drama literally makes a roleplay. people can't be pre-occupied with building romantic connections all the time. its a juvenile prison, nothing is normal. have fights and secret plots and attempt an escape etc

no playing as god. there's a fine line between planning out a scenario between you and a roleplayer and playing their character for them.

as I stressed before, this is a crazy setting for the young criminals. it's a small town full of civilians that can't afford to escape it therefore have common sense to not make your characters sprout from multimillionaire backgrounds and blossom from the latest vogue mag. unless there's some realistic story behind it, make sure they fit in to the place.
