Your POV

I reached the neighboring town in just two days. Lucky? Yes. I used my demon soul to roam faster. I looked around since it was night time.

'No demons in sight.' i thought.

I roamed around on my human form and started walking.

"Uhm..are you a demon slayer??" A civilian asked me.

"No i dont know that thing sorry." I said

"If your looking for demons, theyre at the forest. Please save us!!"
Seeing no demon activities, i went to the forest.

15 minutes later

"Hoh?? Food is here people!" I heard as twelve demons came out of the trees.

"Hmm...from what i experienced back there...i need to eat demons to stay longer in my demon soul form... One demon devoured equals one day......this is twelve days plus the others i ate back then..." I said.

"Huh?? You ate demons? Don't make us laugh..." The leader said. He ordered them to attack me but i remained calm.

"Kinjutsu Pinnacle Ninja..." I chant as i change to my demon soul form.

They continue to charge at me while i just opened the stomach mouth i had. I started using it to suck them in. One by one, they began to try crawling away, to no avail.

"Nooo!!" One of them said

"Let us go!!" Another one said.

"Get in." I said as i used more force.

When All of them got devoured. Blood splattered in the spots they were previously at.

"Eleven days are added...one demon left..." I said as i returned to my normal look. And changed my crop stick back to ame no habakiri.

"Hm?" I noticed he ran away.

"Looks like the game of hide and seek commences." I said.

Demon POV

"Haaah...he won't find me in this cave.." i said.

"Yeah im sure he wont find you." I hear someone say.

"Yeah. I technically won against him in this hide and seek." I said.

"Hmm...then that means your tagged." He said.

"What?!" I said as i looked at the source of the voice.

"W-WHAT?!?" I shout as i try to escape.

"Ame no habakiri, will devour you. Ninjutsu Demon Feast!" He said as i felt something eat me from my feet.

"NOOOO!!" I screamed as i was surrounded by darkness.

Your POV

" Bingo." I said as blood splattered on the floor.

"Add another one day..." I said as i practically can stay in my demon soul forever. Note that my demon soul is separate from my body so if i obtain damage on it, my body is unaffected and my demon soul is constantly regenerating after use.

"Okay, time to head to the northern village." I said as i flew using my demon soul in the forest.

Kagaya POV

"Hmm...Amane, please send a crow and ask for the demon to meet me...his name is hanzo." I said as i heard that his name was hanzo. I have been observing his actions and i must say, he is very kind.

"As you wish oyakata sama." Amane said as she left.

"Will you be willing to help us rid the world of demons??" I ask myself as i looked at the sun rising.

Your POV

Another 2 days later

"Hmm...this northern village looks quite nice..." I said.

I looked around and saw alot of people socializing with each other. A perfect target for demons.

"I guess I'll have fun for a bit." I said as i roamed around town.

"Come take a look at this painting!!"

"Try out my croquette!!"

"Cotton candy for sale!!"

"Get your own balloons!!"

"Try your luck with this spinning wheel!!"

"Mom!! Lets eat!!"

"Yes, we shall."

"It looks very peaceful here.." i said to myself.

"Nee san, are you sure we can see him here?"

"Don't worry shinobu, i want to meet him, im assuming he would be here to find demons!"

"Are you sure your allowed to come here with no orders?"

"Everything will be fine shinobu, oyakata sama knows i am helping him find the person!!"

"Ehhh...those two looks quite cute.." i said. I left to find a restaurant to eat lunch on.

"Hey, did you hear?" A stranger talked to his friend.

"What is it?"

"Apparently, on the forest of the neighboring village, demon blood were splattered along the ground. Apparently, one was found in the cave too!"

"Scary.." his friend said

"Looks like it has spread..." I said as i sighed.

"Uhm, excuse me! Do you know where we can find a restaurant?" The girl from before asked.

"Oh, its right there." The stranger said.

"Thank you for telling nee sama." The younger sibling said as they left for the restaurant im going to.

I went inside and took a seat. A waitress that looked like she lived once in a neighboring country went to me.

"Velcome to our restawrant, vould you like to look at our menu??" She asked.

"Your accent is different...are you perhaps a foreigner?" I asked.

"Vhy yes sire. I came from portugal and to russia, then came here." She replied.

"Then, if you may, may i taste how you cook a portuguese breakfast?" I ask.

"Vhy it would be my honor." She said as she took the menu from me and left.

Minutes later

"Here is your portuguese breakfast sire. Are you sure you vant a breakfast instead of lunch??" She asked me.

"No worries. I havent had breakfast. You know what elders say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day." I said.

"Zhat is true sire. I shall take my leave, please enjoy." She said as she left.

"Itadakimasu" i said as i began to eat.

"This is very tasty..." I said.

"Nee sama, are you sure your okay with that?" The younger sibling from earlier asked her big sister.

"Im fine shinobu, besides, im on a diet." Her big sister said.

"Ill enjoy this aroma and taste, then wait for a bit till i hunt the demons down" i said to myself as i continued to eat this Portuguese breakfast.
