm comes up he can not help but fear he will hurt his boyfriends.

Warning: Refers to abusive parents, fear of storms, quirk malfunctions

"Baka!" I shout while jumping up and down. "Give me attention!"

Bakugou looks over at me with a small meaningless glare, "Don't call me 'Baka' you idiot."

I pout and stick out my bottom lip. Shinsou looks away from our blonde boyfriend and at me. He waves me over with a smile and I quickly rush to him. He wraps me in a hug and I squeeze back with all my strength. He pulls away with a smile and ruffles my hair, "Give as a minute then we will both give you all of our attention."

"Yes!" I shout with joy before I bolt out of the kitchen so my boyfriends can talk.

I find myself in the common room and jump in to the couch. The TV is still on from the last person who was in here but it is currently empty. I move to change the channel to something more fun till the words from the TV catch my interest.

"Tonight there is going to be a severe thunderstorm. Everyone should stay inside for the night and if necessary relocate to a safer place inside your home."

The remote slips from my fingers and I stare at the screen in fear. Not just is a bad storm going to happen, it's a thunderstorm. A shiver shakes through my spine and I become extremely aware of the electricity that is flowing through my body because of my quirk.

"Dunce Face! We are here to give you attention or some shit," Bakugou grumbles while sitting down on the couch with me. He waves me over to his lap aggressively but I can not stop myself from flinching at the wave of his hand. He freezes his moments with a frown. "Why did you flinch?" he questions me.

I quickly stand while trying to hide my trembling, "Uh, I didn't flinch, your eyes must be playing tricks on you. Anyways, I am going to go upstairs now. Bye."

I attempt to rush up to my room but Shinsou grabs my wrist. I turn around a quickly pull my hand away. "What? You were just asking to hang out with us and now you are running away? What happened?"

My eyes can not help but dart to the TV screen that is now covering something other then weather, "Nothing."

Without another word I rush up the stairs and to my room. I make sure to lock the door and shut my window. I close the curtains and the room becomes pitch black. I find my way to my bed and crawl under the covers. Fear hammers my chest ad I sit with my blanket draped over my head. I am not ready for a storm.

Another whimper passes through my lips as I hear thunder boom form outside my window. Only a few seconds pass before lightning strikes and the entire room lights up a light yellow color. If only I had bought better curtains instead of a see though yellow one. I wish I went to Shinsou's room instead of mine. He had black curtains.

I hear a deafening clap of thunder followed by a flash before the faint whirling sound of the heater cuts out. I pull the blankets tighter around my body as tears flow freely from my eyes. The power probably cut out not that it made much difference in my room since I never turned the lights on. Although now it is noticeably colder.

The thunder booms again and before I see the flash of light I preemptively wince as my quirk forces a surge of electricity through out my body and slightly burns my blanket. That's the reason I am afraid.

My dad use to tell me that if I was even in the same building of someone durning a storm I would hurt, or even kill, then. I use to be kicked out of the house durning storms and sit outside in the rain soaking wet only to not be allowed back in till I dried off since water would only conduct my electricity. Even though social services were called and I was sent to a foster home I can not stop myself from remembering my fathers words and believing them.

I hear a knock come from my door but since I was prepared for the thunder not that I cry out in fear. At once my door is thrown open and due to the lightning the aluminates the room I can see my too boyfriends. I cry out and I throw my blanket over my head, blocking my view of the room.

"Holy shit it smells like something is burning in here," I hear Bakugou say while he probably waves his hand around in front of his face.

The floor boards creak as someone steps towards the bed and touches the blanket to have tightly wrapped around my body. "Kaminari," Shinsou starts with a soft voice, "are you okay?"

I move to answer before thunder booms and I yelp as a particularly strong surge of electricity goes through me. I hear him let out a long string of curse words while pulling away from me. More tears find there way to my eyes and I start to sob.

"Shinsou are you okay?!" Bakugou asks while rushing over to our boyfriend.

Sobs leave my lips and I hug my body. "I'm s-sorry! I..I'm sorry! I'm s-s..sorry!" I cry while begging for there forgiveness.

"It's- Shit," he hisses through his teeth and I cry some more, "It's okay. You didn't mean to."

I hear the floor boards creak again as one of the two moves towards me. I cry out some more and move so my back is against the wall while thrashing around. The blanket the was over my head falls down and I see Bakugou moving towards me. "No! I-I'll hurt y..you too!" I scream with fear.

He ignores me and wraps his arms around me. I struggle in his grip while screaming bloody murder but he doesn't move. He crawls on to the bed while forcing me into his lap. A clap of thunder blocks out the sounds of my cries but only makes me scream louder.

"Shhh," he murmurs softly while running his hands up and down my back, "You're okay. Shh,"

I fall limp in his grip while sobbing. He continues to whisper calming things to me while rubbing my back. The next time the thunder sounds I do not see the lightning to go with it. Worriedly I turn around to see Shinsou lifting up one of the several blankets the he had secured around my bed by chairs and other things he found in the room to block the terrifying view of lightning. He crawls on the bed too and moves next to Bakugou. He gently brushes his fingers through my hair while holding my hand with his other hand.

"I-I don't w..want to h-h..hurt you!" I cry while still clinging to Bakugou's shirt with one hand and Shinsou's hand with the other.

Shinsou smile sweetly at me and brushes away one of my tears, "You won't hurt us kitten. Just let us be here for you."

I shake my head as sobs pass my lips without permission, "N-No! I w..will!"

"No you won't," Bakugou argues while wrapping an arm around my body, "Even if you do it doesn't fucking mater because what hurts more then you zapping us is walking away while knowing you are in pain."

Before I can reply a loud thundering boom sounds and my quirk goes off. I feel both of my boyfriends tense and I cry out in pain. "I-I'm sorry!" I shout to them in distress.

"It's okay," Shinsou says while leaning his head down on Bakugou's shoulder.

"We will walk through the fucking flames of hell if it means we can be with you and keep you safe. We don't care about being zapped, I promise," he tells me while holding me close so I almost have no other option then to lean on his other shoulder.

"I l..love you g-guys so m..m-much," I say though my tears while burying my head into his shoulder.

"I love you too kitten," Shinsou murmurs before kissing my cheek.

"Love you Idiot. You too Eyebags," Bakugou says while holding us close.

"I love you too Explody Boy," Shinsou says with a smirk before kissing him.

We ended up staying up all night due to the storm and the shocks I kept admitting but it was the best night of my life.
