She was still flustered playing with free end of her dupatta.. Her eyes downcast......a lot of uncertainty in them....
She nodded... In an affirmative...

Instead of sitting on the couch he made his way with coffee cups...towards the window...... Sitting beside her..... He noticed how hesitant she was.... Gently took her hand which was trembling in his.. And rubbed his thumb on back of her palm... To ease her up... Giving a comforting smile....
"umm.. So.." they both spoke in unison wanting to break the ice...

"u r not bothered about wt happened.,..?"

She was startled at such direct question.... Which he had intended to ask just to know what she is feeling exactly..as now he was getting bothered to see her so hesitant... .

"are you...?she questioned him back.... This time without hesitation....

He smiled and kissed her knuckles
as his gaze darkened...
He replied with such genuineness and clarity...
"No.....not for a second...i m done with stifling my feelings... Naina... Now that i know... I m not alone to feel this way.... "

Her nervousness flew away...... She gave a warm smile....

" i love u.... Don't know from how or when..."he spoke further....

" and it is the best thing that has
happened to me........ Its all i know for now.... "
She being herself.... Too flustered... Too shy to respond... Hid herself in his embrace.... Tugging on his t shirt.....
" i never knew... I could feel this way..." was all she could say...
He smiled ruffling her hair.. And muttered..."
"me too..."

After a while... They were sitting cross legged leaning against the wall on the floor.... Talking about random things....about everything...
Mostly it was he who was talking and she was listening to his stories like a fascinated little kid.... Just like the times she used to listen to naveen and his stories about the academy... About his life...
He talked about his academy days.. About how him and naveen used to prank around and get away with nasty stuff..... How suriji would let them get away with any prank they would play.... How they used to sneak out of academy...

She was amazed to hear about this side of his personality... Fun Loving and carefree....
They were for the first time behaving like companions.. Like friends...

Their fingers entwined with each other.....her head leaning on his chest.... The quite moment they were having was nothing more than bliss...

He would snuggle closer to her.... As she would want to let go.... Pleading her to stay a bit longer..

" what had gotten into u today... We all were hoping huda might not actually end up in infirmary.... After the punishment you gave him...."

He sighed.... He was hoping that she would not bring this up... But he had to admit.. That it was a bit of an overreaction....

"i don't like it when he flirts with you.." he replied as if stating a fact....

She couldn't believe..... That he actually punished huda just because he was jealous...this was a completely new side of him that she was seeing...wondering who is he and what has he done to her calm and sensible rajveer sir.... .

He had flipped completely ever since the day they confessed their love....

"i can't believe... U punished him just because u were jealous..."
She chuckled...

"and you are concerned because u were enjoying the fact that he was flirting with you...is it??"
He was whining like a school kid now... While she gave him an I don't believe you look...
"that's totally absurd... We all know huda..he's been flirting his way out with me since day one..."

"yeah... Exactly.... And that's what makes him entitled to do that does it..."
He replied sarcastically... Slightly screwing his face.... He looked so adorable...when he was jealous... She could plant a big kiss on his cheeks right now she thought...
. She started laughing hard at his antics.... He pretended to be annoyed but looking at her laughing carefree..made his heart melt... And he joined her laughing as hard... ...

"okay i admit... I over reacted... But couldn't help it... I was angry.. Not because he flirted with you.... But because he could easily convey all what he feels to you... He can say it out loud that he 's crazy about you... That he loves you... While i can't.... I just wish i could tell you how much i love you when and however i please...."
"i want to tell the whole world you are mine naina... I don't want us to be a secret.... I want this to work no matter how complicated it gets... All i care is that u r with me right now.... And nothing else."

She looked at him with a sense of wonder..... And her eyes brimmed as she witnessed how much this relationship meant to him.... And what a great deal of self control he must need to sound discreet and formal around her everyday.....

" well u can tell me how much u love me now.... I would rather prefer being the only person to hear it... .. I would rather let us be a secret for now.. What i feel now... Is so special... I don't want to share it with anyone....just for a while...."

This statement of her made his heart flutter... He couldn't help but take her lower lip in his.... Kissing gently... Smoothly.....as if letting her know how much she means to him... His hand cupping her cheek while the other caressing her hair..... She responded too.... Entangling her fingers in his hair... Ruffling them.... The room was filled with the muffling sound of their soft kisses.... And giggles.... And there was of course the sound of drizzling rain out of their windows playing in the background.... They both were lost in each other and their world was lost somewhere.....
