rules of the academy

the original rules were set by Sir Marshall Dalton himself, the creator of the establishment, but have had them modernised and evolved to suit the times which in this case is 2018.

depending on the context,  the appropriate punishment will be put into place. there's a variation of consequences for the inhabitants of the delinquent academy such as isolation rooms, detentions under school periods,  the removal of personal luxurious possessions and extended time in the academy as the most severe consequence to crossing the rules.

However, these are the advised punishments. guards and staff may decide otherwise, again depending on the situation at hand.

1. NO STUDENT SHALL EXIT THE ACADEMY'S PREMISES WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT
the permission should only be administered from a figure of staff in the upper band of the staff hierarchy. for example, dormitory manager, headmaster of education or the headmaster of the delinquent unit etc.

2. NO STUDENT SHOULD COMMIT TO ANY ACTS OF VIOLENCE
this applies for mental, physical and verbal abuse to both the criminal and staff body.

3. NO STUDENT SHALL BE IN THE DORMITORY ROOM OF THE OPPOSITE GENDER OUTSIDE OF CURFEW HOURS
students are assigned gender dorms which are all contained in one unit. the curfew hours, which are 6am-10pm on both weekends and weekdays, meaning that no student shall exit the dormitory unit building and no student shall cross into rooms of the opposite gender.

4. NO STUDENTS SHALL SHOW ANY PUBLIC SIGNS OF AFFECTION AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY
this a delinquent academy not a public school for teenagers. you have commit sins. this is a strict rule of Dalton that says you shall not hold any sexual relationship with no member of the student body or staff body.

5.  NO STUDENT SHALL ATTEMPT TO PERMANENTLY EXIT THE BUILDING. THIS IS NOT TOLERATED.
the consequence will be extended time in the prison on top of many more consequences of the staff choice.

7. AS THERE IS ONLY UNIFORM ON SCHOOLDAYS, STUDENTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE APPROPRIATE WEAR ON THE WEEKENDS

8. NO STUDENT SHALL VANDALISE ANY OF DALTON'S ACADEMY  PROPERTY.

9. NO STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE THE POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WITHIN THE PREMISES  OF DALTON'S ACADEMY
this applies for any type of drugs that are not prescribed by the onsite doctor, smoking substances and stolen property.
