Hailey's POV:

Hi, I'm Hailey Stewarts I am 11 and my mom is Naiomi Solace - Stewarts and my father is Mark Stewarts. I also have a half-brother named Will Solace. I never see him much since he is gone for the summers and even when it's not the summer, he's out of the house a lot.

 He always says he wants to keep us safe, but it isn't like monsters are going to barge in and eat us! 

Today he just came back from his camp covered in scars! He says he fell but why would he have slash marks if he fell! "I'm fine" Will complained to me. Then our mother came over and asked, "WILLIAM SOLACE WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SO LATE TO COMING BACK HOME?" Will looked scared because our mother rarely used our full names. Then our mom ran to Will and wrapped her arms around him. Will slowly wrapped his arms around her as she started to sob into his shoulder. "I thought you died" our mom sobbed. "I'm fine mom we just had some... problems" he said glancing at me.

Once our mom stopped crying, I dragged Will to my room and sat him down on my bed. "What happened" I asked. Before he answered a huge black dog burst through the window. Will quickly turned around and out of nowhere a bow appeared in his hand and quiver appeared on his back. He pulled a arrow from his quiver and shot it at the dog.

"What was that" I asked nervously. He turned around and sighed. Then he said "Go get mom and we'll explain" I nodded and ran down and dragged my mom up to my room.

"Why do you need me?" Mom asked.

Will sighed and said " Hellhound. We need to tell her." Even though that made no sense to me our mom's face changed to surprise and then it turned sad.

Our mom sighed and said "Fine"

They both sat on opposite sides of me and explained everything about the Greek and Roman gods.

It was so much to take in I almost cried.

So that's the story of how I found out my brother is a son of Apollo.
