The Next Morning - Ray's POV

I head outside with Kiri and I stretch as we wait.

"Who are we waiting for?" Kiri asks confused.

"You'll see." I say to him and after a minute, Tetsutetsu arrives and they go nuts.

I jog to Mirio's dorm house and I see the big three waiting outside as my two energetic friends run behind me.

"I never expected Ray to be a morning person." Tetsutetsu says to Kiri.

"I'm not, I'd rather be in my bed, cuddling my boyfriend, but this is part of my training, so I deal with it." I say to him and Kiri nods.

"She usually wakes up annoyed or pouting." Kiri says to him as we arrive in front of the big three.

"How do you know that?' Nejire asks him confused.

"He's Katsu's best friend, plus his emotional support rock when I'm gone." I say to her and she nods surprised.

Kiri just radiates sunshine and the two hard twins just grin.

"Ok, time to start, you ready Tamajiki? I warn you, I'm pretty fast." I say to him.

Tamajiki looks like he doesn't want to socialize, but he nods with a nervous smile.

"Mirio is going as well, I'm on breakfast duty today." Nejire says to me.

"I'm always on food duty." I say to her with a sweat drop.

Mirio grins and I start jogging backwards.

"Come on, I'll start slow if I have too." I say to Tamajiki.

He keeps up with me easily and the other follow.

I slowly speed up more and more, and everybody is able to keep up, until I get to my normal pace, and the hard twins have to fall back, so Mirio stays with them.

I see a robber trying to escape a store, but I make him slip so the Hero's can catch him.

Tamajiki just watches in shock.

We continue as he looks like he wants to ask some questions.

I decide to give him a break halfway through and I get a fruit smoothie.

"How does your quirk work? What can you do with it?" Tamajiki asks me as I sit down next to him on a wall.

"Ah, well, I can do almost everything with my quirk. I can use it as pathways, to catch me when I'm falling, to attack people, to stop them from using their quirks, and yeah. Basically whenever my water touches somebody, their quirk is temporarily erased." I say to him and Tamajiki nods.

"Show me some things you can do with your quirk." Tamajiki says to me.

I shrug and create a base ball bat and I hold it. I toss my empty smoothie cup into the air and I hit it into the trash with the bat. "Using the bat is by far one of my oldest tricks, besides the Tsunami, the vortex, and the hands." I say to him. "Of course I created those to stop Katsuki from bullying my brother." I say with a nervous sweat drop as the bat disappears. "We should continue." I say to Tamajiki as I look at the time on my phone. "I'm thinking we head back now, so we can shower and get ready for class." I say to him as I put my phone back into my arm band.

Tamajiki nods and we jog back and he's practically dying of the heat, but I'm fine.

I head to my dorm house and I go upstairs, shower and change into a pair of sweatpants and a black tank top.

I go down to the kitchen to see Katsuki making breakfast, so I give him a back hug while kissing the back of his neck.

Katsuki puts a hand on my arm and then hands me a plate of food.

"Thank you." I say to him and I kiss his cheek, making him flush a little.

"I'm so jealous." Denki cries.

"No back hugs or cheek kisses for us." Sero cries as well.

"We're forever alone." The two say crying.

I sweat drop as I sit at the table.

I eat my food as I scroll through the news.

Aizawa walks in and he sighs. "Listen up." Aizawa says to us. "Your gonna be featured in a newspaper." Aizawa says to us.

I set my phone down. "Am I aloud to say no?" I ask him.

Aizawa stares at me. "If your gonna be a hero, you have to get used to the media." Aizawa says to me.

"But I'm a student." I say to him.

Aizawa narrows his eyes at me. "You can not say no to being interviewed." Aizawa says to us.

"Damn." I say and I continue eating.

"The newspaper is going to do a piece on all of you." Aizawa says to us.

"Wow! Deku! Isn't that amazing?" Ochako asks him.

"Y-Yeah." Izu says nervously.

Everyone gets excited.

"Ray! Can we please make you look amazing?" Mina asks me.

I snort. "Hell no." I say to her.

"Don't get excited. This article is how you students are doing, moving into the dorms. The principal thought it would be a good idea so that your parents can see you all living happily in the dorms." Aizawa continues but I zone out, until a new guy is in our dorm house.

I look at him with narrowed eyes and I finish my breakfast.

I get up and the guy looks right at me.

"Your Ray Midoriya Kage." He says to me with a smirk.

I just flip him off and head to the kitchen with my plate.

"Ray! Be nice!" Izu says nervously.

"Viva la fuck off media." I say and Katsuki snickers.

I wash my plate as I listen to the reporters introduction.

I sit in the common room on a couch and I scroll through the news on my phone.

A flash goes off next to me and I tense. "What the fuck?" I ask and I look over to see Takedo there with a smile. "Damn you." I say and I get up and go find somewhere else to sit, which ends up being next to Katsuki.

Katsuki gets angry at Takedo for taking a picture of him eating.

"Ida, am I aloud to punch him?" I ask.

"No! Now set a good example! You are part of the class council!" Ida says to me.

I go and get dressed in my uniform and I brush through my hair.

I leave it down and I head to class with Katsuki, and he's holding our bags over his shoulder in one hand.

I smile and take his free hand in mine.

Katsuki glares at Takedo when he takes a picture of us.

I feel a little irritated.

"So how long have you two been dating?" Takedo asks us.

"Ray be nice." Aizawa says as he passes us.

I glare at my teacher before I sigh. "That's our own personal business, and I would like to refrain from answering that question." I say and Katsuki nods in agreement.

"Oh well, one day." Takedo says to us with a shrug and he continues taking pictures of everyone else.

Me and Katsuki look at each other and we head to class, a little irritated.

We pass Shinso.

"Morning Shinso." I greet and he yawns. "Do you even sleep?" I ask.

"Do you?" Shinso asks me.

Katsuki smirks. "No she doesn't." Katsuki says to him.

I roll my eyes at the two boys.

Kiri comes and hangs off Katsuki and mines shoulders, with Denki next to him.

Mina and Hagakure jump my free shoulder and I look a little annoyed as Sero stands above us, using his tape.

Takedo takes a picture and Shinso looks amused.

"Good luck Ray, don't kill the reporter." Shinso says as he goes to his class.

"And I woke up in such a good mood, too." I say and Katsuki nods in agreement.

I sit at my desk and Katsuki sits next to mine, just like always.

Takedo takes pictures of us learning, and about halfway through, I walk over to the window.

"RAY!" Half my class yells.

I open it and jump out.

I slide down on my water and am met with Mic who grins at me.

I stare at him for a long ass moment. "I hate reporters." I say and Mic nods.

"The staff knows, thats why there are more heroes out here today so you can't escape." Mic says to me.

I see a few other teachers ready to jump me and I pout slightly, but I walk back up to the classroom on my water stairs, Mic right behind me.

I sit at my desk as Mic stands next to the window.

"Didn't go far today. Did ya?" Midnight asks me.

I grumble and put my head in my arms.

I ignore the reporter and once its lunch time, I need a hug from Katsuki.

"Hey Ray, need your phone charged?" Denki asks as I sit next to Katsuki.

I look at my phone and its still in the nineties. "No." I say and Denki nods.

I tear my bread apart, piece by piece and I eat it as I listen to the idiots talk.

During training, I just sit and watch for a while.

"Ray, your turn." All Might says to me.

I nod and I get up. "Ok." I say and I stretch.

I walk to the center of the training grounds.

"DO SOMETHING FLASHY TODAY!" Mina and Hagakure cheer.

"Tsunami flashy, or combat flashy?" I ask confused.

I shrug and I make water rise from the ground and it creates a lake in the air.

I manipulate it to crash into my enemy, and then sinks back into the ground.

I stretch some more as I go back to sitting down.

"Ray! Spar with me!" Kiri says excited.

"Ok." I say with small sigh.

I spar with Kiri, not using my quirk so that he can use his.

I end up winning by pining him to the ground.

After classes end, its raining.

I look up at the rain as I walk out of the building.

"Oh well, rip my flat hair." I say and Momo smiles next to me.

"Do you want an umbrella?" Momo asks me.

"Nah, I didn't do much running this morning, so I'm just gonna run back to the dorm house." I say to her.

"Don't slip." Momo says to me.

"I won't." I say to her and I run back to the dorm house and I head inside.

I head up to my room and I change into my black sweat pants and Katsuki's skull T-shirt.

I grab my switch and I head downstairs.

"Ray, are you wearing Bakugou's shirt?" Hagakure asks me.

"Maybe." I say and I lay down on the couch on my back and I start playing super smash bros.

Katsuki gets here and he just stares at my shirt but goes upstairs.

Katsuki comes back down in a black tank top and black shorts with my cat on his head.

I look at Eve in betrayal as she purrs.

Katsuki just smirks at me and I pout, a flash goes off next to me and Takedo smiles.

I ignore him and I put my switch onto my stomach and I try to reach my cat.

Katsuki just smirks. "Your wearing my shirt, I get your cat." Katsuki says to me.

I look at him with my mouth gaped open in shock and betrayal. "Eve." I call her and she looks at me for a moment before she gets more comfortable.

Katsuki smirks and walks over to Kiri.

"I have never been more jealous of my boyfriend." I say and Mina laughs.

I get up and I set my switch on the table.

"Kiri, can I have I hug?" I ask and Kiri grins and hugs me.

I smile and flip Katsuki off.

Katsuki looks annoyed and he walks over to Momo and the two talk together.

Kiri and I watch in betrayal.

I then walk over to Denki and I pat his head as if he were a puppy.

Katsuki walks over to my brother and Katsuki picks him up and sets him on his shoulder.

I walk over to Mina and she looks nervous.

"And to think, this all started because Ray wore Bakugou's T-shirt." Hagakure says amused.

I hold Mina bridal style and Katsuki drops my brother, so set Mina down.

"She's more perfect for him than they think." Takedo says surprised.

"You shut up." I say to him and Takedo nods.

"Give me my shirt, you look too fucking adorable." Katsuki says to me.

"Hell no, I'm comfortable." I say to him. "I'm gonna go hang with Kendou if you don't give me my cat." I say to Katsuki.

"She's mine." Katsuki says to me.

I grab my switch. "Goodbye 1-A, I'm going to hang with the crack heads." I say and I walk to the door.

"Your not wearing shoes and its raining." Katsuki reminds me.

"I think you forget my quirk." I say to him and I walk out of the building and on the side walks, staying dry, because I'm manipulating the water to not hit me.

"Ray, your supposed to be in your dorm house." Aizawa comments as I walk past him.

"I'm pouting, fuck off." I say and Aizawa raises an unamused eyebrow.

"And where are you going?" Aizawa asks me.

"To hang with the crack heads of the hero course." I say to him.

"Then shouldn't you be in your dorm house?" Aizawa asks me.

I almost drop my switch at that. "No." I say pointing at him and Aizawa smirks.

I head to the 1-B dorms when I see Kendou walking in.

"Kendou!" I call and she looks over.

"Ray! Hurry!" Kendou calls and I jog over and walk in. "How are you so dry?" Kendou asks me.

"Its raining, my quirk manipulates water." I deadpan and she ohs.

"Why is she here? Isn't her class being interviewed or something? Like the perfect class they are?" Monoma rambles and Kendou hits him on the head.

"I don't like the media, they make me uncomfortable." I say to him in a flat tone. "Besides, Katsuki took my cat, because I took his shirt." I say and Kendou laughs.

Me and Yui sit next to each other as we watch the crack heads. "How is the interview going?" Yui asks me.

I shrug. "The guy who has been taking pictures of us, is having a hard time with me and Katsuki. We're photogenic, but we will kick his ass given any chance." I say and Yui nods.

"I can't wait to see the photos." Kendo cheers.

I look at her as she is full of crack head energy.

"Eh." I shrug. "I don't like the media." I say and Yui nods.

"But your in 1-A, you guys get all the attention, you should be used to it." Monoma says to me.

I look up at him. "I don't like the media." I repeat and he sweat drops.

After an hour I get up. "I have to go make dinner now, so see you later." I say to Yui and she nods.

I watch the crackheads as I leave.

I head back to the dorms and I see Takedo and Izu talking.

"Izu! Everything alright?" I ask as I walk up the stairs.

"Y-Yeah!" Izu says to me surprised.

I walk over and lean on his shoulder. "What are you two talking about?" I ask.

"Ah, just a theory that a Midoriya might be All Might's successor." Takedo says to me with a sly smile.

I raise an eyebrow. "Anybody could work hard to be a symbol of peace. Mothers are symbols of peace because they watch over their children. New heros strive to be like a Symbol of Peace, just like Izu and everyone else in my class." I say to Takedo.

Izu nods. "I never thought about it that way. But your right, Ray. Even you are a symbol of Peace yourself. Even with how much cussing and annoyance you give out. You still make sure to keep everyone safe and fed in our dorm house." Izu says to me.

I snort. "Everyone relies to much on their mother to cook and clean for them, so somebody has to do it when the mothers aren't around and it just so happens that I know how to take care of more than one person." I say and Izu smiles.

"So are you two actually siblings?" Takedo asks us.

"No, I'm adopted." I say with a peace sign and Izu grins. "But I'll still kill anyone who hurts my family." I add and Takedo looks a little nervous by how calmly I said that.

I listen to the two talk and then I get handed three pictures and I look at them, one is me and Katsuki holding hands, another is me hanging off Izu's shoulder, and then the third is of me and the Baku gang in the hallway.

"How did you get the one of me and Izu? And when did you print it?" I ask him surprised.

"That's my quirk." Takedo says with a smirk and he shows us that he can makes cameras apear in his skin and I get a bit creeped out.

I leave it be though and I head inside.

I put my hair up into a messy ponytail and I get to work on dinner.

Katsuki walks in and hugs my waist from behind. "Your so fucking adorable." Katsuki says to me as he rests his chin on my shoulder.

"And your just as adorable." I say as I kiss his cheek.

Katsu flushes a little and I smile.

I make pork cutlet bowls for dinner and everybody sits down and eats meat buns and the cutlet bowls.

"You guys are free to act how you want now, Takedo is gone." Aizawa says to us.

"Your bowl is in the kitchen, I didn't know if you were joining us tonight or not." I say to Aizawa and he nods in thanks and gets his bowl.
