Kaiden POV-
Me and Annabeth were—oh, I suppose I haven't told you who I was yet. Oops...

Well, I am Kaiden Kent and I am a Senior at South High. South High is the best Highschool in the state, and I was smart enough to get in. I bet your wondering who Annabeth is, well, she's my best friend, whom I have a crush on. She's the most gorgeous, amazing girl I've ever met, and were meant to be. With are smarts, we could do anything! But of course, that's not what I care about. I don't care about her smarts—although, they certainly do add to her charm—I care about haw kind, and compassionate she is.

Anyway, today was the schools Academic Fair, all the classrooms were decorated. It took place after school, and you—with your parents—go to see all the activities. This year, the classrooms were each decorated as a different country.

Right now, I was talking to Annabeth.

"See you latter Kaiden, I'm going to go check out some of the classrooms." Annabeth said, then turning to her dad to say, "I'll ketch up with you latter Dad."

"Okay, see you latter!" I said.

I didn't want her to leave, but I couldn't let her know that.

Now that Annabeth was gone, I was talking to her Dad.

"Oh yes, Annabeth loves Manhattan. She didn't want to move back here this year, she wanted to stay with her friends. But I just couldn't have it, I needed this job." What he said surprised me, Annabeth never said anything about not wanting to come back here!

"How could she not want to move back here? Even if she was able to stay, we're would she go?" I asked.

"Oh, I imagine she would go with her friends at camp, or that boy she's so fond of. What was his name? Oh yes, Percy it was. They're quite good friends I would say, like a brother to her." I sighed in relief, this Percy man wasn't a threat.

"Do you know we're she is now?" He asked.

"Oh, I just passed her in the Britain room." I said.

She doesn't know I saw her though, we'll, maybe she dose, but she doesn't think I was intentionally passing her. (Lol, the things I get my idea's from...)

"Oh."

The next time I saw Mr.Chase, he asked me if I knew were Annabeth was again, and I told him I'd go check, but I really just wanted to see her.

I found her in the Africa room, and went back to report it to Mr. Chase.

Throughout that day, I had been doing similar things and reporting to Mr. Chase when he asked me were his daughter was.

But, everything changed when he asked me near the end of the fair, he asked me to send her to him if I found her so he could say goodbye, the Senior class—which is surprising small—was going to stay after to help clean up.

The only room she hadn't gone to yet, was the Roman room, so naturally, that's were I headed.

Most people were heading to the auditorium, so I thought Annabeth would most likely be there alone, the perfect chance to ask her out, boy was I wrong.

Like I thought, she was in the Rome Room, but what I saw had me frozen in the doorway.

In the middle of the room, Annabeth was standing with her hands covering her mouth in shock, and tears of joy in her eyes. Next to her, was a muscular, messy, jet black haired guy....on his knee.

"You know I'm not good at speeches, or writing speeches for that matter, so I didn't. I decided to wing it, though I will admit I've been thinking about what to say sense the night we got out..." The guy said, chuckling to himself, " Well, here it goes. Annabeth Chase, I've known you sense we were 12, and I knew you were special the moment you said to me, 'You drool in your sleep'. I remember thinking, 'Wow, she's hot' but then of course, you beat a bunch of dudes up and I thought you were scary. It didn't help much that you hated me either.

That's besides the point though, the point, Is that we overcame are differences, and became great partners in crime, two Bestfriends saving the world. But then, we were more then friends, and might I add, that was the best underwater kiss ever! But of course, good old Auntie Hair had to mess it up and kidnap me! She took away my memory's, but I could never forgot you Annabeth, and if that wasn't a sign, then I don't know what is! So, I'm here today, to ask you, Annabeth Chase, to make me complete, to make everything we've fought for worth it, and marry me?" He asked.

I prayed to God she would say no. She can't get married that young!

"Of course I will Seaweed Brain!" She said.

The man got up, slid the ring on her finger, and then kissed her.

Once they broke apart, Annabeth said, "I love you Percy."

I thought I heard of a Percy before, but I couldn't remember were.

"I love you to Wise Girl."

It broke my heart.

Annabeth smirked and then said, "I'm never going to make things easier for you Seaweed Brain."

The guy—Percy—smirked with realization and said, "Oh don't I know it.", proceeding to kiss her again.

I knew what I was seeing, but I couldn't believe it—I wouldn't believe it—Annabeth can't be getting married!

"We better be getting back, my dads probably looking for me." Annabeth said, still smirking.

"You sure? We could use some alone time for once." Percy said, kissing her forehead.

I decided to let them know I was here, "Umm..."

They both jumped apart and stared with wide—yet very joyful—eyes at me.

"Kaiden?" Annabeth said.

"Ya...your dad wanted me to tell you he wanted to say goodbye..." I said awkwardly.

"Come on Perce, we need to tell my dad!" Annabeth said, happily.

"Ya, and about that, how do you suppose, are we going to tell...your mom?" Percy asked.

"Oh. That. You know, she's growing kindove fond of you, maybe, if we're lucky, she'll only blow up a mountain!" Annabeth said.

"Yes, and how lucky, have we been in the past?"

"Your right. I'll bet its 5 mountains." Annabeth said.

"Oh your on! 3 homework assignments on 6!" Percy said.

"Deal."

"Be ready to do my homework Annie, 'cause I'm going to win this bet." Percy said.

"YOUR DEAD! I TOLD YOU NEVER TO CALL ME ANNIE!"

And just like that, Percy ran passed me and my hopes raised, maybe, Annabeth will call of the wedding.

"See you later Kaiden!" Annabeth said as she rushed after him.

Right now, me and Annabeth were helping pick up, and unfortunately, Percy was here to. He insisted on helping. Lucky me.

"So, Annabeth when did the two of you meet?" I asked.

"We were both 12, at a summer camp. He was hurt and I was helping take care of him. I still remember my first words to him, 'You drool in your sleep'" Annabeth answered.

This is going to be harder then I thought.

"Oh, when did you get together?" I asked.

"On Percy's 16th birthday, we had just gotten back from some trouble we were in."

"Trouble?" I questioned, it was hard to picture Annabeth in trouble.

"Oh ya, we got into all kinds of trouble back then! Well, not really back then, we still get into a lot of trouble. That first year we met, we were in a national man hunt together. Unfortunately for us, we were the ones being hunted." Annabeth said calmly.

"What?!"

"Those were some fun times." Percy said.

I stood there, shocked.

"Remember when you fought Clarisse's dad?" Annabeth asked.

"How could I forget!" Percy said, "It's was wicked."

"What did you do?" I finally managed to say.

"Oh, her dad was mad at me for—"

"He means the man hunt Percy." Annabeth said to Percy, then turning to me to say, "Percy's mom was kidnaped and everyone thought Percy did it, because he to disappeared. But really, he was a camp with me and we were both sent—with another friend—to go find her."

"Okay..." I said, slightly scared.

"Oh, it wasn't that bad. We've been in worse situations." Percy said.

"I'm going to go clean up the Canada classroom, see you guys latter!" I said, rushing out of the room.

Annabeth is not the person I thought I knew.

Percy POV-
"Nice job Percy! I don't think he likes me anymore!" Annabeth said.

"Oh don't I know it Wise Girl." I smirked.

"How about after this, we I message camp and tell them the news?" Annabeth asked.

"Sure!"
