Piper's PoV

After lunch the day flew by! Turns out all the demigods, Rachel, Percy's friends, and those evil six kids have mythology class together. (A/N: That's a real class at my school, so yeah!)

The teacher is named Mr. Brunner a man, with light grey hair and a beard, who rides in a wheelchair. Oh he just so happens to be Chiron too, but whatever. He's dividing the year into three parts; uncommonly known Greek myths, uncommonly known Roman myths, and Egyptian myths.

The next hour we have Coach Hedge for gym then we all have electives/sports.

Percy; Big Buddies (he goes to the elementary school to help out with little kids, it's SO cute!) (swim team after school, along with his brother, Will)

Jason; Student Council (basketball after school)

Frank; Big Buddies (football after school, surprising, right?)

Hazel; Band (she plays the piccolo and plays soccer before school)

Annabeth; Architecture (soccer practice before school) (debate team before school)

Leo; Robotics (they go to contest at random times)

Me (Piper); Drama (soccer after school)

Nico; Orchestra (Cello) (I'm shocked too)

Nicole; Orchestra (violin)

Reyna; Student Council (debate before school) (soccer after school)

Grover; Some sort of nature class (I forgot what it's called)

Juniper; Same as Grover

The Stolls; Band (percussion so they can hit things with sticks)

Katie; Band (TRATIE!) (oh she plays clarinet)

That's a long list...oh well. It's finally time to go home! Grover and Juniper have already been there, to plant a sapling from Juniper's tree so she can come, so they know where the house is.

We all loaded up onto the big, yellow school bus, and took the front seats. Jason sat beside me with Leo right in front of us, just like when we met, officially, in Wilderness School.

Leo had turned around and was talking to us, "Do you really not remember your best friend?" Oh gods...

Jason sighed, "Leo, don't tease me."

"Come on, you can't just forget me," Leo continued.

I facepalmed, "Really, Leo?"

Leo just smiled, "Of course."

After awhile the only ones left on the bus were me, Jason, Leo, Percy, Frank, Annabeth, Hazel, Nico, Nicole, Alex, Alexia, Skylar, Robby, JP, Connor, Travis, Katie, Rachel, Grover, and Juniper. The bus stopped at Goode Middle School where the bus was filled with younger students. I recognized two of them immediately. Those two kids from lunch, Holly and Pippin, got on the bus.

Holly saw Percy and groaned, "Not you!" Her mind seemed to skip off, "Where's Will?"

Percy looked around then shrugged, "I guess we left him at school. Oh well, we'll get him tomorrow."

A kid in the back of the bus stood up, "OFFENSIVE! Oh I'm right here."

Holly sighed, "I knew it was too good to be true." She sat down and a group of eleven kids sat in the seats around her.

I turned to Alexia, "So why are you guys still on the bus?"

"Our neighborhood is way out of the way, we all transferred, so we have to get off after the middle schoolers, due to timing. Come to think of it, I'm not sure how we make it home, the trip should take hours," Alexia somehow managed to say that all in one breath.

Annabeth turned to face us, "Wait, should take hours?"

Alexia nodded, "It takes about two hours, including stops, when it should take anywhere from five to to eight hours."

Annabeth's brow furrowed as she turned back around. I could practically see the gears turning in her head, trying to figure out how it was possible.

After a few seconds she turned back to us, "Alexia, what's the bus driver's name?"

"Mr. Fred, why?" Alexia and I just watched as Annabeth got up and walked to the front of the bus.

After a few minutes she came and sat back down then whispered something to Percy, who smiled. "Really? That explains a lot."

I looked at them and gave a can-you-tell-me-what's-going-on-now-or-do-I-need-to-wait? look.

Annabeth looked at me with a look that said later.

After all the middle schoolers, excluding Holly and Pippin, got off we drove into a cute, little neighborhood. The twins (Alex and Alexia), Nicole, Skylar, Robby, and JP got off the bus.

"SEE YA GUYS!" JP got out of his seat.

Nicole punched him, "That's my ear." They all got off the bus and walked into the little houses that had huge yards.

So once again we were the only ones on the bus, along with Holly, Pippin, and Will.

Percy stood up then walked to the front of the bus, "Okay Lord Apollo, what are you doing?"

The bus drivers eyes seemed to dart around, "SHHHHH! I'm incognito, call me Fred."

"No, just, no," Percy sat back down next to Annabeth then yelled, "I'm not doing that this time!" Annabeth punched him and said something in his ear, "Oh yeah! What are you doing here?"

Apollo smiled, "It's the only way to get you kids to your house fast enough, along with those other kids, oh, and speaking of house..."

We pulled up to a house with such amazing architecture that I couldn't help but look at Annabeth's reaction. Her face was lit up like a Christmas tree, and Percy was silently laughing.

The house was a three story Greek-style building surrounded by smaller Greek-style buildings. (No I'm not counting.) The yard was AWESOME there was a pool that looked like it was a natural spring, I could tell part of it was a hot tub since it was steaming. There was a rock wall like at camp, a GIANT trampoline (like the size of a football field), monkey bars (don't ask me why), and a mini capture the flag woods thing!

I saw something else that would make Leo happy; a giant metal dragon.

I was right about Leo being happy, he jumped through the window, before the bus stopped.

We walked in through the front door, after dragging Leo away from Festus, and I smelled the most amazing thing my nose has ever encountered. It was like chocolate-chip cookies mixed with rainbows, happiness, and all things that are good. It was the smell of Elysium.

Percy smiled, "MOM!"

Holly ran towards the smell, "COOKIES!"

Pippin followed her like a puppy. (I SHIP THEM SO HARD!)

Will actually looked up from his book, I'd learned he's not dyslexic, "Mom made cookies?!"

Percy and Holly were full out sprinting by this point, "YES!!!"

Will ran after them.

Grover dragged Juniper down the hall.

The Stolls started running, "FOOOOOD!"

Katie facepalmed.

Jason cocked his head (AWWW he's so cute!), "Are they as good as those underwater brownies with Esther's peach preserves?"

"A million times better," Percy said as he kept running.

Jason, Frank, and Leo sprinted after them.

Hazel giggled and ran after Frank.

Katie and Annabeth looked at me, and I shrugged.

We ran for the cookies.

Once we got to the kitchen Percy had blue crumbs on his face, Holly had a cookie in each hand, Will was happily eating and reading, Pippin was hiding in the corner with his cookie, the Stolls were (amazingly) silent as they stuffed their faces, Leo was bouncing up and down, Jason was trying to get Leo to stop bouncing, Nico (when did he get here?) was sitting in a corner eating a cookie, Frank and Hazel were being all adorable with Grover and Juniper, Katie was hiding from the Stolls (she was under the table), and Annabeth was talking with Mrs. Jackson, so I walked over.

Mrs. Jackson gave me a cookie (don't tell the gods I said this; but it was even better than ambrosia), "Hey, Piper, how was school?"

"It was good, thanks for asking, Mrs. Jackson," I sat on the bar stool that was facing her. The kitchen was pretty big with blue walls, white floors, and shiny appliances. There was still a Greek-feel to it.

Mrs. Jackson smiled, but her tone of voice was almost murderous, "Call me Sally, Mrs. Jackson makes me feel old."

Annabeth grinned as she sat down next to me, "Sally, what are you doing here?"

"The gods said 'you kids need supervising,' so Paul and I movie in to take care of you," Sally started mixing things into a bowl...more cookies!

Annabeth nodded, "That's a good idea, especially since the Stolls live here."

Sally laughed, "Yeah! Anyways, EVERYONE GO OUTSIDE AND LOOK FOR THE BUILDING WITH YOUR NAME ON IT! THE GODS GAVE ME MONEY, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, TO FEED YOU AND PAY BILLS, BUT THEY'LL STOP IF YOU DON'T GO TO SEE YOUR ROOMS, THAT'S AT LEAST WHAT THEY TOLD ME! SO GET OUT THERE RIGHT NOW!

Everyone ran outside, terrified.
