It was a normal day at work when you overheard one of your coworkers talking about demons. You and Julicia still worked together which was great so the two of you sat there in the break room listening to the newbies talk about demons. 

"I don't like the demons I have. She's obedient but, she doesn't show any emotions and she keeps repeating her sister's names. It's annoying already and I'm ready to get rid of all three of them." You looked at the young man who was talking with the other young man. You didn't like how they talked about demons as if they were disposable. You glanced over at Julicia who gave you a similar look. 

"I thought you liked Kanae and Shinobu though? That's why you agreed to take their little sister Kanao?" You were glad the second young man knew their names but, the apparent owner seemed to be upset about the whole thing.

"How the hell do you even remember their names? Demons don't need names. They are there to serve me and do as I say until I grow bored. I'm sick of them and I'll take a hundred bucks to get them out of my hair." Having heard enough you and Julicia went up to him handing him a fifty-dollar bill each. He jumped looking between the two of you and the money. You rose an eyebrow at him. 

"You just said that you'll take a hundred dollars to get rid of your demons. We are giving you the money and we both will take them. They won't need to be a burden to you anymore." What you really wanted to say was unsavory but, you were playing it cool because you wanted those three girls. He looked between the two of you taking the money with a smirk. 

"If you're that easy I wonder what else." Julicia gave him an uppercut before he can even finish speaking or doing anything. You had to bite your inner cheeks to keep from laughing at the indignant look on his face as he stood up. 

"I should report you." You sneered at him reaching to snatch the money back but, he stuffed it into his pocket. 

"And we should report you for harassment and soliciting money in a work environment." All three of you glared at each other as the poor man just stared not sure what to do as a fourth wheel. "Don't try to hide either. Give us back our money or give us the demons. Your fucking choice." 

"We know where you live." You kept up the facade even though you were wondering how the hell did Julicia get his address. "498 Evergreen between Sharpin and Wilson Street, the second floor." The way his face just fucking paled made a giggle escape from you. "Your choice. Give them to us willingly or we come and get them ourselves." 

"You fucking bitches are insane." You gave him a snarky smile. 

"You will find out how insane we are if you keep fucking around. I want Kanae, Kanao, and Shinobu once we get off. We all get off at 3 PM. I will follow you home and I want all three of them. Do I make myself clear?" You weren't intimidated plus he was too short to be scary. He was like '5"2? You see where his insecurity stems from. 

"Whatever." You and Julicia gave him a satisfied smile and, all four of you disappeared to continue working. Julicia nudged you and gave you a sly look. 

"You're not going to ask me how I knew where he lived?" You gave her a look with a big smile. As if she wasn't in charge of the office and everyone's files. 

"You literally work in the office." The two of you laughed and talked some more before going your separate ways to do your jobs. At the end of your shift, both you and Julia went out to your cars and waited for the new guy to come out. Once he got in, the two of you sat and watched as he looked around before smirking. So, stupid. You waited for him to leave and pulled off after him after a minute. You both knew where he lived so, you guys decided to go to his house, park, and wait for him since he thought he was being slick.

"How long do you think he's going to take?" You and Julicia were texting and looking through your phones as you sat on the porch of his rental home. You weren't sure if he had a neighbor but, that wasn't important. 

"Half an hour and probably bragging to whoever that he siked those bitches out at work." Julicia looked confused as you said.

"I literally recited his address to him." You shrugged your shoulders.

"He is literally the type of man to not take women seriously and thought we were gullible and stupid. Yes, even after you gave him an uppercut for being lewd. Which is more of a reason to be here because if he said that to us strangers can you imagine what he does and says behind closed doors?" You and Julicia said nothing else waiting patiently for the douchebag to show up, which he did about 40 minutes later talking loudly on the phone just as you expected. The two of you didn't move from the porch. 

"I told you women in any form are so easy and gullible. That was an easy hundred dollars." The two of you looked up from your phones as he got closer and finally, his self-awareness kicked in when he saw your feet and looked shocked between the two of you. 

"Either give me the hundred back or the demons. Preferably the demons." You glared viciously at him. You weren't against knocking him out once he opened the door. 

"Fine, persistent asses." You smirked at Julicia knowing she has been recording everything since he opened his mouth back at work. You both stood up as he opened the door and stepped in waiting at the doorway. Julicia waited downstairs and, you went upstairs to his door and waited. You weren't stupid. Who knows what he will try if you go in beside the demons won't be able to help you because they are more than likely petrified. You waited impatiently as you heard him yelling and things being thrown. Before you can register what you were doing you pushed open his door with widened eyes. 

"JULICIA!" Julicia with no hesitation ran up the stairs knife in hand ready to slash but, you pointed and there were more than three girls. There was a woman and a kid that looked to be about fifteen trying to shield her. They looked like mother and son. Why he didn't say anything about them?

"I'm not selling them." You glared at the man grinning sinisterly at him. You took a step forward with Julicia.

"Yes. You are." You felt a wave of unnatural anger coursing through you as you got closer to him and, it must have shown on your face because he paled again and backed up going towards the kitchen. Knowing what he planned to do you rushed forward grabbed him by the neck and lifted him up. When were you this strong? To pick up a 200-pound man by one hand up above your head? "Play with your mama bitch, not me. I'm taking them all and I don't give two shits what you think. You don't know how to treat human women so I can only imagine how you treat them. They're mine now. Fuck you." You threw him over his kitchen island as he slumped to the floor unconscious. Julicia was huddling the three girls and wasn't having luck with the mother and son. 

"We don't want to hurt you we want to help you. Please." Understandably they were scared. 

"Does he have any proof he owns you? Anything?" You started looking through his drawers to see if you can find anything. You found some papers that stated ownership so you took those with you. You took all of them because you'll be damned if he tries any legal shit to get them back. "I found it, you guys don't have to worry we are going to get you out of here. Can you walk? All of you?" You turned to the mother and son and she hesitantly nodded but, her son was very protective of her. "You can carry your mom to ensure her safety that is fine. Just please come with us. You three are Kanae, Kanao, and Shinobu right?" The three girls gave you wide-eyed looks but, stood silent. They really were frightened. "That's fine you don't have to talk to me. Just please come with us. I won't promise anything else but, your safety. We won't hurt you. I just need you to trust us for a little bit. You won't be disappointed." You weren't one to force demons to do anything but, being in this man's house was a little unnerving plus you got two bonus demons. 

"Okay..." You turned to the mother who was holding her son's hand and was trying to be brave as she stood up. "We will go...it can't be worse than here." You bowed to her and she gasped. 

"Thank you so much. You three sisters please come with us. I don't want him waking up and I took all of his papers so he can't even try and get you guys back. He has nothing." It was a couple of minutes and the oldest-looking one grabbed both their hands and nodded firmly. You gave her a grateful smile bowing to her as well. "Thank you all for being brave now let's go." All seven of you ran downstairs and to your cars. All five of them piled into your car to your and Julicia's chagrin. Whatever made them comfortable. "Get comfy it's going to be a little less than an hour before we go home." They said nothing as you started the car and left his place with Julicia following right behind you.

You guys finally made it back to the castle and out of the rearview mirror, you saw their jaws drop. That made you smile and giggle a bit.

"I told you guys weren't going to regret it. Once inside you guys can choose your own rooms and I'll have either my friends or my family show you around if you do not want me to do that." You can literally see the questions dancing around in their eyes but, they were too nervous to say anything. The boy was practically glaring at you while hovering in front of them protectively. He was trying to be intimidating which was endearing. You parked right outside the castle along with Julicia and got out of the car opening the doors for them to come out. You waited patiently for all of them to come out of the car before you thought about something. "Oh! I never told you my name. My name is Y/N L/N. I already know the three sisters' names. I don't know your names though. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." You turned back around ignoring the flabbergasted looks from them. You had a tendency of doing that.

"Kotoha Hashibara." You guys were already in the castle by then but, you turned around and gave her a big smile. 

"Thank you so much for telling me." You made a phone call to your dad "Hi Papa. Yes, I did. It's five of them. How did you know already? Okay., fine that's fair. I'm in the East hall." You hung up and turned to the demons who were looking around at everything. "My family is going to come to see you guys. I think you'll like them better than me." You didn't take any offense to it. You don't know what they went through and demons had no real reason to actually trust humans. You wouldn't be so willing to trust humans if you were a demon. In a few minutes, you heard your father and siblings' voices. 

"There goes, my baby!" You heard your dad's voice and in a few seconds, you were snatched up missing how the new demon's jaws dropped as your siblings surrounded you. They never did stop doing that. They made sure to greet you so vigorously every single day no matter how upset they may be with you, each other, or something else. "Where're your new friends? Oh! There they go!" You stood in his arms as he introduced himself and your siblings explaining how you were in fact half-demon but, came out like your human mother. They did in fact want to follow him but, he didn't put you down and you were forced to go. You didn't mind. 

"You're a different human." You looked down at the boy who has yet to say anything to you surprised that he spoke. 

"Thank you! I hope you're not disappointed. I really needed you guys to come with me but, I understand why you don't trust me. I think you all will love my friends!" They looked at each other before Shinobu was bold enough to ask the question.

"What friends?" You smiled big at her glancing at the clock real quick.

"Well, it's dinner time so everyone is in the dining hall. They're all demons!" You looked away not paying attention to their surprised faces as your family went straight to the dining hall where everyone was at. He finally put you down announcing his presence. 

"MAMA Y/N!!!!" You opened your arms for Senjuro and Daki as they threw themselves at you with Kyojuro right behind them. You ended up on the floor as always and finally, you heard a tentative voice.

"K-Kyojuro?" He looked up sharply and his jaw dropped. 

"SHINOBU! KANAE! KANAO!" That got some of your demon's attention and you watched as Sanemi, Tengen, Muichiro, Giyu, and Mitsuri run full throttle towards them tackling all of them to the floor. Well, at least you didn't have to worry about them. Kyojuro got up off of you leaving Senjuro and Daki to cling to you instead as you watched them talking their ears off. You watched as Giyu and Shinobu kissed as well as Sanemi and Kanae. You were wonderfully surprised!

"Oh My God, you guys are dating! Or married? Kanae you can share a room with Sanemi if you want! Shinobu you can share a room with Giyu too! If that is what you wish! Wow!" You were too excited for them to pay attention to the way they blushed. You were thoroughly happy for them. "Oh! You guys should eat first before showering or bathing, whichever one you want! Take them to the kitchen guys!" You jumped up and down in excitement as you watched all of them leave even though Kotoha and her son stayed behind. 

"We can eat?..." You turned to her and her son with a tender smile. 

"Of course, you can! Everyone can eat here! You have your own rooms, and baths and can do what you want! You can get a job if that is what you want but, that may be a bit much so don't worry about working, okay? Just worry about accommodating to your new life and be happy!" You ushered them along watching as her son watched you all the way until they got to the kitchen. That's when your siblings decided to grab your attention and pull you to the side 

"Nee-Chan you know they all love you so much, right? You're all they talk about!" You felt yourself getting flustered at that notion. You know you did a lot for them but, you felt you gave them what they always deserved.

"I love all of them too. They all deserve to be happy, to be free, to walk around, talk, and be themselves without fear of doing something wrong. I want to save as many demons as I can. I know I won't be able to save all of them. I wish I can but, that's unrealistic... I'm happy that the ones I can save I can make the rest of their lives that much better." You talked with your siblings a bit more not having to worry about them. You knew they would be fine. You left your siblings to their own devices as you went to leave the dining hall but, a force rammed straight into your back. You tripped but, the person behind you kept you from falling. "Can I turn around to hug you?" You had a feeling of who it was and, when they loosened their hold a little to allow you to turn around you were surprised to see it was Kotoha's son. "Oh?" You still hugged him even though he had his face buried into your shoulder.

"Inosuke." Your eyes widen a bit before a gentle smile graced your face. You felt honored that he trusted you enough to tell you his name. "You're a good human... A really rare, sweet one. I can tell you never lie." You weren't sure how he can tell it must be some sort of sixth sense some demons have but, you weren't going to dispute it. 

"I sure hope I can live up to your expectations Inosuke." You ran a hand gently through his hair as he hugged you a bit tighter before letting go and running back to where you saw his mother go. They were going to be okay. They all were going to be okay.

"Is Y/N always like that?" Shinobu was very surprised that Y/N the human was telling the truth about everything. Kanao had a secret that she can sense emotions and everything Y/N did and said was the truth. She was in fact half-human, half-demon, and all she wanted was for them to be safe and happy. She was so happy that she threw caution to the wind for once and followed Y/N. They don't have to live with that disgusting man and deal with his demands no more. 

"We were the first demons she got all those months ago and she was exactly like that. She never changed." They were talking to Tengen's wives who were in fact the very first demons she had rescued. Hinatsuru chimed in.

"She always made sure we were okay, gave us our own space, gave us choices, asked for our consent for everything. It threw us for a loop because you know how humans are. I thought one day we would wake up and she would turn out like everyone else but, that never happened. She always stayed true to us and herself." She was smiling reminiscing everything. 

"I never want to leave her. She always says we can go if we want. She will miss us but, she wants us to do what makes us happy but, she makes me happy. She makes all of us happy and I can't imagine a life without her. I want her here until the day she dies." Suma said all of this and all the demons within hearing range agreed. They never knew it was possible to love a human the way they did but, here they were. She was genuine. "I love her so much." As the other demons listened in on the conversation they couldn't help but agree. Yes, Avery and Julicia were loved as well but, Y/N was special. Their love for Y/N ran deeper and stronger, more than they would ever be able to express in words.
