Trivial
It was a refreshing sight to see everyone in their own choice of clothing. On their second day back, Hannah made her way to Class 2-5, which was known as Jenock's classroom. The day before was a Sunday, so they had just been toured around.
She walked in and took out her notebook, beginning to sketch on its edges. She waited patiently for the next person who'll come in.
"Hannah. Good morning."
"Good morning, Muraku-san."
He sat on his seat, the one in front of hers, and turned to look out the window. "We're soon going to be at the peak of spring."
"Just a few more days." She nodded. "I'm looking forward to finding out what kind of flowers we'll see this year."
"Hmm." He turned to her. "What kinds of flowers do you like, Hannah?"
She stopped sketching. Looking up at him, she thought about what her options would be. "...Either asters or chrysanthemums. They don't bloom in spring though."
"I see-" He was cut off when the rest of his platoon greeted them.
"Morning, nee-chan! Senpai!" Wataru came in happily.
"What's this we heard about flowers?" Mikhail said, following after the energetic brunette.
"Probably relating to the class picnic we're having in two weeks." Nikolai sighed.
"Are you going?" Hannah asked.
"It's not my kind of thing, but if I don't, Niara's gonna be an- insert sensor here- about it." He muttered in reply.
"'Insert' what now." Vanessa blinked at him, confused.
"I'm not allowed to curse in front of kids." The Russian said, pointing to Wataru, who was pestering Kageto as per usual.
"I appreciate you remembering that." The brunette girl replied.
"You'll cut my head off if I don't."
"Glad you remembered that too."
As time passed by, more and more of their classmates arrived and they were all enjoying their time before homeroom. Right when the clock hit 7, Ms. Mito walked in and lessons started.

"So War Time is still pretty much the same as before?" Hannah asked after everyone walked out of the command center.
"Yeah, but it's a lot more fun now that we don't have the faith of countries on our shoulders." Vanessa shrughed as they headed outside.
"I'm still happy we get to wear whatever we want now." Wataru smiled brightly.
"Honestly, that was the first thing anyone requested while we were making the plans to rebuild the school's system." Mikhail explained.
"You can understand why though." Kageto grunted. "The uniforms back then were hot and tight."
"Speaking of what we're wearing," Nikolai turned to the 6th Platoon's leader. "Someone wasn't kidding when they said they liked purple."
Hannah and Wataru both turned to Muraku and found that most of his outfit was indeed purple. His jacket, gloves and pants, to the sole of his shoes.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the Violet Devil." Hannah muttered sarcastically.
"You look like Magna Orthus in human form!" Wataru exclaimed, eyes shining.
The black haired boy only smiled as they walked into the Swallow Café. After picking a table and ordering, they continued the conversation.
"While we're on it, Muraku." Mikhail turned to his leader. "Your LBX before you had it replaced with a Gunther. Was it purple too?"
"Yeah." They all sweatdropped at this.
"What LBX was it?" Vanessa asked.
"A Perseus." He looked up at his other two teammates. "What about you two?"
"Ortega." Mikhail replied.
"Huh. That's actually pretty fitting for you." Vanessa blinked. "I used an Amazoness. But the Gunther I'm using right now is so much better. Thanks Kageto."
Their mechanic nodded. "I'll customize your old LBXs too if you want to use those instead of the Gunthers though. We're allowed to use them now."
"It's fine." Muraku shook his head. "I'm happy with Magna Orthus."
"Same goes for me and Moskau Blastrizer." Nikolai smirked. "Like, alright, Arata's might be stronger with the Dot Pheonix and Dot Blastrizer G-Ext, but Moskau's perfect for me. All because of Hannah's superior intellect in maintenance and customization."
Hannah sighed. "It's not superiority. It's just that I know your battle style so I know which specs would suit you best."
"But to think," Wataru pipped in. "Nikolai was first and the only one at Rossius to not use a Gunther, Glerior or Gluster."
"Did you request it or..?" Vanessa trailed off.
"Nah. Niara got it from who knows where and gave it to me." He shrugged.
"Screw people with connections." Kageto muttered.
"Whatever, man." He waved it off. "I got in this school with pure skill. What people think never bothers me because, I mean hey, if the world won't accept your truth, then they're the ones that's crazy."
Hannah smiled. "I can agree to that."
"I can imagine you two went two-versus-the world when you were younger." Mikhail chuckled. "You both really suit to be best friends."
"We didn't go against the world." The brunette replied. "Just against our elders."
Nikolai's eyes immediately shone. "Hey, remember when we had that sleepover and snuck out of the house?"
She shook her head. "I'll never understand why your dad didn't just use his car and walked all the way to the middle of the town to find us. I mean, we took a cab..."
"He grounded me for a month after that." He smirked. "But that battle was so worth it. He didn't come to school for a week!"
"And when he did, he stayed as far away from you as possible." She smiled. "Actually, almost everyone did."
"Well, he's the one who started it." He shrugged. "After all, he-"
"The rest of us have no idea what you're both talking about." Vanessa cut in.
The two finally noticed that the other four were staring at them and shrugged at each other. Their orders finally came and they headed back towards their dorms after the snack.
Many of their days afterwards were merely a repetition of such peaceful, trivial events.
