First Date ❤️

Preview: After flirting with Shinso Kaminari finally scores a date.

Ship: ShinKami

"I still can't believe I'm going out with him!" I squeal happily to all my friends who are gathered in my room.

"I can't believe it either." Bakugou mumbles under his breath. Kirishima hits his arm but I don't care. Even Bakubro's slide comments can get me down from this high I'm feeling.

"It's about time after all that flirting." Sero says while laying on his back on my floor.

I hum and agreement when suddenly Mina gasps and stands up. "OMG! What are you going to wear?!" She basically shouts.

I shrug. "I was planing on wearing this." I gesture to my simple jeans and white vans shirt.

Her face contorts in disgust and she moves over to my closet. She starts to throw my clothes every which way as the squad complains about her throwing some on them.

"Kami! Why didn't you tell me you had this!" Mina shouts as she pulls out something from my closet. It takes me a second to see what it is that she grabbed. I leap up onto my feet and pull it away from her and make sure that no one else can see it once I realize what it is.

"Oh! I meant to throw this away! It's uh, it's Jirou's!" I shout out. Jirou looks at me like I'm crazy.

"I didn't leave any of my clothes in here." She says giving me the eye. I really need to get better at lying.

Mina shoves a few more things into my hands before turning around. "Hurry up and change!" She exclaims. I know better then to disagree with her so I slip on the clothes as everyone's back is turned.

The outfit Mina gave me is a gray, baggy crop top with long sleeves. It's made out of wool so it's sure to keep me warm tonight wen it gets cold. She gave me knee high converses with yellow stitch work and laces. Lastly she gave me one of my favorite things I have in there, a black skirt that cuts off right before my knees.

I never wore the skirt out before because a lot of people think it's weird for guys to wear skirts although I like to say clothing has no gender.

"Y-You guys can turn around." I stutter out. As soon as everyone looks at me there eyes widen and I am suddenly flooded with compliments.

"That looks so good on you!"

"I wish I could pull that off!" I mean.. no ones stoping you.

"You should wear that skirt more!"

We spend a few minute more getting me ready before I finally leave. Toshi send me an address of where to go so we will meet up there. I really hope this date goes well.

I arrive at a park and start to wonder around. It is a nice scenery with a few scattered trees and a big lake. After walking for a bit I see a little picnic set up right next to the lake with a nervous looking Hitoshi playing with a small box. I tale a deep breath. Now or never.

"H-Hey Hitoshi." I say giving an awkward wave. He scrambles to his feet and suddenly freezes. I watch as he gives me a once over and I do the same to him.

He is wearing a white V-neck shirt with a leather jacket placed over it. The shirt is tucked in to his black ripped jeans that have a chain belt that dips on one side. All in all, he's stunning.

"You look amazing." He blurts our before turning red. I giggle lightly.

"Thanks. You do too." He smiles at me for a second before seeming to remember his plan for our date.

He holds out a hand for me and I take it. We glide across the grass then sit down on the picnic blanket. Hitoshi pulls out some homemade sandwiches and soda.

We dig in and I can't help but let out a moan in delight. "This is delicious!"

He smiles sweetly at me. "Good. I wanted everything to be perfect for you because that's what you deserve." My heart swells.

"I don't deserve you." I almost whisper under my breath. Curse Hitoshi and his good hearing because I huge frown comes on to his lips.

"That's not true. You deserve the world. So in a way your right, you don't deserve me, you deserve someone much better." I shake my head and crawl closer to him.

"You are amazing Hitoshi. All I could ever want. No one is better then you." We stare into each others eyes and a silent decision is made in my head.

I, Kaminari Denki, will one day marry, Shinso Hitoshi.

And with that he leans into me placing a tender kiss on my lips as of saying that he will be looking forward to that day. He wraps his arms around my waist and lifts me up on to his lap. I wrap my legs around his waist and let my finger play with the hair on the back of his head. We continue our sweet kiss that holds little to no lust before pulling away for air.

I breath heavily while looking into his eyes. "I- I know this is too soon but I have been pinning over you for over a year, I love you." There is a beat of silence as he looks for any sign that I am tricking him or playing with his feelings.

He leans his forehead against mine and closes his eyes. I do as well. "I'm not there yet but I will be one day."

My heart swells. Most would be upset by what he just said but I'm not. I know that it is too soon for him so if he said 'I love you' back I would know that he was lying. Instead he said that one day he will say it back and I'm going to count down each and every day until that moment.

We pull apart and he pulls a small black box out of his pocket. "I have something for-"

"Look out!" He is cut off by a biker who is clearly lost control. With out a seconds hesitation I wrap my arms around Hitoshi and roll us out of the way towards the lake.

Drop.

We lay there for a second looking at the lake where the small box fell into it. The biker hasn't come back to apologize seeing he was still on a bumpy ride.

"I-I'm so sorry." Toshi stutters our with tears in his eyes. I sit up and pull him into a hug.

"It's fine. I didn't need a gift anyways." I try to say comforting.

He shakes his head and pulls away. "No. It was a silver bracelet with your name carved into it. It was going to finish the night off perfectly."

"The night is perfect."

He shakes his head again. "No. I feel so bad now that you can have it."

I frown before an idea pops into my head. I stand up and pull off my wool crop top and then unzip my high tops and take off my socks leaving me in only my skirt.

"What are you doing?" He asks looking at me confused with a slightly red face.

"I going to get the bracelet."

He stands up and grasp my arm. "No, it's fine. Surely by now it's all the way at the bottom of the lake."

I just shoot him a smile before jumping into the lake. The freezing water hits my skin and I let out a little shriek. "OH MY GOD! It's freezing!" I shout rubbing my hands against my arms while looking at a shocked Toshi.

"Get back out then. I told you it's fine." He says regaining his composure.

I shake my head before diving down. The water is all murky making it hard to see. I swim down a little deeper before a small black box can be seen. I wrap my hand around the wet felt box. I swim back to the surface and gasp for air.

"I-I got i..it." I stutter out as I crawl on to the parks fake grass.

He rushes over to me and slips off his jacket. He throws it over my shoulders and starts rubbing them. "Your going to get a cold you idiot."

I ignore him and open up the box. Inside sits the most beautiful silver bracelet I have ever seen. I slip it on to my left wrist and play with it for a second.

"I-It's beautiful." I say finally looking up into Hitoshi's purple eyes.

He smiles at me. "Just like you."
