Percy's P.O.V.

The next few days were crazy, and in a good way. Capture the flag got more extreme, there was a party, and a lot of fights. But now, Chiron had called all of us to meet him in the arena. The whole camp. As I walked down to the arena, I could'nt help but feel excited. I bumped into someone, and fell to the ground. I looked up to see Magnus. "Oh, sorry dude. Did'nt see you." I said. Magnus held out his hand and helped me up. "Its okay dude." He said, nodding. "Now lets hurry, we gotta be at the arena in like two minutes!" Magnus said. We ran, everyone else around us also hurrying to the arena. Once we got there, I looked around. I had never seen the arena so crowded. Once Everyone quieted down, Chiron began speaking.                                                                    "Demigods, Wizards, and Einherji, to celebrate how amazing this summer will be, something amazing will take place this year." Chiron began, looking around at everyone. "This summer, a contest will take place. A contest called Demigods, Wizards, Einherji." Chiron said. The stadium erupted into cheering and clapping. I heard Leo whoop, and I saw sparks in the air that must have been from Jason. 

"Go to your cabins and get ready!" said Chiron, a smile on his face. "The first round of the tournament starts soon!" 

Leo's P.O.V.

 It was time for the first round. Everyone here at camp was gathered on the hill. Then, the gods appeared in front of us all, and suddently we were in a giant arena. The terrain of the arena was rocky, with small mountains and lakes. "DEMIGODS, AND OTHER GUESTS, WELCOME TO THE FIRST ROUND!" Zeus bellowed. "THE FIRST ROUND, WILL BE ONE V/S ONE BATTLES!" At that, everyone cheered. I shot fire into the air. Then Percy, who was right next to me, vanished. Then he showed up at one edge of the rocky arena, and then Sherman yang appeared on the other side of the arena. "LET THE GAMES BEGIN!" Zeus bellowed.

Percy's P.O.V.

I bolted to the side of one of the mountains, to where I could'nt be seen. There were giants screens, recording what was happening, but I had to stay focused. I ducked into a grove of trees, and then jumped into one of the lakes. I waited for what felt like hours. Then, I peeked out and saw Sherman. I tensed, holding Riptide tightly. As soon as he passed the lake, I made the lake erupt, and shot out through the air. Sherman, blinded by the sudden downpour of lake water, lashed out with the spear he was using. I cut it in half, jumped, spun around, and swept him off his feet. I stood, everyone who was watching cheered and clapped. Then next thing I knew I was in the gods booth. "Good job, son." Poseidon said, clapping me on the shoulder. Hermes gave a thumbs up.
