A place called Dalton's juvenile delinquent academy. but you aren't a student there.
CRIMINAL. that's what you are and that's all they see you as.

CONTEXT

DECADES AGO, around the 1970's, Sir Marshall Dalton stumbled upon a town on the Southside of Amarillo Texas. A suffocating location filled with derelict housing, uneducated, relatively deprived children, sirens as a lullaby and little room for awarding career opportunities for who inhabited there.

It was the nature of the majority of the civilians to resort to violence and chaos to get there way around the town simply because everyone was too poor to leave and not knowledgable enough to do anything about the lack of money in their pockets.
Marshall Dalton felt that his fate, the same fate that led him towards this cursed town, was to do something positive to this desperate settlement.

So that he did do, by building the world's first delinquent academy but Dalton had to wait until the early 2000's for his hand-made idea to be recognised internationally. Neighbouring countries confided in the man by reinstalling the academy into a full-time running and successful business for the underprivileged criminals of the Southside.

However, it wasn't long before the success of the delinquent academy started to fall dramatically. Yet, despite this, it still went unnoticed.
Now, guards were cruel. Staff were emotionless robots. Food was barely edible. Students were disrespected. Cuts in prices from the government took a toll on the quality of the food and staff professionalism all to keep the education to its best possible state.

but who would ever learn in a place where they were being mistreated?
