Kacchan slumped down onto one of the chairs in front of the emergency room . He bent down slightly and gave a rather sigh , his fingers ran through his hair . Bakugou looked like the walking dead , his eyes were foggy from the frustration and his expression were unreadable . The blonde male gave a defeated sigh .

Shinsou gave him the worst news ever where Izuku's pulse was low and he was probably dea---

" Katsuki ! "
"Katsuki-kun! "

Two familiar voices echoed the hallway . Bakugou did not budge , his stare burnt onto the floor and his hand froze in motion , never letting go of the phone which he used to call the two people he trusted .

A blonde and a green haired woman stopped in front of where Kacchan sat . Both of them gasped for air , it was obvious that they ran the whole time . They were none other than Izuku's mother , Inko Midoriya and Kacchan's mother , Mitsuki Bakugou . The two pal were coincidentally at Inko's house to prepare some delicious food to bring to the hospital for the couple since Kacchan notified them that Izuku was giving birth before things took a turn for the worse .

' Ma , it's an emergency . Please hurry '

Those words repeated like a ringtone in Mitsuki's head . Kacchan never called him 'Ma' or 'Mama' and knowing well how his son was , it was definitely an emergency . Something must had happened to Izuku or the baby . Inko at that time could only grab her pink sweater and Mitsuki's purse before jumping into the car . Fuck the police , Mitsuki sped like no tomorrow to the hospital .

Both of their hearts became uneasy when Kacchan did not raised his head up to tell them Izuku's situation . The atmosphere was dim and depressing , Inko with her negative thoughts started to break down into tears .

" Please , is Izuku and the baby o-okay? " , Inko muffled her tears when she saw how Kacchan shook his head slowly in agony . The three of them became devastated , Mitsuki rushed to her son's side and cried while pampering the shaking blonde male on the blue chair .

But what Bakugou does not know , Izuku was there standing beside him . He could not see him neither Inko or Mitsuki . It was Izuku's soul roaming around and all the freckled boy could was standing there spouting words no one can hear .

Shinsou kept calm stance and gave extra precautions onto Izuku's body condition . ' This is a rare case . How could he ...' , the purple haired doctor thought deeply . He held onto the patient's cold hands and he was sure the boy was ....

'No .

I can't .

I must save Izuku with all I got ! '

Rustling through his coat , he  continued his procedure to regain Izuku's life .

Izuku was battling against life and death and Shinsou was there to make sure life wins .

Flashback

' Katsuki-kun , do you believe in spirits ? Well , I do . I read it somewhere in Hoogle that if someone believes in them , they could see their dead ones.. '

' What the hell are you spouting now , Deku ? Are you gonna die or somethin' ? '

' It's not like that . I mean , maybe you should try to believe that Kacchan . Maybe one day I will leave first before you . '

' Shut that mouth up and quit spouting things that could ruin the evening ! '

' Sorry , Kacchan . '

' Damn it , you are making me worried . '

' So ... You believe in them now ? '

' If it allows me to hear your voice once again then yes , idiot Izuku . '

Flashback ends

" Fuck , still no heartbeat ?! Its been three minutes already . Izuku , come on ! " , Shinsou did all he could do to save the boy .

----

Izuku stood beside Kacchan , he was confused and lost . Why can no one hear his voice ? He had been trying to talk to Kacchan on the chair the moent he got out from the ER . His husband seemed depressed and Izuku felt bad . Even when the freckled waved his hands up and down in front of Kacchan's face , the blonde male kept digging holes on the floor with his glare of nothingness .

The green haired then saw how his mother , Inko and his mother-in-law , Mitsuki came rushing in . He tried to talk to them , " Mum ! Please help me . Kacchan won't respond to me . Is he okay ?" . The boy became silent when he saw how Inko fell onto her knees and cried .

" Mum ?? Why are you crying ? Why can't I hear your voice ? Why can't you hear my voice ?! HEY ! " , Izuku desperately screamed out but there was no sound replying other than his . The boy could only watch on how Inko and Mitsuki gathered around Kacchan , calming each other .

" No... It isn't Kacchan who's weird here . Is it ... " , Izuku took a step back , not believing what is happening and fear rained his world . The green haired boy felt his body passing through the wall and it freaked him out . The room beside the wall was the surgery room where his physical body is in .

I'm dead...?

He gasped slightly when the fact kicked in . It was actually his soul roaming around thinking the caesarean was a success but it was actually ...

Izuku turned his head towards the body on the surgery bed . The boy saw green hair , freckled cheeks , porcelain skin and a wedding ring on the right hand . He glanced towards Shinsou who was doing everything he could to save him . Jirou and Denki too . It was a havoc and Izuku stared at his lifeline that did not moved at all .

God , why ...?

Deku heard a sound for the first time in his soul form . He snapped his head towards the wall on his left and ran towards the sound . It was a cry that belonged to Izuku's baby . It took the boy no time to arrive in the nursery room where he saw their chibi inside an incubator , alone and crying softly .

Izuku went over the baby and ran his fingers around him . " Shhh , Mama's here . Don't cry ... " , the baby seemed to take notice of his mother and stopped crying . It still scared Izuku on how his fingers easily passed through the glass of the incubator but he pushed the problem to the back of his mind and focused on his newborn son . 

At that moment , Izuku realized something.  He was not ready to die yet . He still had a son which he wants to see growing up healthy . How he wanted to grow old with Katsuki side by side . He doesn't want to leave them yet . The freckled boy still craved for a family which both parents are present for the baby . A tear rolled down Izuku's cheeks , his hand turned into a ball of fist .

' KATSUKI ! '

Thump .

At the same moment , Bakugou's eyes snapped opened in surprise , he finally raised his head and look towards the direction of the nursery room . Inko and Mitsuki who was still sobbing stopped their actions and stared at Bakugou . " W-What's s wrong , Katsuki ? " , Mitsuki exclaimed through sniffles when Kacchan flee from his blue chair and ran down the hallway .

' IZUKU ? '

He almost slipped himself down the floor when he stopped in front of the glass which he can see their baby is in . He held his palm to the glass to the direction of the baby , " I heard you , Izuku ... But where ? "

' Do you believe in spirits , Katsuki ? '

A flashback of Izuku's words entered Bakugou's mind . He looked beside the incubator and took a deep breath . If it meant to let him see where Izuku is , he will believe in spirits .

Slowy , a foggy image of Izuku came to appear beside the baby . The freckled boy was still in his hospital dress , smiling with tears rolling down his cheeks while waving at Kacchan .

" You can finally see me , Kacchan " , Izuku sobbed through tears . The glass was thick so he saw how Bakugou called out for his husband's name over and over again . Kacchan cried as well meanwhile Inko and Mitsuki with some other nurses tried to calm him down and peel him off away from the glass .

" NO ! CAN'T YOU SEE !? IZUKU IS STANDING RIGHT THERE !! OVER FUCKING THERE !! " , Kacchan snarled and everyone saw no one inside . Inko and Mitsuki decided maybe it was because Kacchan's denial in accepting the fact that Izuku is ... Gone .

" Katsuki ! Stop ! You are making it hard for all of us here , Damn it !! " , Mitsuki held both of his son's shoulders . " Look at Inko ! It is hard for her to accept it too but please , don't make it difficult for me to accept the truth as well ! I beg of you "  , Mitsuki's body trembled and cried again . Bakugou stopped his rampage when his action was hurting everyone around him . He glanced towards Izuku who was shocked with the situation .

He took a step back because he felt horrible , everyone was hurting because of his death . The boy's spirit started to fade away and their baby started to cry again when Izuku disappeared . Kacchan fell to the ground , his heart broke to pieces when he lost Izuku again .

The freckled boy was suddenly sent to a white abyss , he looked everywhere to identify the place . He felt a breeze and upon him was a humongous garden filled with an unimaginable scenery which one could not see on Earth .

Is this heaven ?

The golden door was opened just for Izuku and the boy did not budge whatsoever . He still had Bakugou and their baby's image in his head . Someone who looked like an angel with large wings waved it's hand towards Izuku to come in .

The boy shook his head and stepped back , " I s-still need to be by my husband's and my child's side ! " . He stuttered a little and he felt wings around him . A finger pressed onto Deku's mouth , it was soft and firm . It dragged him into Heaven little by little . Izuku was not ready . Flashbacks of Kacchan , their baby and his family and friends rampaged his small brain . Izuku was definitely not ready for the afterlife . He could see how troubled Bakugou be without him by his side and how his son would grow up without a mother . 

NO . NO . NO !!!!

" I DON'T WANT TO DIE YET !!!" , Izuku cried at the top of his lungs . The angel was taken aback and understood his foolish human request . In a second , the green haired boy felt lightheaded and wings started to cover his small frame .

Beep . Beep . Beep .

----

Izuku opened his eyes only to see Kacchan sleeping with his head laid down onto the bed . With the baby in the baby stroller they bought before .

A smile lurked onto Izuku's face and he started to sob softly while glancing to the sky , ' thank you ' .
