Fredrick's POV

I fix my tie and look at Michael. I ask,

"Do you want to go to prison? "

He looks at me and laughs. He says, "Of course not. "

I ask, "Then why won't you let me win this case? "

He looks at me confused and says, "What do you mean? "

"You're sudden outbursts aren't helping. You yelling at your victim isn't helping! "

He says, "She isn't my victim! She's my lover..."

I grab his face and look in his eyes.

"Have you taken your medicine? "

He pushes my hands away and says,

"Yes. Now, can we get this over with? "

I say, "It won't be so easy now. Pam as submitted more evidence. A bunch of letters sent to Penny by that Jason guy. Michael, why did you steal her mail? "

He laughs and says, "That's a crime? "

I say, "Yes! Not as big as the one you're accused of, but yes it's a crime. What else haven't you told me? "

He says, "There's no more secrets. "

"Yeah? "

He nods. I ask,

"Then why did Pam also submit a bunch of brochures with different locations circled in them as evidence? "

His eyes widen. He seem to be panicking, but then he went calm. He mumbles,

"They won't find the bodies. "

I say, "Oh my gosh! Michael are you telling me there's more? How can I help you if you won't tell me what you've done? "

He looks at me and says, "If I tell you.... I'll have to kill you. "

I say, "I can no longer guarantee your freedom. "

He shrugs his shoulders and fixes his jacket.

Pam's POV

It's getting close to 8am. Penny is on her way. Tommy and Randy have been in Memphis all night. Tommy called a few times and said they've had no luck.

I went through some missing persons files from Memphis. There's only one that caught my attention. The missing person is a 16 year old girl. Sandra Conners. Well, she was 16. It's been 5 years.

My heart starts to race as I remember what the file had in it. Her parents were so desperate they started listing things she loved. They listed she loved camping.

I take my phone out and text to Tommy,

Check the campground!

Please, please be there. I know it's a sick thing to plead for, but it'll help in the case and it'll give the parents peace. I check my watch 5 minutes till 8. My office door opens. It's Penny. She smiles and says,

"Hey Pam. "

"Hello, Penny. Please, come in. "

She comes in and closes the door.
"Jason is wondering if he's going to be on the stand today. "

I smile and say, "If I get some good news that's equally bad, no one will have to take the stand. "

Penny asks, "You found something in his house didn't you? "

I nod and say, "I found all Jason's letters to you, and a bunch of brochures that could be locations for his victims bodies. "

Penny sits down in disbelief. She asks,

"Am I the only one who survived? "

I sigh and say, "Possibly. "

My phone starts to ring.

"Hello? "

Tommy says so excitedly,

"We found a body! There's a missing person's flyer in a bag with the body. "

I ask impatiently, "What does it say? "

I hear Tommy ask Randy to give him the bag. Tommy says,

"Um, it says, Sandra Conners. "

Michael's POV

As I sit in the court room, I can't help but notice how confident Pam and Penny looks. Did they find something? Impossible.

As the Judge enters, I look over at Penny. She's so beautiful when she's confident. I want to go over there and have her my way. In front of everyone. I want her family to see her screaming my name as I pleasure her in every possible way.

I want them to see the way she scratches my back. The way she orders me to slow down or speed up. I close my eyes and remember the time we had sex. I remember how tight she was.

I look down. I have an erection. Well, isn't that weird. Now how am I gonna get rid of that? Fredrick looks at then notices my erection. He whispers harshly,

"Michael, get rid of that now! You're gonna loose this case! "

I smile and say, "Penny loves this. "

"I call Michael Jackson to the stand. "

I stand up with pride. I'm not afraid to show my erection to the world. I hear some people gasp as I make my way to the stand. I walk with a stride.

I sit down and look at Penny. She seems in shock. I wink at her. Pam says,

"Mr. Jackson- "

"Call me Michael. "

She sighs and says, "Ok, Michael, how are you doing? "

I cross my legs and say, "I'm just swell. How are you? "

"I'm good thanks. So, Michael, it is true you've been accused of a similar crime twice? "

I smile and say, "I guess I'm popular. "

Judge Harrison says, "Answer the question Mr. Jackson. "

I smile and say, "Yes it's true. "

Pam nods and asks,

"What were the details of the other cases? "

I sigh and say, "One of the cases was about a 16 year old girl who went missing. I think her name was Sandra Conners. The other case- "

"About this first case, did you know Sandra Conners? "

I shift in my seat and say, "Yes. She used to be a student of mine. "

Pam nods and asks, "What was your relationship with her? "

I smile and say, "She was my student and I was her teacher. "

"Just like you and Penny? "

I smirk and say, "Exactly like Penny and I. "

Pam nods and says, "I would like to submit my first line of evidence. This is the recording of what happened a week ago. Please pay close attention. "

The video plays. It shows Penny entering my house. I watch in boredom.

Penny's POV

Pam couldn't use Jason's recording of that night because he had hacked my computer. That's illegal. Michael doesn't seem to be amused.

Once the video is over Pam looks at Michael and asks,

"Do you have an explanation for what you just saw? "

He smiles and says, "I obviously was in disbelief that she was in my home. "

Pam asks,"And her falling down the stairs? How did that happen? "

"She must've slipped. But did you notice how she attacked me twice? "

I wanted to yell at him, but Pam did it for me.

"She was protecting herself! And didn't earlier you say yours and Penny's relationship was just student and teacher. In the video you say you thought you were the only one for her. Then yesterday you yell you love her. "

He laughs nervously and says,

"I admit, I have a problem, but I take medicine for it. "

"What about the shrine? "

He says, "I said I have a problem. I grew a small obsession, but I didn't do anything to harm her! She broke into my home! And went through my stuff! That's illegal! "

Pam nods and says, "Let's go back to Sandra Conners. "

He sighs and asks, "What about her? "

He shifts in his seat and says, "Maybe... "

Pam nods and walks back to our table. She picks up some photos and says,

"Judge Harrison, these are photos of Sandra Conners's body found this morning. I've made copies for the defense. "

She handed Mr. Dawson the copies then gave copies to the Judge. Pam continues,

"Michael, Sandra Conners has been missing for 5 years. She was found this morning at Meeman-Shelby State Park's camping grounds. "

Michael shifts in his seat. He looks likes he's sweating. He's gonna break! Pam asks,

"Do you want to know how we found her? "

Michael nods and says, "Yes..."

Pam crosses her arms and says, "I had a legal search warrant for your home. The police went in and found a brochure Tennessee. Inside you had Memphis circled and Meeman-Shelby State Park underlined violently. We found her body exactly where you had located. "

Michael runs his hand through his hair. Pam says,

"Michael, you can end this now. Just tell me what happened. "

Michael puts his head in his hands. He slowly looks up and looks at Dawson. Then he looks at me, then back at Pam. He sighs and says,

Pam nods. Michael smiles and says,

Pam says, "No more questions. "

Michael begins to sing and sway back and forth in his chair.
