"Come on." Scarlett slapped him as Ace groaned and rubbed his reddening cheek. A hand burned onto his cheek.

"What was that for Scar, I was about to dream and sleep" he groaned and faceplanted onto the pallet he made on the floor.

Scarlett's brown eyes glared down in to his brown eyes as he rolled his eyes. "This is a all night sleepover, not a half all night sleepover."

Scarlett was a petite child like he was, blonde hair, brown eyes, and had enough sass to kill a elephant. That is, if an elephant had sass.

"What can we do at 12:00 at night, everyone is asleep." He groaned into the pillow as Scarlett just rolled her eyes. "You are so lazy you know that right."

"I'm not as energetic as you, ya know." Ace grumbled and turned to his side, facing away from the rampaging girl. She was at this moment like a bull, huffing and stomping around the room screaming at him.

"Shut up you will wake your brother" ace hissed as she shut up but gave him a cold glare.

"I promise you that I will find a way to get you out of bed." Ace rolled his eyes at her comment as she stomped out of the room 'quietly' towards what he presumed the kitchen.

Ace sighed and sat up, rubbing the sleep out of is eyes. His head throbbed as he kept himself from letting his eyes roll to the back of his head.

Thunder boomed outside as ace got up following Scarlett out the door towards the backdoor where Scarlett was watching through the glass in awe.

"Ace come here look" she said smiling as he rolled his eyes and followed her orders watching out the window with her.

The sky was illuminated with streaks of lightning, rain pouring down. To both the kids the storm was extravagant, a spectacular sight indeed.

"Scarlett is this why you wanted me out of bed?" Ace calmly asked as Scarlett rolled her eyes.

"It's weird, this storm, because it just suddenly happened when you woke up. "

"That is weird, have you checked Doppler at all?" Ace grabbed the remote and the T.V switched on, Scarlett sitting beside him.

The two kids flipped through all the news channels, ace weirded out as he continued to surf the channels for any information on the storm.

Thunder boomed outside as the wind started to pick up, the trees swaying viscously in the wind as the rain started to pool around the house.

Scarlett and Ace were shocked to find out that this storm was not on any of the news channels, not even one. They turned towards the door, a sudden jolt of fear sending Ace to lock the doors.

A crackle filled the air as the power went out, leaving the kids in darkness as the rain started to pour harder and harder onto the house, the booming of the thunder now continuing in a endless loop.

Scarlett glanced at Ace as Ace did the same back. The wind smashed against the house as the doors flew open sending a rush of cold air into the house.

Scarlett screamed along with ace as the wind lifted the two children off the floor, the rain lashing onto their skin as they were pulled outside by a unknown force.

The lightning crackled as Scarlett watched her backyard become flooded with water, winds strong enough the knock the trees over.

Ace took a glance at Scarlett once more before he screamed in pain, Scarlett following as a bolt of lightning smashed into them. A burning sensation making them hiss as they tumbled downwards. The wind stopped as the rain vanished, the destruction seeming like a dream.

And that is what Ace was hopping that happened as he passed out onto the wet floor Scarlett following after.

Both of them in a state of confusion and leaving them both perplexed at the scene.
