P.O.V. [Name]

I was walking through the woods with Aoi, Blaze, and Sayaka. As we were walking I felt like something was off. Blaze then walked up to me.

"You feel it too right?" He asked looking at me. So it's not just me. I then looked at him and nodded. "So what do you think it is?" He asked looking at me.

"I don't know probably just a demon," I said trying to ignore the feeling. As we continued to walk I noticed that it was starting to get colder. My eyes widened when I realized this.

I knew a demon was following us but I never took into consideration which demon was following us. "We need to tell them," I said looking at Blaze.

"Why?" He asked looking at me a little confused.

"It's him," I said looking at him. When I said this his eyes widened and he walked just a bit faster. When he did he walked away I followed not wanting to fall to far behind.

"Hey guys we need to be careful," Blaze said looking at them.

"Why?" Aoi asked looking at him. A male figure then appeared in front of us with a smile on his face.

"That's why," I said taking out my sword.

"A demon?" Aoi said taking her own great sword. When she said this Sayaka pulled two twin pistols and pointed them at him.

"I'm much more than just a demon. My name is Shimo and I'm one of the seven demonic royal guards," he said looking at us. He then noticed me and Blaze and smiled.

"Well if it isn't the two from before. I don't know where the two of you keep coming from but I guess cutting the two of you down to size isn't a bad idea. After I need something from one of you and I'm not leaving without it," he said looking at us.

When he said this we all looked at him. Sayaka was the first to do anything firing a few shots at him. When she did the male held out his arm and stopped the shots with a sheild made out of ice.

He then threw the shield at her and she jumped out of the way. Aoi, and Blaze ran forward and both tried to attack the male. When they did claws made of ice appeared around his hands.

He stopped their attacks and pushed the two of them back. I then ran towards him and tried to swing my sword downwards. He once again blocked the attack.

He pushed me back and before I could recover he grabbed my leg and slammed me into the ground. He then threw me towards a tree. I pushed my sword into the ground before I hit the tree and looked at him.

Blaze then threw his spear towards him. When he did I noticed that the spear moved much faster than before. It was aimed at his head and he moved out of the way.

He wasn't fast enough to avoid the attack completely and the spear had cut his face slightly. The spear landed in a tree beside me and the male ran towards Blaze.

However before he could reach Blaze Aoi blocked the way forcing him to a stop and Sayaka started to shoot at him. The male once again made a sheild made of ice and stopped the bullets.

The male then grabbed Aoi's hand and threw her towards me. She hit me and we both went into the wall. Before we could recover he sent a strand of ice towards us.

When it hit us it tightened around us and bound us to the tree. We started to struggle and Sayaka started to shoot at him. He started to block the attacks and she grew frustrated.

She then smiled and threw her guns into the air. She then bite both of her thumbs and caught the guns. The male looked at her a little curious and got ready.

She then placed her hands on the barrels of the guns. When she did they started to glow red and she threw the guns at him. His eyes widened seeing this and placed his hands to the ground.

When he did a dome of ice formed around him. I was confused as to why until I saw the two pistols explode. She had her pistols enhanced with explosive ruins.

When the dust cleared I saw that the dome was still there and saw it shatter. "If I hadn't known about ruins I could have been seriously hurt just now," he said looking at her. Sayaka got a little nervous seeing this.

The male then sighed and looked at Blaze. "I've seen you before so I know you have one," he said as he dashed forward. When he did Blaze was caught off guard and Shimo grabbed him by his neck and picked him up.

Blaze started to struggle as the male looked through his pockets. He then smiled as he pulled out Blaze's Star Shade Academy pass. I started to struggle seeing this and heard the ice crack.

I smiled hearing this and started to struggle harder. Shimo then looked at Blaze and smiled. "You know I thought I had killed you, and I hate unfinished business," he said holding his hand up to Blaze's chest.

I started to struggle more seeing this however I felt my heart stop as I heard the sound of flesh being tore. When I looked up I saw that Shimo had ice claws that went through Blaze's heart.

Blaze seemed to be in pain for a few moments before his face became calm and his body went limp. The male then threw Blaze to the side like he was nothing and looked at his pass with a smile.

When this happened I felt rage come over my entire being and started to struggle harder. The ice then broke and I picked up Blaze's spear and threw it at him.

When I did it hit the male in the stomach and he turned around. He seemed to in some pain. He then grabbed the spear turning it to ice and shattered it. He then froze his wound and looked at me.

He smiled and his body started to fade to ice. "If I wasn't so pressed for time I'd kill you. But unfortunately I have to go but remember this. The next time we meet will be our last," he said looking at me as he faded away.

I then walked over to Blaze to see that he was still breathing weakly. He looked at me with a smile and tears in his eyes. "Hey [Name], I know I can trust you to do me a favor," he said looking at me.

"W-what is it?" I asked looking at him a sadness evident on my face. He was my best friend and now I was loosing him. He then held out his hand revealing a necklace.

"Give this to my sister and tell her . . . I'm sorry . . . That I couldn't come home . . . Like I promised," he said as the faded from his eyes. I looked at the necklace that he had given me and close my hand around it. I promise . . . Not only to tell her, but I'll avenge you as well.
