Tony Stark's Lab

"The framework isn't compatible." Stark says to  Bruce Banner.

"You need to upload the schematics in the next three minutes - the genetic coding tower isn't compatible, Tony." Bruce Banner replies.

Steve, Wanda, Pietro, and I walk into the room, and immediately try to stop Stark.

"I'm going to say this once." Steve says. 

Tony rebuts with, "How 'bout 'nonce'?"

"Shut it down!" Wanda says.

"Nope. No matter what miss nightmare says, not shutting this thing down."

"You don't know what you're doing!" Steve exclaims.

"And you do? They aren't in your head? Listen, I don't care if the kid came with us, I don't trust her! How do you know they aren't still working for Ultron? How do you know they aren't in the same mindset as they were when they let the other guy out?" Bruce Banner says.

"I know you're angry." Wanda says. 

"Oh, I'm way past that. I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade." I gulp. He's threatening my sister, and I don't like it.

Everyone starts to argue, but suddenly, Pietro runs around and unplugs everything connected to the Cradle.

"Go on, you were saying?" He taunts. Faster than I could blink, the Archer shoots a gun through the glass floor Pietro is standing on, and he falls. At the same time, Bruce Banner grabs Wanda, and puts her in a chokehold.

"Go on, piss me off."

I shoot a ball of energy at him, and he moves out of the way. I get ready for another shot, but Stark grabs me and puts his Iron Man gloved hand to my head.

Everyone struggles for a bit, but then Thor comes in and hits the Cradle with his hammer, a lightning bolt of energy arcing across the room.

A green and red figure comes out and launches itself at Thor, who throws it to a window, where it hovers.

"The Mind Stone. One of the seven Infinity Stones. Thats what's in it's head. Unparalleled in it's destructive capabilities. I've had a vision. A whirlpool that sucks in all life, and two things stand at the center. One of them is that. The other one is unimportant right now." He stares at me through the corner of his eye.

"Then why would you bring it to life?" Steve says.

"Because Stark is right. The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron." Thor replies, before the creepy robot thing turns around.

"Not... alone."

"Why does your 'vision' sound like JARVIS?"

"We used part of JARVIS to create something new."

Bruce mumbles something under his breath, and the 'vision' replies, "You think I'm a child of Ultron?"

My sister raises her chin. "I looked into your head and saw annihilation."

"Look again."

"Yeah, none of their approval means anything to me." The Archer says.

"Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself... they all came from this. They're nothing compared to what it can unleash. But with it on our side..." Thor starts.

Steve picks up the sentence, finishing with, "We might have a fighting chance. Is it? Are you on our side?"

"It's not that simple. I am on the side of life. Ultron isn't. I don't want to kill Ultron; he's unique, and he's in pain. But that pain will destroy the Earth, so it needs to be destroyed. Every single part of him needs to be wiped away. We need to go, now." The 'vision' says. The Archer explains that Ultron and Nat are in Sokovia, and the 'vision' picks up Thors hammer and hands it to him. Everyone starts to walk away, but the 'vision' motions for me to stay.

"Hello, Kristal. I am 'Vision'. May we talk?" He asks me. I nod, and he continues. "The Stone in my head is related to the Stone around your neck. Thor said he had a vision. I believe the other thing was that Stone, or rather, you. Anyways, in the sense of our stones being related, we are like brother and sister, not in any literal sense. I will protect you with my life, little sister."

I blink. Me? At the center of the end of the world? The 'vision', or, Vision, being my older brother? "I'm sorry, I have to go... right now." I run off, and decide not to tell my sister or brother. We board the quinjet, and take off toward Sokovia.

Sokovia

Pietro speeds into the Police Station, as Wanda and I use our powers to get people out of the city. People we know, people we grew up with.

Suddenly, Sokovia starts to rise, and people start falling off the edge. My eyes widen, as I jump as well, using my powers to stay in the air, lowering people softly to the ground.

I fly back up to Sokovia, and see Wanda and the Archer talking.

"How could I let this happen? This is all our fault." She says, crying.

"Hey, look at me. It's your fault, it's everyone's fault, who cares. Are you up for this? Are you? Look, I just need to know, cause the city is flying. Okay, look, the city is flying, we're fighting an army of robots, and I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense. But I'm going back out there because it's my job. Okay? And I can't do my job and babysit. It doesn't matter what you did, or what you were. If you go out there, you fight, and you fight to kill. Stay in here, you're good, I'll send your brother to come find you, but if you step out that door, you are an Avenger. Alright, good chat." With that, he steps out, and shoots arrows at robots. But they overwhelm him, and Wanda comes out, and completely pulverizes them.

Then, Steve speaks over the comms, and Pietro picks up Wanda and speeds off. The Archer aims a arrow in his direction, and speaks. "Nobody would know. Nobody. Aww, yeah, last I saw, Ultron was sitting on him. He'll be missed." I laugh, and run in the direction I know everyone is going to. The church.

As we arrive, the entirety of the Avengers is there, but SHIELD is here, and most of them need to go help citizens. Wanda stays, and I go with the Archer. We find a child who's lost, and take him to the lifeboats, but Ultron flies a fighting plane, shooting, I turn and brace for impact, but something shields the Archer, the kid, and me. I turn, to see a bus in the way. Looking around, I see Pietro. 

Somethings wrong. I can feel it. I walk over to Pietro, and it feels like a dream. Everything but Pietro is blurry. I can't hear.

I make it over there, and Pietro is littered with bullet holes.

"Pietro?" I breathe.

"P.. Princess... I'm.. Happy you.. made it. I.. love you... forever." Then he goes limp.

For the next five seconds, im still. Then the world comes crashing down on me, and everything is amazingly bright, and I hear everything. Shadows blanket Pietro and I, and the Archer comes over.

"Kid, you need to get on the lifeboat. I'll take him, but you need to go. Your sister is already on there. We destroyed Ultron, but we need to find a way to get rid of this flying mass of Earth." He says, picking up Pietro.

In that moment, I know what I need to do.

"Is everybody on?" I ask. He nods. He walks onto the lifeboat, and I use my powers to close the doors.

Sis, I'm sorry.

What? Where are you.

She sees me and bangs against the lifeboat walls.

A single tear drops.

I go to the middle of the floating island.

I summon all my power.

I'll be there soon, brother.

All hell breaks loose, and the world is suddenly nothing but clouds and falling.
