(Skip over the other fights since I know you want to see Izuku's fights. Also all fights that aren't shown happen the same way as in the anime. Izuku pov)

I walk into the ring and look at my opponent. I'm fighting Shoto Todoroki. We both star at each other.

"Remember Midoriya. I said I would show you no mercy if we were to fight." Todoroki tells me

"I don't want your mercy. I just want a good fight between the two of use." I tell the double sided boy "So you better not hold anything back." I tell him

Todoroki remains silent. Then Present Mic comes over the loudspeaker

"THE NEXT MATCH IS IZUKU MIDORIYA VS SHOTO TODOROKI. THIS FIGHT IS GONNA BE GOOD SO I WOULDN'T BLIND IF I WERE YOU. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS A MOMENT OF THIS FIGHT!" Present mic shouts "SO BEGIN!" The teacher shouts

Hearing the ok to go at it Todoroki sends a wave of ice at me. In response I inhale and unleash my fire breath. Our two attacks collide and cancel each other out. However I see even more ice coming toward me. I jump back and inhale before unleashing more of my fire breath. It melts the ice but as soon as the ice melts more takes its place. I jump up but the ice manages to freeze part of my leg. I charge up my dragon magic into my arm and punch down at the ice shattering it. As I land I see Todoroki. His breath is cold since I can see it and I see a little bit of ice covering the right side of his body.

"With out a doubt you are strong Midoriya but there are flaws with your quirks." The double boy tells me. "While your fire breath is a perfect counter for my ice, you need to inhale to use it. During those brief openings is when you're most open for attacks. As for your strength I have the advantage there. I'm able to keep you at a distance and create ice walls to stop your punches. I'm sorry to say this Midoriya but you can't win."

I stand up and eye Todoroki. As I look at him I notice something. He's shivering. 

"Oh really, I can't win? How about you. You're shivering. Your body may be more resilient to the cold but there's still a limit to how cold your body can get isn't there." As I say this I can see Todoroki grit his teeth. "However. couldn't you fix that by using your fire? Your fire would warm up your right side while your ice would cool down your left side. Please correct me if I'm wrong." I say to Todoroki

"You don't under stand. My fire is my father's quirk and he's nothing but a scum bag. So I'll never use my left side!" Todoroki yells as he shoots a massive wave of ice at me.

"Well if you're not willing to use your fire, then you're asking for an endurance match!" I shout back as I charge more of my dragon magic into my arm and punch toward the ice wave, shattering it. "Lets see what happens first. Are you gonna get me with your ice or you gonna pass out from hypothermia!"

The two of use continue to launch attack after attack at one another. Todoroki would shoot ice at me and I'd either shatter it or melt it. After doing this 6 times I got bored. As I shatter another ic wave I charge up dragon magic into my legs. As Todoroki sends another ice wave at me I jump forward and crash right through it. 

"You see Todoroki you'll never be able to become a hero if you only use half YOUR quirk's power! Also your reasoning for why you won't use your quirks full power is stupid. So what if your dad has a fire quirk. You don't have his quirk, because your quirk is YOUR'S! IT'S YOUR QUIRK NOT HIS!" I shout as I punch Todoroki in the chest. 

Todoroki goes flying and just barely avoids being knocked out of bonds. I charge at Todoroki but I'm stopped when fire erupts from where Todoroki stands. As the fire slightly dies down I see Todoroki with his left side completely engulfed in flames.

"Would say it's stupid of you to help your opponent but that was your goal from the very beginning of this match, wasn't it?" Todoroki asks

"Yup. You've read me like a book Todoroki. You needed to except your quirk as a part of you." I tell him

Todoroki does a small smile. "You have my thanks Midoriya. To repay you I'll make your elimination quick." Todoroki says as he shoots a blast of fire at me. I dodge to the left only to knock into an ice wall. Todoroki then shoots another blast of fire at me.

"You put up a good fight Midoriya but now it's over." Torodoki tells me

(Third person pov)

As Todoroki's fire and ice engulfs Izuku. The bush hair boy shouted two words. 

 (Izuku) Dragon Force! 

 An explosion of fire erupted happened. Shattering Todoroki's ice and dispersing his fire.As the smoke cleared the crowd saw Izuku. He was crouched down with his fist on the ground (pose that Luffy goes into to activate gear second). 

The crowd also saw Izuku had transformed. Izuku's new transformation turned his right side completely into red dragon scales, along with a dragon horn on the right side of his head, and a single wing on the right side of his back. Izuku's right hand has been replaced with a dragon's claw and his foot replaced with that of a dragon. 

 As Izuku stood up he breathed heavily. A small bit of fire coming out of his mouth as a result of this. Izuku looked at Todoroki with his green left eye and yellow right eye. Izuku then smirked. 

(Izuku) Now that we're both at our full power. The real battle can finally begin.

Both fighters looked at each other. They both know that this is it. Both are at their full power and have no more surprises. Todoroki looked at Izuku, ice forming around his right leg and fire still coming out of his left side. In return Izuku looked Todoroki. His wing flapped in the air and there's was a little bit of fire coming off of Izuku's dragon side.

(In the stands)

"Wow. What  happened to the young lord?" Ashiya asked

"Izuku has truly tapped into his dragon magic." Tohru tells Ashiya

"Izu looks awesome." Kanna say with stars in her eyes

"I thought his dragon scales would be green." Lucoa says

"Would you please explain Mrs. Tohru?" Ashiya asks

"While Izuku trained for the sport festival he work more on his dragon magic then his demon magic. As he trained he managed to reached the peak potential of his dragon magic." Tohru explains

"That's impressive but why has half of his body changed to that of a dragon's?"Ashiya asked

"I don't know why it's only half of his body, but I know Izuku has embraced the power of the dragon inside the magic and there for he can take on the traits of a dragon." Tohru explains

"It also makes him look extremely hot." Tohru says in her head with a mad blush on her face.

"It's the final phase. Both bosses have entire their final phases and now will launch their insta kill aoe attack." Urushihara and Fafnir both say not taking their faces away from their games.

"Very impressive. However for the son of the demon king, he's not using that much demon magic." Says the man in the black cloak. "We'll have to fix that."

(Back to the stage)

Todoroki shoots a way of ice across the stadium floor. Izuku jumps over the ice and shatters the floor of the stadium behind him. As Izuku flies over the ice he flaps his wing to pick up speed. Todoroki points his hand at Izuku and sends out a biggest blast of fire ever. 

Izuku forms his own orb of fire in his hand and inhales to ready his fire breath. Izuku tanks the fire blast and unleashes his fire breath while inside Todoroki's fire blast causing an explosion. Not even a second latter another explosion happens. Smoke fills the arena. The smoke is so thick that no one could see though it. It took a solid minute before the smoke cleared to show Todoroki implanted into a wall and Izuku back in his normal form with a burned hand and most of PE uniform gone due to fire.

(Midnight) T-Todoroki is out of bounds. Therefore Izuku Midoriya is the winner!

The crowd cheers. Izuku smiles at this before fall to the ground, passing out from exhaustion. Midnight picks up the boy and takes him to the Recover girl to be checked out. (Cementoss took Todoroki to Recovery Girl). As the heroine take Izuku away Bakugou watches with a pissed off look on his faace.

"That nerd made another big jump." Bakugou snarls."Doesn't matter though, no matter how many transformations he gets. I'll always be better than him."
