two days after the gala

Damian's pov

I wake up only to see mar'i completely dressed in a lavender purple full sleeves crop top a short white skirt and lavender purple boots , dame she's rich , so far I have not bought her anything and I don't think any one else has given her anything either , am I failing as a husband , no I'm not at least I let her go where ever she wants so I am a good husband , right .

where is she going looking so cute , I push myself up and lean back , she was very excited , she looked at me and smiled, like a really huge smile , she was running around searching for something . 

Finally she found her purse , I guess that's what she was searching . She was so excited that she dropped the purse , she was just about to pick it but then realized that she had worn a short skirt she looked at me angrily , her glare telling me "don't look " so I look away 

she bent down reviling here pink underwear , ok lets say even after her glare , I did look back at her and I guess she realized that , she looked at me suspiciously and I was trying to hold my laugh , but I smiled , she was turning red , she pouted at me  and crossed her arms on her chest , I couldn't hold my laugh any more .

I burst out in laughter , and she got redder and quickly walked out the room , I was still laughing . I haven't laughed in ages .

I got up and went to brush my teeth ,  still repeating the cute memory and laughing

Damian's pov

I walk out to the living room only to see Drake harassing mar'i by pulling her cheeks

"aww you are so cute" he said pulling her cheeks 

 " well if I am cute why don't you come with me " she said

" sorry mar'i but I promised Jason I would go to the bar with him"he said I and mar'i give him a disgusted look 

"what , no I am going with him so that he doesn't do anything stupid after he is drunk " drake says 

" but then who will come with me " she said making cute puppy eyes, it looked as if she was just about to cry .

First she wears a really cute out fit , and then this face , how can drake resist 

" I'll come " I say 

"you will " she said looking at me with joy , she didn't even let me answer she just pulled me and ran out the manor

"wait a minute are we just going to run to where ever you are going " I said

"No we are going to walk ,and WE are going to my favorite pastry shop" she said now leaving my hand and walking

"I thought WE were going in a car and you wanted someone to drive " i said

"of course not I can drive myself to the shop but I wanted to walk and I wanted some one cause I wanted to have company , I mean the manor  is so far from the city " she said . I look at her and remember what happened today morning and chuckle a little , she looks at me confused , but then turned red .

"you're mean " she said as I smiled

"and you're cute " I said in Arabic

after walking for awhile , we were going to pass a pub , outside the pub there were some drunk men who were staring at us , at first I thought they were staring at us because you don't get to see waynes just walking down the street , but later I realized that they were staring at my cutely dressed wife . I put my hand around mar'i's waist and pull her closer , and give death glares to the drunk rats .

time skip of few minutes

we were walking some time , my hands were still around mar'i's waist , all of a sudden she grabbed my hand and ran into a shop .

" we're here ,  we're here,  we're here" she screamed in excitement and ran to stand in a line to order her food so I walked besides her . after few seconds it was our turn to order 

" James " she said

" ohh hi there mars , its been a long time " he said " the usual" he asked 

"yes , oh and damian you can order what you want " she said taking out money from her purse but was interrupted by some one

" Ahh mar'i grayson " the guy said " Its good to see you " 

" the pleasure is mine " she said in the most meanest way 

" why are you here searching another boy toy " he said , mar'i didn't answer . the pastries mar'i ordered were packed so mar'i  quickly paid for her food and James guy quickly gave her the packed goods . Then mar'i grabbed my hand and we started walking towards the door.

"ohh so you already have a boy toy" at this mar'i stopped , and walked to the guy and slapped him , the sound of which echoed in the entire shop . She even said some thing to him in another language which I didn't understand , but I didn't question I was too busy being a proud husband . after this she grabbed my hand again and we walked out . after walking for awhile she finally spoke

"I'm sorry you couldn't order anything" she said 

"it's fine , I'm not a sweets person anyway" i said after that it was a little quiet , I wanted to know who that guy was , but I didn't want to make her feel more sad than she already is . I feel like stabbing that guy for ruing my wife's day , mar'i was so happy today morning and after meeting this guy she seems so sad.

"*sigh* he was my ex "  she finally spoke , I didn't say anything and waited for her to continue " he wanted to be rich and would do anything to achieve his dream , so he drugged me into sleeping with some one " at this I held her close to me " don't worry John came and took me to dad before I did anything stupid . after that dad and the kents went to fight with my ex " she said , I held her closer and tighter .

"I don't see how that made him rich " I asked even though I felt stupid I really wanted to know 

"  by doing that he could have proved that I cheated on him and he would be paid good for showing to the world that mar'i grayson cheated on him  " she said 

"who would have paid him" I asked , this was all too confusing for me 

"*giggle* my other ex he wanted to frame me so he paid Alex to do all that " she said while smiling at my confusion " lets just say I have a lot of exes " she said 

"wow , when I first saw you I thought you were nothing like grayson , but it seem you have his gift of attracting the opposite sex " I said

" well is it working on you " she asked slyly 

" No " I answered 

" well then I don't have all his gifts " she said
