P.O.V. [Name]

I looked at the male in front of us. If he hadn't attacked our home all those years ago. I don't think that I'd know that he's a demon. He doesn't show any traditional demon features.

The ice that's around him would be the only real indicator that he's a demon. Other than that he doesn't show any signs of being a demon in the least.

When I saw him I looked at Blaze and he looked at angry as I felt. "He's here on this island, think we can take him?" Blaze asked looking at me.

"I don't know but I think we can beat him. As long as we avoid his ice attacks then we should be fine right?" I asked looking at Blaze. When I said this he nodded and we stepped out into the open.

When we did the male turned around and looked at us. "Great I knew this would happen, he's turning out to be more trouble then he's worth," the male said looking at us.

When he said this we pulled our weapons out. "However I am a little curious as to how the two of you identified me as a demon so fast," he said looking at us.

"Ten years ago you destroyed the town that we lived in," Blaze said looking at him.

"Oh I see, two survivors, guess getting a little careless at times is finally catching up with me. Well let's just get this over with," he said looking at us.

When he said this the mark on his right hand began to glow and ice started to gather around him. He then looked at us and smiled he then threw a few ice spikes at us.

I dodged but Blaze chose to block the attack. I saw the male run past me and hit Blaze. He didn't have time to defend himself and was sent into a tree.

Blaze looked to be hurt and I thought he would have been fine that was until the male summoned a few ice spikes and sent them into Blaze. It seemed to have missed the vital spots but still hit him.

The male then looked at me with a smile and I readied myself. Maybe we're not as readied to fight him as I originally thought. He then ran forward and I swung my sword at him.

When I did a large amount of ice blocked the blow and another small amount of ice appeared in his hand. My eyes widened when I saw this and I jumped back.

He still managed to hit me but the cut wasn't as deep as it would have been of I hadn't moved. The ice that had blocked my hit then shattered and he looked at me with a smile.

However for whatever reason the male turned his head looked into the forest. His eyes then narrowed and he ran towards the direction he was looking.

I looked at Blaze he seemed to be fine apart from a few cuts and being unconscious. I then looked at my own wounds I wasn't bleeding that badly but if I pushed myself to hard it could be bad.

I looked in the direction that the male had went and heard a few loud crashes. I became concerned hearing this and ran towards the sound. When I got there I saw two males fighting.

The male from before now had two swords made out of ice in his hands and the other male had a sycthe in his hands and was deflecting his attacks.

But I didn't know something like this could happen. The male he was fighting was definitely a demon. He had solid white hair and bright golden eyes. Those two traits are found in demons of royal family. Not only that nut he's using magic. There's no way he's not a demon.

I then heard footsteps behind me and saw a few men and women running towards this spot. I never expected something like this to happen.

I guess it's not unheard of but still I wouldn't have expected them to do it here of all places. When the others got here the male with white hair looked at us and seemed upset.

A shadow then strikes the ground creating a loud dust cloud. When it cleared the male with white hair was gone and the demon that had destroyed my home was gone as well.

I sighed seeing this and then remembered Blaze. I ran back to where he was and helped him stand up. We then started to walk towards the city.

When we got there I saw someone looks at us. Their eyes widened slightly when they saw this and they walked over to us. "Is he okay?" They asked looking at me.

"I don't know, is there a hospital anywhere?" I asked looking at him.

"Well I'm one the Academies nurses," he said looking at me.

"Then can you help him?" I asked looking at the male in front of me. He looked at Blaze for a second and then nodded.

"Yeah, it shouldn't be to hard for them," he said as he rolled up his sleeve. When he did I saw a red marking on his skin. He pulled out a small needle poked his thumb and let some of his blood fall on symbol.

When it did the marking started to glow and a blue fox that looked like a spirit appeared. When it did it looked at both me and Blaze and then at the male.

When it did he nodded and he came forward to us and a green mist came out of the demons mouth. When it did our wounds healed fast and I felt some of my stamina return.

I then looked at Blaze and he seemed fine as well. I then sighed and looked at him. "Let's go home," he said looking at me and I nodded.

P.O.V. King

They sent Shimo after me? The entire reason I came to this island was so because I didn't think any demon would come to the only place where slayers taught others how to fight demons. However out of all the men and women under my father's control Shimo is definitely the most reckless.

He not only attacked to slayers in training but also attacked me forcing others to come. That idoit is going to end up getting us both cut to pieces. I then sighed and walked outside of the cave that I had been staying in.

I walked over to a lake that I had learned was nearby. I sighed and went to take a drink of the water however when I did I felt something cold and sharp peirce my back. When I looked down I saw an Ice spike through my chest.

Damn it! He caught me off guard. I then slowly started to turn around and saw another ice spike beside him. He then sent that spike into my chest as well and I coughed up a large amount of blood.

"I'll give you credit, coming to this place isn't what I had in mind but it's nice to see humans again. Who knows after I kill you I may kill a few of them," he said looking at me.

I then fell to my knees and he looked at me with a smile. "Well I hope you have fun," he said as he kicked me in the jaw. When he did I felt something pierce each hand.

I looked to my hands and saw that giant ice spikes had been stabbed through them. I then looked at up and he saw me "Well, I guess it's time to say good bye," he said looking at me as he stabbed me in the chest.

He then walked away laughing slightly. I swear if I live through this I'm going to make sure he dies.
