Jon: but I'm having a crisis rn

BeckyD: What's your crisis Jon?

Jon: I have run out of blue hair dye.

Jon: my roots are showing

Jon: and according to Chiron buying hair dye is not essential enough to leave camp

Claire: ...

Belle: He does have a point. So far nobody in Camp is infected, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Jon: awwwww

Clary: Im so boredddddd. You can't steal stuff if there's nowhere to run. What are we supposed to do?

Belle: well, it's day 29 and the mixed herbs are no longer mixed!

Claire: You did not-

Lorelai: I can confirm that she did.

Clary: Anyone else done something weird?

Claire: I baked bread!

BeckyD: I played baseball with the bread!

Belle: that was supposed to be BREAD?

Lorelai: Does banging my head on a table count as an activity?

Jon: I did a puzzle...

Clary: How is that weird?

Jon: What? I never do puzzles. No patience.

Claire: We noticed.

Belle: Jon and Clary, you should take the time indoors to learn a new skill. A new sport, for example. Or get in some extra training time, not sit around on your phone all day.

Clary: hypocrite

Jon: Me? Doing extra training? 

Belle: ... good point.

BeckyD: Help

Claire: what's wrong?

BeckyD: I hear an ice cream van

Jon: I hear it too! That infuriating music...

Belle: Why is there an ice cream van out here in the middle of nowhere?

Jon: excuse me if I don't care

Clary: wth

Clary: yeah I'm just going to go on an essential journey down the road to the ice cream van and buy an ice pop whilst somehow remaining socially distant. What, do they just throw the ice cream? Oh, and that counts as my daily exercise.

Clary: HOW IS THIS OK?

Belle: It's not. If this were a mortal civilisation, there would be young kids - the super spreaders-  congregating, possibly whilst their poor parents try to homeschool them.

Belle: The driver should be ashamed of themself.

Clary: Thank you. 

Jon: GUYS WE SHOULD CHASE THE ICE CREAM VAN

Claire: Why?

Belle: To give the driver a piece of my mind

Jon: To buy an ice pop!

BeckyD: To shut up that infuriating and repetitive song.

Clary: TO THROW STONES AT IT!

Jon: AFTER I GET MY ICE POP

Lorelai: ...

Lorelai: Just remember to stay inside camp boundaries, or Chiron won't be happy.

Jon: Yay!

Belle: Demigods...

Clary: CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that is how the Squad ended up running in circles around the inside of the camp boundary, after an ice cream van, hurling stones, money and insults at the oblivious driver.
