Third Person P.O.V
Alesa's eyes trail to Sky who is talking to Seto about something. She bites her bottom lip as her eyes trail down him. She doesn't want to love Sky but she does. She has been here for about two days and Mitch hasn't left for the demons base yet. But she also can't keep her eyes off of Sky. She pulls her hood up and glues her eyes to the table. Seto still hasn't told Midnight about him dying within a month. Amber is sitting across from Alesa. Amber is looking at Alesa. Amber signs. They haven't spoke a word to each other very much. But Amber can see something between Alesa and Sky that she is standing in the way of. Sky comes and sits on the table near Amber. He turns halfway and looks at Alesa.

"What's up with her?" Sky asks. Amber crosses her arms and leans back in her seat. She looks from Sky to Alesa. Alesa meets her eyes.

"Sky, Seto, can we have the room?" Amber asks. They leave. Alesa looks up hearing the door shut and looks at Amber. She was about to say something when Amber cuts her off. "If your trying to hide the fact you have a massive crush on Sky, it's not really working on me." Alesa looks at Amber.

"I don't want to come between you two Amber. I swear I don't. Midnight told me about how you were by his side when he was dying from the blight curse." Alesa said. Amber nods. "I thought it wouldn't be a problem anymore, but it still is." Amber thinks for a second and uncrosses her arms.

"You talk as if you know something we don't." Amber said.

"I...I have a cure for it actually." Alesa said. Amber jumps out of her chair slamming her hands on the table leaning forwards slightly.

"Come again?" She asks.

"I created a cure that can expel any curse. Even the blight curse." Alesa said. Amber stares at Alesa for a second. She points a finger at Alesa.

"Are you fudging with me?" Amber asks. Alesa shakes her head.

"Nope. I tested it, it works in my friends line of work." Alesa said.

"And who are your friends?" Amber asks. Alesa grins slightly.

"Now that's classified info Amber. But their leader was Austin's best friend." Alesa said. Amber thinks for a second and looks at Alesa.

"You talking about Shane aren't you?" Amber asks. Alesa feels like a knife stabbed her in the heart and looks at the table.

"Yeah. You know, Sky reminds me a lot like Shane. They are both amazing fighters. Austin did have Sky train and fight to match Shane's fighting style." Alesa said.

"About this cure, can it cure Sky's blight curse?" Amber asks. Alesa looks at Amber.

"Of course. But with his brine side, I don't know how it would react to that. Anything could happen." Alesa said. Amber sits back down.

"That curse slows him down Alesa. Take off his amulet and he can't move. He got it because of Kitty...wait." Amber said.

"The clues were there all along that something about Kitty was off. She is the reason why Sky got the blight curse. That he was almost killed several times cause she couldn't fight for herself." Alesa said. Amber looks towards the door.

"That enemies seem to know this base inside out without every having to enter it." Amber said looking back at Alesa.

"Getting close to the most important and powerful person in Minecraftia. Crawling into his heart and use her words and his feelings to manipulate him slowly, to guild him to his grave. Wow...you have to admit Amber, you got to be a little impressed how cunning and deceitful Kitty really was." Alesa said. Amber nods slightly.

"I'm glad Ty killed her before she could kill Sky." Amber said. Alesa nods.

"She deserved it. Besides if she did succeed." Alesa said. She puts her feet up on the table. "I'm sure the recruits would have a very interesting conversation with her."

"You don't hurt the Sky Army General in any way, shape, or form. Not if you want to feel the wrath of his recruits." Amber said.

"I didn't get their wrath when I hurt Sky emotionally." Alesa said. Amber stays silent for a few seconds.

"Because we knew if we touched you, we would be the ones hurting him." Amber said.

"W-What?" Alesa asks.

"You guys are just met to be. But you won't let it happen because of some problems in the past. The past is the past. It can't be changed." Amber said. Alesa lowers her feet pushing her skirt down a little.

"But..But..no. Your with him." Alesa said. Amber nods.

"Yes. Yes I am. But I think we both know who he really belongs with. Now don't we?" Amber asks. Alesa looks away from her blushing a little.

"I...I.." Alesa said.

"Go ahead Alesa. Throw a meaningless excuse at me why you can't." Amber said. The door opens and it's Sky.

"Eavesdropper." Alesa said quietly.

"Not my fault you two speak loud and what is this about me?" He asks closing the door behind him. He looks at Amber.

"Sky I know you love this girl across from me." Amber said. Sky shakes his head blushing a little.

"No. She's just...just a.." Sky trails off trying to find a word.

"You loved me before she came into the picture. I know you did. But I can tell when I don't belong somewhere. And it's not with you. I belong as just a friend to you. That's it. Alesa over here belongs as something way more." Amber said looking over at Alesa. Sky puts his hands on the table and leans forward slightly looking down at the table. "I don't know what happened between you two to make it end up like this, but isn't it time to put it in the past? Think about it you two. And Sky, I'm sorry but let's just be friends okay? It was fun while it lasted." Amber gets up and leaves. The two stay silent for a few moments. Alesa looks at Sky who hasn't move. Alesa tries to look at his face but his thick hair is in the way. Alesa stands up a little.

"Maybe she is right. It really wasn't your fault that Austin died." Alesa said. Sky sniffs.

"Yes it is Alesa." Sky said sounding a little upset.

"No-"

"I never told you what really happened." Sky said. Alesa stares at him for a second.

"Don't say anything then." Alesa said. Sky looks up at her.

"But you deserve to know." Sky said. Alesa moves closer to Sky.

"You would have told me it if I wanted to hear it." Alesa said. They both stay silent for a few moments. "I have a way to get rid of your Blight Curse."

"Really?" Sky asks. Alesa nods. Alesa turns him a little so he faces her. She puts one of her fingers on Sky's chest.

"Maledicite terrae tuae rodige solvite." Alesa said. Nothing happens that is shown but Alesa lowers her hand.

"That did nothing." Sky said. Alesa grabs his amulet.

"Let's see then." She said. Alesa slowly takes his off him and nothing happens. Sky looks at the amulet she is holding. Sky smiles.

"Thanks. What did you do?" Sky asks. Alesa stares at Sky for a second.

"Quite simple really. I just didn't expect it to work on you with your brine side." Alesa said. Alesa grabs his jacket with one hand. She puts the amulet back around his neck. She smiles. "Now your back to yourself again."

"Really?" Sky asks.

"Well your still your stubborn and irritating and cute self." Alesa said. Sky puts his hands in his coat pockets.

"O so I'm cute." Sky said. Alesa blushes slightly.

"Don't flatter yourself." Alesa said.

"Well your still your pretty self." Sky said.

"If we are just gonna...you I'm pretty?" Alesa asks.

"How can you not be? Your smart and clever. Sometimes too smart for your own good." Sky said.

"And your too stupid sometimes to see what you have." Alesa said.

"And your good at pushing people away like you did to me before. But not this time." Sky said.

"Sky-" Sky kisses her and she feels his hand on her arm. Alesa tenses up and freezes. She grabs Sky's shirt ready to shove him away from her but she doesn't. Sky pulls away.

"Sorry, c-couldn't help myself." Sky said. Alesa pulls Sky against her.

"Kiss me again damnit." Alesa said. Sky smiles slightly and she smiles as well. They kiss and Alesa slowly wraps her arms around Sky's neck as she feels his hands on her back pulling her against him.

I have been waiting since book 8 to write that kissing scene. I know some of you guys have been too and it was worth the wait in my opinion. I was actually gonna have Quentin come in and ruin it before they kissed but I thought that would be just too mean.

Did you think that was the end of this chapter? No it's not.

Seto looks at Midnight as she practices spells for the plan. Seto looks at the floor. He wants to tell her, but he doesn't want to break her heart. Seto winces in pain suddenly and leans against the wall. He puts his hand on his head and Midnight looks over at him. She runs to him and grabs his arm.

"Are you okay baby?" Midnight asks. Seto feels a cold stab to the heart when she called him that.

'I need to tell her. I'm telling her now. Right now.' He thinks to himself. Seto looks at her eyes. He sees worry and concern in her eyes.

"I...I need to tell you something." Seto said. Midnight nods and lets go of his arm.

"What is it?" Midnight asks. Seto stares at her for a few seconds.

'Why did I ever let my feelings for her take over me? I knew my time was coming, so why did I ever decide having a girlfriend would be a good idea at my age. I'm such an moron and a jerk.' Seto thinks to himself. He feels tears form in his eyes. 'I can't. I can't do it.' Seto looks away from her. He sinks to his knees putting his arms around his stomach. Midnight goes down in front of him.

"What's wrong? Stop crying please." Midnight said.

"Just...Just hurts a lot." Seto said. Midnight wipes his face.

"Okay. Sit down." Midnight said. Seto sinks on the floor. Midnight sits too. "Maybe I could ask Alesa for that stuff she used on you to get rid of the pain. Your wounds are almost healed."

"No. No. It's fine, I can live with a little pain." Seto said. Seto puts his back against the wall.

"What did you want to tell me by the way?" Midnight asks. Seto's eyes look at her trying to think of something else to say.

'I have lied to her about this before. Why does it seem so hard right now?' He thinks to himself.

"You don't need to worry about me. I can take care of myself after all." Seto said. Midnight smiles.

"Your getting better. You'll be back to yourself soon. Then after this is over we'll finally have time to ourselves." Midnight said. Seto forces a smile, holding back a few tears.

"Yeah." Seto said. Alesa comes in and Midnight stands up.

"Pain came back, can you get rid of that?" Midnight asks. Seto stares at the floor pulling his hood up. Alesa stares at Midnight for a second and then looks down at Seto.

'Really? You went to lying.' Alesa thinks to herself. Alesa looks at Midnight.

"Yeah. Go back to whatever you were doing. I'll take care of him." Alesa said. Midnight smiles. She kisses Seto's cheek and leaves. "That's the last time I'm covering up for you. Your lucky you have those wounds or else you probably wouldn't be able to come up with a lie that she would believe." Seto says nothing but stares at the floor. She signs. "I know it is h-"

"No you don't. I'm weak Alesa. I was gonna tell her, but then I saw that worry on her face and she talked about after this. I just couldn't break that smile on her face." Seto said sounding upset. Alesa smiles slightly and sits down on the floor.

"Your not weak Seto. Your strong just like we all are. You are just so kind hearted that you can't take hurting someone's feelings. Especially someone you come close to. That's what we love about you. It's what separates you from a Dark Sorcerer. But...she deserves to know the truth. No more lies, no more cover ups. Which would you whether have Seto, be able to comfort her before or die before she even knew?" Alesa asks. Seto looks up slightly and at her.

"Be there for her of course." Seto said. Alesa smiles.

"Well then, I believe you have a job to do." Alesa said.

"Now?" Seto asks. Alesa nods and crosses her arms.

"Get your ass up and tell her, old man." Alesa said.

"At least I'm not a kid." Seto said. Alesa rolls her eyes.

"How old did you say you were to us instead of your real age?" Alesa asks.

"18." Seto said. Alesa arches up a eyebrow  scanning Seto.

"I would have said you were 20." Alesa said. They both stand up.

"That's your opinion." Seto said.

"Wait, would that mean that I'll outlive Sky?!" Alesa almost shouted. Seto crosses his arms.

"No you won't Alesa. Sky has an extended life span like we do since he is Herobrine's son." Seto said. Alesa smiles.

"Thank god." Alesa said.

"But Alex will outlive Ian. Jess will outlive Jason." Seto said. Alesa shakes her head slightly.

"No. Jess is mortal." Alesa said.

"The wither curse will end up killing Jason before Jess hits her early 40s." Seto said.

"Does Jason know this?" Alesa asks. Seto shakes his head.

"And it's better if he never does." Seto said.

"How about Ty and Ghost and Mitch and Alikai?" Alesa asks.

"Alikai and Mitch are a thing?" Seto asks. Alesa shrugs her shoulders.

"I can see it." Alesa said.

"Alikai is mortal. Mitch is demon. Mitch will outlive her. Since Ghost was cursed with ender power....noo...Ghost will outlive Ty." Seto said.

"Wait why?" Alesa asks.

"It would be the other way around if Ty wasn't such a idiot sometimes." Seto said. Alesa stares at Seto confused. "He thinks since he can fly, he can jump off anything and trust his wings to save him."

"I would have agreed either way without the explanation." Alesa said.
