Annabeth POV

My head was not in it this morning. I burnt my toast, then I ate it plane because we had no more butter, why I didn't toast another piece- I have no idea. Then I forgot my pencil, and I never forget my pencil. THEN I forgot to pay attention to my first few classes! I blame Percy Jackson- I couldn't keep him out of my mind so it's his fault.

Percy, Jason, and Leo went on a quest alone, without any supervision, so you can see why I'm worried.

Now it's lunch, and I forgot to bring lunch. Luckily Nico agreed to pay for my food.

"Thanks again, Nico." I tell him.

He says, "Don't thank me. Just be glad I'm in a good mood."

"And what's got you so happy?" I ask.

"Well, for one think- Hazel's back and we're going out for a 'sibling fun day' as she puts it. But I think the real question is- why are you so out of order?"

I sigh, "I guess I miss Percy. I'm pretty worried about him. I don't think he's ever been on a quest without me."

"Don't worry about Percy," Nico advises me, "I think he's been through worse-"

"But with me."

Nico rolls his eyes, "Just focus on picking out your food. Eating is important."

I get a fruit salad and a bottle of water, then Nico and I go to sit with Piper and Hazel.

"So, Nico, I was thinking that maybe we could go for ice cream, and then to the mall?" Hazel says.

Nico nods, "That's fine."

"Are those twins still bugging you?" Piper asks, "Because I'll punch them if they are."

"I'll take that offer if I can punch them with you." Nico starts to get up but Hazel pulls him back down.

"The twins aren't bugging him," she answers, "they're bugging me."

I say,  "Are they asking you to join there club too?"

Hazel laughs, "gods no. They want to know if I want to be a guest in there club."

"They're trying to break up Frazel too?!" Piper asks, now fuming.

"It would appear so." I say.

When are the twins gonna take a hint?
