Scenario: Midoriya does have a quirk its an extremely powerful one his quirk is called Learn just by looking at someone he can automatically know their quirk and use it without draw backs he can also ligit learn anything in a second (which came in hand for the heros who were questioning a villan who knew any language so each time he spoke a new language midoriya talked back with the same one) also he never used it or let anyone know because in his mind his quirk is the reason his family died. You see a villain group heard of his quirk and tried to buy midoriya and when inko refused she was killed. He never told bakugou about his quirk and let him bully him thinking he deserves all the torture for what happened. It wasn't until the first villain attack on U.A did deku actually show his true quirk trying to protect his friends in class 1-A by combining bakugou todoroki kiri and kaminaris quirks shocking his classmates when the battle was over midoriya disappeared literally he teleported to his lonely apartment thinking no one would look their but you did...

Drawbacks of quirk: midoriya must train physically and mentally every day if not the sher force of holding all the quirks could tear his body apart from the inside and make him go insane. Again plz use actual mha characters
