Chapter 3:Talent Show

Summer and scarleet get ready for the talent show today was the day and ienzo said he wasnt planning on coming in until next month and summer had on skinny jeans with a white tank top and a leather vest over it and scarlett had on something similar except her vest wasn't leather summer's hair was curly as usual and she looked in the mirror and she threw her strawberry blond locks over her shoulder she smiles into the mirror and she walks out grabs everything they used clouds truck summer is loading the stuff inside the truck and she's in the bed of the truck and summer lifted up the drums and lays her elctric guitar and acoustic guitar in the tool box and she said "hey pop will you hand me the amps i don't wanna hurt my back".

Cloud smiles and said "yeah hold on" he lifts up the 3 amps her dad and mom was still inside getting ready and summer shouts "daddy come on we're gonna be late its already 9:45 and i said i would be there at 10" axel and roxas walk out and summer says "daddy uh put scarletts amp in the back seat for me because it's not gonna fit put it next to my keyboard" he smirks and says "summer calm down ok" summer gives him a look he knew all to well and axel says "your so much like your mother" roxas smiles and winks at summer and she laughs and he says "are you gonna ride in the back or you gonna sit on the toolbox?" she smiles and says "uh toolbox i'll just strap myself in so i'll be fine" she nodds summer sits on the toolbox cloud takes the strap that was also holding down the drums and put it across her legs and hooked it on the side he got in his truck and axel and roxas got in there car because clouds truck was filled up with music guitars and the amp and the keyboard took up the whole backseat and the amp was in the front seat and they all went off to the school summer and scarlett got a pass to the auditorium to set up.

When everyone started to fill up the auditorium and her whole family was there demyx and zexion kohanna and sora riku and sterling and my brother slade shinra and my mom and dad was all here all who was missing was ienzo summer sighs as her and scarlett are connecting the stuff and summer says "i wish ienzo was here" scarlett smiles and wraps a arm around her and says "you know he would be here if he was home" summer smiles and goes and sits down and the principle says as he step on the stage "well hello everyone ok this is not just a regular talent show this has been a tradition for twilight town high for a long time and today isn't just a regular talent show today is a reunion of the old battle of the bands back when roxas sora and riku and axel and demyx was all that age and i am so glad to have the old generation with the new generation come axel riku you guys stand up for us" the whole school clapped as they stood up and priciple fisher says "summer when your mom first got pregnant with you and you were just a baby it seems only yesterday you were a baby they growed up to quickly so scarlett summer come on up here" the whole crowd uproars and summer says "ok this first song is one of my personal favorites i didn't write it but its one of my all time favorite songs"  she nodds to scarlett and she starts playing

the crowd uproars and everyone steps off the stage and sits down and when they was dissmissed to class they was approached oh you guys was so good you should do a record label and as they walked out to the hallway scarlett had to get a book from her locker and she was approached by three girls and one girl had long black hair it was in a braid and she says "scarlett i must say that little story that summer told us about you being bullied when you were little its not beliveable i mean does she really think we were born yesterday the best thing you need to do is go back inside the closet because your not wanted in either place" scarlett sighs and think just be brave "lulu just leave me alone alright i wanna keep peace you say you don't believe i'm bein bullied well thats just calling the pot kettle black".

Lulu snickered and said "your pathetic not either girls nor guys want you i mean who would be stupid enough to go out with you they would have to be blind" tears stream down scarletts cheeks and then she hears salvation "hey back off so what if she's gay you gotta problem against lesbians because i'm not like these other girls that take it say one more thing and i will put you 6 ft under" lulu scoffed and scarlett thought it was summer but it wasn't it was a different girl she smiles at her and says as the mean girls walk off "i'm paine" scarlett smiles and shakes her hand "i'm scarlett thank you you didn't have to do that" paine smiles and says "yeah i did why do you let them be mean to you?" scarlett shrugs as they start to walk to the office where she was gonna be checked out "i don't like fighting i'm more of a lover not a fighter" paine smiles and nodds and she says "uh i know this probably out in left field but would you maybe wanna go out sometime?".

Scarlett smiles and grabs her book and shuts her locker as they start walking and she says "uh i barely know you but uh you seem like a nice person ok sure" paine smiles and nodds and says "uh how bout tonight? we can go to this ice cream place i like" scarlett giggles and says "ok uh do you wanna meet there or?" paine blushes and says "uh no if you want i can pick you up" scarlett smiles and nodds and says "uh do you know where uh sea salt ice cream store is?" she nodds and says "yeah thats the place i was gonna take you to uh cloud and zack are my friends" scarlett smiles and says "uh cloud is my grandpa" paine giggles and says "really?" she nodds and when they get to the office her family is waiting on her and paine says "uh i'm gonna get to class pick you up at 6?" scarlett blushes and hides her face and nodds paine smiles and kisses the top of her hand scarlett blushes yet again and paine leaves and then she see's her family waiting for her and summer says "uh who was that?" scarlett smiles and says as she looks behind her to watch paine walking off and she says "a friend".
