"She needs to be alone."

The doctor said as he almost moved ahead when he drifted backwards like he forgot to mention something "and who are you to her?" The doctor asked. ChungHa placed both hands into her pocket as her eyes travelled around. "A friend" Tzuyu replied and the doctor nodded, tapping her back lightly and walked ahead. The four girls sighed. "Unfair" Sunmi said, throwing her hands up in the air "how could we have possibly saved her if not like this, i mean the hospital format. Just how?" ChungHa sat down comfortably and crossed her legs "sometimes,  security is key of ones safety. Not all humans think in that lane"

The three girls joined ChungHa in seating now. All girls had their eyes shut "now Yuta is nonexistent,  we could live our lives to the fullest. It's just like a dream" Momo said and Sunmi flashed her gaze at her "and who said that he was a burden?" Momo chuckled and moved swiftly on her seat, ignoring her on purpose. The girls for some minutes, continued to talk about alot of things but Tzuyu was bothered about Sana's wellbeing. "Please be safe". But why? Why was she beginning to feel concerned?

"Excuse me" a female with the tiniest of voices said interrupting the lady's moment as they all flung their eyes open. With the uniform she was wearing, the girls could detect her position in the hospital as a nurse. "About the patient you brought in an hour ago, the doctor said that you'll all have to go home and come back tomorrow"

"But why?" Tzuyu asked. The sudden decision were making her feel rather disconcerted.

"Because it won't worth the wait. No one will be permitted to see her until tomorrow. If you may excuse me" the nurse said and walked ahead greeting some patients who rode by with their wheelchairs, some accompanied by nurses,  others happily moving around themselves.

The girls watched at the nurse with seeming annoyance "What the heck though?" Momo busted out. ChungHa sat down and crossed her legs "Basic shits that avoids me coming to hospital. I'd rather treat myself. First, we weren't allowed to see who we'd brought in and now, we're being asked to go home. What if some tasty vampire visits?" ChungHa looked more serious than her words portrayed. "Oh come on Chung!" Sunmi started off hitting her playfully on her arm "the nurse is only doing her job. Besides,  it was an instruction been passed across. And, there are no such things as vampires in the hospital" ChungHa and Momo momentarily looked at Sunmi who shrugged "yeah" she added as Momo scoffed,  "what if i disguise myself to be ill, who would know that some blood sucking human lives in a ward?" "Except being tested" ChungHa added "ChungHa... Right" Momo said and both hifived. Sunmi growled "ok, i literally need to be with my grandma to know how she's faring but i cancelled all of that because of Sana's safety and now what?"

Momo rubbed her palms together as she played with a kid who passed by with his mother. "I'm supposed to be with my boyfriend but still...

Tzuyu cleared her throat " it ok. I understand everyone of you. This is supposed to be my business,  my burden since i caused it".  The girls looked at her,  "y'all can go home, I'll break the rules and stay back" she added making the other girls shocked. "No you can't do that. Hospitals take their Instructions seriously,  you shouldn't risk yourself" ChungHa protested.  "And plus,  your burdens are ours, if not, we wouldn't be here." Momo said and sighed "forget the damn shits we were ranting on. It was just to keep our bloody mouths busy".  At this words, the girls chuckled. "Literally speaking Momo, are there any vamp, who survived merely by talking?" Sunmi asked as the girls laughed once again. "So that means, if you're staying back. We areeeeeeee .....staying back too" ChungHa said as Momo and Sunmi nodded in total agreement. "Before 7:59 AM, i should be able to get our favourite babs" Sunmi uttered candourly. Tzuyu smiled as the girls gave her quick peck. Sometimes,  Tzuyu appeared like a baby to them, docile and warm to tranquillize, but her angry/brutal self is no tantamount to her Docile self. One can easily say that Tzuyu Chou has two sides. 

"Ya'll, stop being sycophants. Seriously girls,  I'm fine" Tzuyu continued to emphasize as the girls continued in their praises on Tzuyu's bravery to face the school most feared human. "I'm fine! I'm not willing to go home. My spirit's not at home..........it's here" she said all of a sudden making the girls calm. "Even if i leave, my spirit will still remain here. So I'll just stay where my spirit wants to stay. The girls remained quiet as Tzuyu looked different saying all of that. Silence ruled the girls.

Chae-Rin walked into the overall general's office. She wasn't astonished to see every seat occupied with her fellow detectives. " you fixed the time of the meeting and here you are, three minutes late". Chae-Rin stood by the doorway and bowed "I'm sorry general. I got caught up in a messy traffic, kept me for twenty minutes and...." She was slightly interrupted "keep the excuses,  take the corrections and measures to a productive detective and cop that you are, Chae-Rin" Yoona said. Taking it upon herself,  Chae-Rin bowed and apologised.

"It won't happen again"

"Nice. Have a seat"

"Thank you. I'd love to stand as a punishment"

"But i insist you sit. Besides,  it's a separate position for hardworking cops like you Chae-Rin" Yoona smiled.

"Thank you general" Chae-Rin bowed politely. "We we're about kicking of when you walked in. Permit me to begin with your reports Chae-Rin" Yoona said interlocking her fingers together "There is a report that have lasted three weeks on my desk without progress. I wanna ask,  who is being kidnapped. Tell me everything you know about the kidnapped in question" Chae-Rin sighed as she sat upright and greeted her colleagues as she stood up and began "My reports: first of all, who is the kidnapped? Her biography from my chitchat with her parents. The kidnapped name is Miss Sana Maxwell Minatozaki. She's a citizen of Japan but got adopted by Mr and Mrs Maxwell who are citizens of Korea. Sana was transfered from a local orphanage home in Japan when she was little,  to a well built and constructed orphanage home in Seoul owned by the cathedral of faith. She grew up believing that Mr and Mrs maxwell were her biological parents until her graduation night. Her predicaments; according to Mrs Maxwell,  she said both herself and Sana had engaged in a severe arguments that had triggered her to run out of home and she never returned back"

Some detectives sighed at the story. It was really a clueless fight.

"Did she tell you what they were fighting over?" Jaehwa asked while jotting some things down. Chae-Rin turned to him "Yes. She made mention of actually trying to force her into marriage against her will". Jaehwa nodded. " Was that the first time they fought? If no, then have she ever stayed weeks away from home due to her misunderstanding with her mother?" Jiyong asked. Chae-Rin by this time,  took a deep breath as Everyone looked at her in anticipation of her answer. "Mrs Maxwell made mention of the fact that, they fight almost since her teenage age but never had she stayed away from home for so long" she replied.

"And what have you and your team being doing for this weeks since the report?" Yoona asked. Her pen's bottom momentarily  hit the table. "We've being trying our best. We've found nothing but we're aren't relenting" Chae-Rin said as Yoona looked at her with growing anger. "Two weeks now, and you're still making empty promises? Are you going to wake up when her death is being announced? Do you know who she's with? Do you know the troubles she's being faced with wherever she is right now? How do you take joy in slowing down, then having a life cut short due to your lazy and lackadaisical attitudes?! Huh?! How?!"

Chae-Rin bowed her head low " I'm sorry general. Forgive me". Yoona breathed out and stood up "make sure something meaningful comes out of this before this week runs out. And, Yoona stormed out after her last words.

Chae-Rin huffed greatly into the air. Well, it wasn't as easy.

Momo walked into the living room as she threw her car keys on the couch. It'd been a long and unforgettable day for her and her gang. Tzuyu had never looked so stressed, helpless and emotional until now and it bothered her. She lazily pulled off her boots and laid no her couch as she gently closed her eyelids when the cracking door of the living room made her flung her eyes widely open. She closed her eyes back. Unbothered at who it was.

"My necklace!" Hani yelled at Momo who had sealed her ears with her mystic powers. "I never take what doesn't belong to me" Momo protested. "Liar! Abject liar! You know too well that that necklace catches your eyes and all you do is want it and now what? You've successfully stolen it. But I won't leave here. Not until you hand me over my necklace" Hani continued to rant and yell about, until Momo had lost it and breathed in and out slowly. "If you want,  change to a werewolf for all i fuckin' care. Just give me my thing and I'll go." Hani added as she folded up her arms "I've never seen a sister like you who drives pleasure in stealing and deceitfulness." Momo slowly sat up, eyes turned brilliant red. This wasn't the first time that Hani, her younger sister had pulled her legs. Both had never being close, right from the onset and all the young lady did was to cause nuisance and insult Momo. At times like this, it was hard to be cool. Hani never respected her. Despite the fact that Momo was the only vampire in the Hirai's family, Hani never gave a damn.

Momo pulled the mini table aside as she bent her neck sideways and in terrible ways that would send a normal human being six feet below. She walked towards Hani, whose voice had mellowed down but this wasn't the real Momo. If something wasn't done real fast,  she'll end up dying. This wasn't the first time, Momo got provoked to hurting Hani but anytime she attempted to bite her, situations come in place. It's either darkness overshadows them or Taeyong holds Momo,  thereby letting Hani run away.

Hani began to sweat madly as her back had hit the wall, nowhere to go from thence and Momo was coming close and even closer. The night was so unusual. Hani, having a little knowledge about vampires,  she hits the designated bub and with a sparkle of lights, everywhere went dark but not completely,  since the moonlight outside reflected in. The murderous laughter of Momo, only frightened the teenager the more. "What makes you think that i get scared of the dark?" She asked with her seeming reddish eyes appearing more clear to Hani's visualisation. Hani opened her mouth to plead for her life but she ended up stuttering. Her back graced the wall as Momo drew closer. Hani,  accepting defeat,  closed her eyes and prayed internally for her soul's rest.

Quack!

Hani widened her eyes as the unconscious body of her sister was now in the hands of Taeyong her boyfriend. A heavy book fell from his hands. She breathed out a sigh of relief and bypassed him. Picking up her handbag,  she rushed to the door to leave;

"You never seize to provoke Momo. If i never returned,  you would have been dead by now. And at the end you walk out like it was some movie rehearsals"  Taeyong said, holding tightly unto his girlfriend. Hani scoffed and faced Taeyong "i never asked you to save me. I only wish that your lousy girlfriend gets some manners and stop invading my privacy" Hani said nonchalantly. Taeyong looked at her uncomprehendingly. How could she complain about someone's defaults when hers greatly much? He knew who Hani was, before Momo would have gone to the extent of transformation,  he always knew that Hani might have transcended.

Dusting up her handbag, she approached the door, vehemently making sounds with her classic heels. No doubts, she's a working class and very intelligent young lady without vibrant manners to crown her "well, i came for my necklace and couldn't have it today but I'll come back and keep coming until she gives it back!". 

Slam!

Taeyong sighed as he looked at his girlfriend who he'd hit with a heavy book on the head. He felt remorseful. There were countless number of times he'd rescued this arrogant girl called Hani from the brutality of Momo's anger. But the fact was that Hani never learnt her lesson. " you'll be fine" Taeyong reassured the unconscious young lady and laid her on the sofa. It had always being the same routine and style but mysteriously,  Momo never remembers whatever that happened the previous night. She never does.

"Sunmi unnie?" A voice called from across the phone. "Ye" Sunmi replied as she drove home. "Your twin brother wishes to see you" Sunmi smiled as she held up a picture of herself and her brother cuddled up closely together when they were still little.

"I'll be there shortly"

Sunmi arrived at the hospital and immediately got into her brother's ward. She met him awake "hmm, Ah-jin, still awake?" She asked and hugged him. Her smiles gave him chills. "Yeah, i was so worried about my big sister and her welfare". Sunmi pouted and sat down on a seat " aigoo~ you shouldn't worry about me Ji~"

"Why not? My days are numbered. Seeing your beautiful and youthful face keeps me alive. " He said and smiled weakly. Sunmi's eyes grew instantly weak at the words of her twin brother. "You know,  Sunmi, you remind me so much of my mom,  Hee-Sun. A beautiful, patience, loving and intelligent woman."

Sunmi smiled and held his hands "Jin~~ it's alright. Don't talk about mom now. She's fine wherever she is and Jin please,  can you stop emphasising on death...?" Ah-jin sighed and slowly closed his eyelids "can you spend the night here?" He asked and she took his right hands and nodded with a "hum" for an answer as the young man drifted into a long pampered sleep. Sunmi slowly pulled her hands away from his and watched him sleep. Why did I leave you? Why did our mother leave? Why did everyone leave? How many days was Ah-jin going to leave?

Sunmi remained still on her seat, watching her brother all through the night and thinking widely about a lot of things.

Taking up a crystal blue stone,
 

she could read cryptically that her brother would die any soon. She sighed and nevertheless, stood up, covered him properly and left the ward.
