Raven's POV

I get out the mountain and look at my leg, it's healed, good. I run off into the small town and I go to a phone and call up my house.

Someone picks up and I smile, "it's me Raven, I'm at Happy Harbour, please pick me up!" I say and the line is cut off and a familiar laugh is heard behind me and my eyes widen and I freeze. What's she doing away from the palace?!

"Niece, what a surprise to see you here" she says and I turn around and look at her masking my fear, shock and confusion so she doesn't see weakness in me.

"Aunt Talia" I say looking at her up and down, "what are you doing here?" I ask her and she smiles.I smile back. I hate her.

"Play nice, I'm only here for my beloved" she says and I raise a brow

"You love someone?!" I say in shock and she narrows her eyes at me knowing I just said she had no feelings, she truly doesn't though, she's heartless!

"Yes I do" she says and I look at her interested.

"Who?" I ask and she smiles at my ruffling my hair as she walks past

"Whom I love is a secret, a secret amateurs like you don't get to know" she says in a calm tone which pisses me off more and she knows it. She then throws me some keys, there is a zeta teleporter a block from here where you can get back to Gotham, you will still be in the system for the next 7 days."

"How did you know?" I ask and she smiles at my glare.

"Your assassins reported you were missing, I traced you back here so I said I'd send you home since I'm here the night anyways, that and I know you must have wanted a little visit from me" She says smiling then narrows her eyes, "now go, my beloved is waiting" she says not as kind then I nod and run into the shadows, that's the Talia I'm used to.

She's more like my big sister than my aunt, she is only 23. The reason we don't get along is because she murdered my mother in cold blood since she was next in line even though she was adopted. I never met my mother since she was killed when she was 8 months pregnant. The only reason Talia hasn't killed me is because I'm 9 years younger than she is, she will rule before me meaning I'm not in her way. She's luckily I don't want to rule like her, if I did she would be dead by now, I have powers, she doesn't

I find the zeta beam and walk through it going backing to Gotham. I walk home and once I'm in my house the assassins bow their heads at me and one steps forward kneeling and giving me his sword.

"I have failed you princess, kill me" he says and I take the sword and throw it away, he looks at me and I shake my head.

"You couldn't have done anything, you all did everything you could" I need to be more threatening like grandfather, "don't let to happen again or there will be punishments" I say coldly going to my room and closing the door.

I lean against the door and slide to the bottom and sigh, that's harder than it looks. I hear light snores and look at my chair to see Robin asleep in it. "Robin" I say and he wakes up and he goes a red

"Crap I fell asleep?!" He says shocked and I giggle and walk up to him.

"What are you doing here?" I ask more seriously and he smiles at me

"I was seeing if you were ok" he says and I blush slightly but turn my back to him so he doesn't see and I open my curtains.

"Well I'm fine, you can leave now, talk to me at school" I say and then turn around after I don't get a reply and see he's gone and he left the TV on. I walk over to the window to see him flip over the hedge being chased by the assassins then he disappears into a light grey smoke and I get dressed for my second day of school but stop and look at my TV Robin left on, the school is closed for early summer break while it is repaired.

And does Robin care for Raven? He did go past 100 assassins to see is she was ok afterall?
