!1!
The girl sat in a booth near a small window, her [e/c] concentrating on the beautiful sight of the moon. Her eyes shone with the same fierceness. She had never let her guard down around anyone- she couldn't. Her job meant she has to be serious and being serious and getting the job done means- don't let anything get in the way. Not even friends.
She let out a sigh. The loneliness that gripped at her heart was unbearable. As if it had engulfed her entire being with a sheet of sadness, she slumped in her chair, ignoring the loud blaring music.
She cleared her throat and sat up straight, and looked over at the door. As soon as she did, she made eye contact with Vanoss himself. He wore his owl mask, but it was easy to see his eyes. He made his way over to the booth, his eyes glued to hers. He didn't even let his gaze roam the strippers, he just kept his eyes locked with hers. She smirked, since she saw his eyes run along her body for a moment. She shivered a bit, before indicating to the seat in front of her.
He sat down, and a silence engulfed them. She gave him a smirk whilst resting her chin on the back of her hand.
He cleared his throat before talking. "I need you to assassinate someone."
"Well, no sh*t, Sherlock." She snorted. "It's what people hire me for, I'm basically a hitman." She sat up straight, not before acknowledging Vanoss' clearly annoyed look.
Vanoss's eyes traveled to the women dancing on the poles, until she cleared her throat.
"Care for a drink?" She gave him a small smirk, her mask resting on the bridge of her nose.
Vanoss shook his head no. He wasn't about to let his guard down in front of a backstabbing criminal- WAIT, isn't that what he is?
Her smirk just grew, as she rests her cheek on the palm of her hand, her elbow digging into the table.
"Why so defensive?" The girl asked. Vanoss rolled his eyes.
"I need you to assassinate a gang leader." The man felt his muscles tense when he saw the girls smirk quickly fade.
"Do you know how dangerous that is?? Well.. it depends on what person it is...", The girl was hesitant.
"The Thunderers gang leader." Vanoss interupted. The girls head shot up, and she stared directly at him.
"...How much?" She asked.
"$500k." He sat back in his seat.
The girl narrowed her eyes, before sitting up straight.
"..Fine. But if I start to get tracked down by these 'Thunderers,' you and your gang are protecting me." The girl let herself relax. "That's the deal. Along with the 500k."
"Fine. It's a deal." Vanoss stuck his hand out.
"Deal." The girl shook his hand. "I'll cya later, Owlie."

[Y/n] lay on a different roof this time, her sniper in hand. After a lot of convincing, Vanoss finally sent one of his minions to be her bodyguard incase something happened. That one happened to be Delirious.
Of course she got stuck with the crazy one.
Pulling the sniper up to her face, she looked through the scope.
The leader of the group seemed very frustrated. He was yelling at a bunch of the gang members, and the members were shrinking back in fear. This obviously wasn't a very friendly man.
The girl raised the snipers barrel to hit the center directly on his head.
She waited a few moments, until the leader turned around and sighed. Then she pulled the trigger.
Thing is, she barely missed.
"Sh*t." She cursed under her breath, grabbing Delirious's attention.
"What?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"He moved as soon as I shot. I missed. They were warned." The girl chased the man with her sniper, as he ran forward only to stop and order things. She pulled the trigger, this time getting a clean headshot. The gang members panicked.
"F*ck!" The girl said a little louder this time. One of the gang members spotted them on the roof. He began shouting and pointing at them. "Run! Quick! They spotted us."
She tackled Delirious to the ground, as a bullet flew right where Delirious previously stood.
She picked herself up as quickly as she could, before grabbing Delirious and practically dragging him until he got into his own feet and ran along side her. The girl pulled her sniper over herself, and the sniper rested on her back. She fastened the strap, and made sure it wouldn't slip.
They took a sharp turn, making her stumbled a bit, and Delirious to slide, but they continued to run nevertheless. The girl glanced over her shoulder, before taking a deep breath.
Black cars stopped at the end of the alleyway they resided in, the opening behind them.
The girl slowed down enough for the boy to catch up.
"I'm gonna need you to keep running." She instructed.
"What?? H*'ll no! I was instructed to help, not be a coward!" He shouted, before laughing like a psycho.
"Just trust me, okay! Keep running!"
She slid to a stop at the end of the alleyway. She grabbed her strap, before pulling off a grenade she made herself and pulling the pin. Aiming right for the car, she threw it at a perfect angle. It landed under the car, and it blew up. It wasn't a big explosion, just a small one that released a sleeping gas. One by one, the people that climbed out of the car fell to the ground within seconds. She was proud of her work.
She turned around, as she began to make her way out of the alleyway.
A sharp pain quickly ripped through her leg, making her hiss in pain. She screamed, as she felt her skin being torn apart by a bullet. She crashed to the ground, her vision a little blurry.
Looking up, she saw one of the gang members. He began to run towards him, before falling to the ground, line of blood falling him. The sound of footsteps were heard near her, as she saw Delirious quickly approaching.
"Sh*t!" He yelled. He quickly dropped next to her. "I've failed! Ugh!"

My writing skills are getting worse. I'll eventually get back into it, considering I took such a long break. I'm really sorry.
