The episode starts with a black screen with text saying:

* Megalomaniac (Roll credits)

* 1. A person who has an obsessive desire for power.

We then cut to the last corridor where two people are stood. At one end was a skeleton wearing a blue hoodie, slippers, a white shirt, and black shorts. This is Sans the skeleton, a resident in Snowdin, one of the places you see in the underground.

At the other end of the hall was a girl with the red soul of Determination and wearing a blue sweater with 2 purple stripes, brown hair, black shorts, brown boots, closed eyes, and a knife in her right hand. This is Frisk, a human who's on a murder spree killing all the monsters in the underground. She killed so many monsters that her LV, or love, was at 19.

Listen and hear a song the birds are singing

Sit down a while and watch the flowers blooming

A pleasant breeze flows by, leaving a trail of dust

This is your fault, right?

The fight starts as Sans summons bones to stick out of the ground, but Frisk jumps away

Standing in the corridor

Frisk lands as Sans snaps his fingers, summoning several Gaster Blasters.

Who thought we'd be here like this together?

The Gaster Blasters fire blue beams at Frisk, killing her. The arena disappears.

On a gorgeous day like this,

Frisk is back to life, while holding a save star.

I ask "What is it that you want?"

Sans lifts his hands as if he's actually asking her. Frisk ignores this and dashes at Sans, slashing him, but he dodges it, turns her soul blue, pushes her against a wall, and impales her with bones killing her again.

I believe there was a time

Where we could be pals and things were better

Frisk revives again, only now, her body keeps glitching back and forth between herself and another girl. This girl looked like Frisk but was paler and had a smile, red eyes, and a permanent blush on her face. She also wore a green sweater with a big yellow stripe. This is Chara. She is following Frisk and will make sure this route is completed.

Sans and Frisk both reminisce on the good times they had in the previous timelines.

Can we go back to that?

They both shake it off and continue fighting. As Frisk dashes towards Sans, her soul is seen with black veins on it

If you're listening, kid

Just reset the timeline

And let's please forget all of this.

 The fight continues as Frisk continues glitching back and forth from her and Chara

Even after what you did, he believed in you

We get a flashback where Frisk is in Snowdin fighting another skeleton. This is Papyrus. Papyrus wears a red scarf, armor, black bone covers, gloves, and boots. Papyrus is Sans' brother.

Frisk slashes Papyrus down while his arms were open for a hug.

Till the end

Only Papyrus' head remained, but not for long as Frisk steps on him and crushes his skull into dust.

The screen starts glitching, then goes dark as 2 white dot pupils are all that's visible. Text appears which says:

"Why do you look so unhappy, everyone? Is it because I haven't kept my promise?"

The figure is revealed to be me, Unimeta. I have a grin and a shadow over my eyes as only the white dots are visible. More text appears.

"Don't worry, all of my awesome fans. You'll get what you want to see very soon. Now, back to the video."

I then vanish into the darkness with an evil laugh.

The screen returns to the episode.

Looking at your face right now

Back in the present, Sans shoots more bones at Frisk.

That expression tells me

She tries parrying all the bones.

I can't afford not to care anymore

Some still impale her, killing her again.

Turn this path around, wipe your dirty hands clean

 Sans is shown killing Frisk over and over without breaking a sweat.

Give up

Sans throws Frisk to the ground, impaling her with more bones, killing her once again. Frisk is in her little menu, about to hit the continue button.

"Please don't come back,"

She stops herself from pressing continue, and starts tearing up as she regrets what she did, before smiling. She didn't want to continue on this road anymore, she wanted happiness. So she reaches out to hit the reset button.

"If your my friend."

Before she can hit it, a black tendril grabs her arm, pulling her back as Chara takes over Frisk's body, Determined to finish the genocide route.

"Please?"

Chara rushes at Sans, who attacks her with many bones.

Sit down a while and watch the flowers blooming

Chara effortlessly dodges and parries all of them.

A pleasant breeze flows by, leaving a trail of-

She starts slashing at Sans who dodges each of them.

How could you have done this?

Sans throws Chara to the wall as more bones pierce the wall ready to impale her. Chara looks back and stabs her knife into the ground, saving herself. She dashes back at him and continues the fight. Meanwhile, Frisk is stuck in the menu only able to watch what happens.

[You tried to tell Sans "I'm sorry." Nothing happens.]

Is there still a glimmer of hope?

Sans was getting more and more worried as Chara kept getting close with her slashes and kept easily dodging his attacks.

Will you choose to do the right thing?

Sans was getting more and more tired.

"Please now bud,"

"If you're there,"

Sans only had enough energy to shoot 3 slow bones at Chara.

"Have a change of heart."

Chara parried the first 2 and grabbed the last making it harmless.

Sans watched as his death loomed over him.

Sit down a while and watch the flowers blooming

Frisk didn't want to sit by while this happened and pounded the wall, cracking it. She realized that she could escape and save Sans.

What a nice day

Chara slashed her knife at Sans...

only for Frisk to tank the hit for Sans with a smile on her face, shocking him and Chara.

[You tell Sans "I'm sorry... Take my soul and fix my mistakes, one last time.]

Frisk disappeared, leaving just her soul. Chara rushed to grab it but Sans grabbed it, powering him up.

Chara smiled as she was sure she could still win, only to hear Sans chuckling.

Sans: hehe. aren't you missing something buddy? (Sans speaks in all lowercase)

Chara was confused until she looked behind him and saw that Sans now had the reset button.

Sans: but first...

Sans snapped his fingers and a giant bone impaled her sending her into the air where she got blasted by a ring of Gaster Blasters.

Sans: get dunked on, you megalomaniac.

Sans presses the reset button and resets the timeline, ending the episode.

(So, how do you like this new AU................................................................................................... is what I would say if the episode wasn't mostly just a "copy down what you hear and see". Before you start commenting however, I gotta say this was intentional. I'm not gonna change things at the very beginning because, how would the delta warriors fit into this episode? They wouldn't. To make up for that, Season 1 will have an episode 1.5. See ya.)
