You wake up in your tiny bedroom and sigh, rubbing your eyes you had to remember where you were.

Then your eyes widened as you realized what you were supposed to do, train with Sonya Blade, you quickly ran out of the room and glanced at the clock on the wall....8:25 a.m.

You ran past several soldiers in your pants, you knew Sonya would kick your ass for being late so you were in a hurry to get there as fast as you can.

"Y/n-where the hell were-" Cassie began to speak before she saw you topless, she blushed and turned away. 

"I'm sorry, look, I overslept-"

"Just get in there..." Cassie commanded and you walked into the training room, Sonya walk kicking the shit out of a punching bag and she looked furious.

"Hey, um, general." You said, nervously. "I'm here."

Sonya stopped kicking the bag and turned to face you, she began walking towards you.

"Where were you?." She asked, angrily striding towards you.

"I-I-I-I overslept general-"

"Overslept!?." She got in your face. "I said for you to be here at 0100, when I tell you to be somewhere at that time, I expect you to be there at that time!."

"I-I'm sorry general." You backed away. "It won't happen again-"

Sonya suddenly kicked you across the jaw, and several teeth flew out of your mouth as you crashed into one of the walls.

"It better not..." her eyes were as cold as ice and her voice was threatening. "Now, since you wasted my time, I'm going to...punish you."

"W-w-what do you mean-" You asked before she kicked you again, knocking more teeth out.

"...Get...Up..." She commanded, you got to your feet, holding your jaw.

"Since you slept in for seven damn hours...I feel it's only right to give you seven hours of hell on top of the regular training..." She walked away from you and threw off her special forces hat, getting into a fighting stance.

"Now, let's begin your training."

Timeskip...

You were covered in sweat and blood, limping out of the training room, Cassie who was talking with one of her friends saw you and ran over to you.

"Y/n!?." Cassie ran over to you. "Are you okay, what happened!?."

"I'm fine Cassie, I'm fine." you tried to stand up but your leg started wobbling and you took a knee.

"Who's this?." A woman next to Cassie asked.

"This is Y/n, he's a new fighter for Earthrelam." Cassie grabbed your arm, helping you stand up. "Y/n, this is my best friend...Jacqui Briggs."

You looked up at Jacqui who smiled.

"Hey, how's it going?." Jacqui asked, looking down at you.

"Despite my recent training with the general...I'm doing alright." you said as blood ran down your nose.

"Y/n, are you sure you are okay?."

"...I'm fine...Your mother is tough as nails..." You rubbed your broken jaw, wincing in pain and looking at Cassie. "...I can see why she's the general..."

"I agree with that..." Cassie helped you to a chair. "But she's got a heart, a very small one, but she cares for everyone here-"

"Are you sure about that?." Someone asked walking into the room, you knew exactly who it was just hearing their voice.

"Hello, Cassie." Johnny smiled, taking off his shades and smiling at his daughter who rolled her eyes.

"What do you want?." Cassie glared at her father.

"Nothing, I just heard that your mother had taken someone under her wing, I wanted to see them in person." He quickly looked over at you.

"Johnny Cage amigo, but you probably already knew that, after all, I'm a Hollywood Legend, box office billionaire, and generally an awesome hunk of a man."

"...Yep...just like how imagined him to act." You rolled your eyes. "I know who you are, Cage, I've seen your movies."

"As has everyone in the world, what, you a fan, you want my autograph-" He took out a pen and you snatched his pen and tossed it away.

"I've seen your movies...doesn't mean I like them."

"Oooh, we got a Cage hater here Cass, how about that," Johnny smirked adjusting his shades. "Let me tell you something here bucko, all the movies I'm in are worth more than your pathetic life-"

"Dad, stop." Cassie glared at her father.

"At least I'm not a sellout with an overinflated ego." You glared at Cage.

"Y/n, please-" Cassie tried to get you to stop now.

"Are you itching for a fight..." Johnny got in your face. "Because I can promise you, I can hit you so hard in the balls, your grandkids will feel the pain...well, if you have any, doesn't look like you'll be getting much action with that thing-"

You punched Cage in the eye, making his glasses fly off his head, they hurled through the air and shattered on the floor into several pieces.

"...Oh shit..." one of the soldiers said, Cage looked at the glasses and then back at you.

"Those were ten thousand dollar sunglasses asshole..." Johnny walked right up to you and shoved you over. "You better pay up before I kick your ass more than I already will-"

"Dad stop!." Cassie got in front of you. "He's been through Mom's training, he doesn't need this now-"

"Get out of the way Cassie, I need to teach this guy a lesson." Johnny glared at you ignoring Cassie's pleas.

"No, I won't let you hurt him!." Cassie got in the face of her father as you got back on your feet. "Not like...." she looked down, sad. "like you hurt mom."

Hearing this, you remembered how Cassie and Johnny got divorced, while Sonya did care more about saving the world than Johnny, the movie star wasn't too thrilled with that idea.

"Cassie, shut up!." Johnny shouted. "This is between the guy with the shrimp dick and myself-"

"Oh, so you are one of those Hollywood assholes who abused their partners." You got back up and began walking up to Johnny. "I should've known, given how all your movies, you get the girl and it's all sunshine and rainbows when in reality, you are just another rich piece of shit-"

Johnny moved Cassie aside and punched you right in the mouth, however this time, you stayed on your feet, now with a full head of anger, you punched the movie star back, and the two of you began trading blows before Sonya came out and tried to separate you and Johnny.

"That's enough!." She shouted, you looked over at Sonya which gave Cage enough time to do the splits and hit you right in the balls with a ton of force and pain, you fell over instantly holding your groin as Cage got up, a shit-eating grin on his face.

"Oh, look who's joined the party." Johnny smiled at his ex-wife. "Hey, sugar...miss me?."

"Get out..." Sonya glared at Johnny while walking over to you, getting in front of you, Cassie bent down and looked you in the eyes.

"Y/n, are you okay?." She asked.

"...I can't move..." your voice was high-pitched and full of pain as you continued holding your privates.

"Aww, is the pussy too weak to fight?." Johnny grinned, looking at you before Sonya slapped him across the face.

"I said get out!." Sonya commanded.

"Make me then, darlin'" Johnny tried to hold her hand but the general punched him right in the eye, making him fall to the floor, holding his eyes.

"Are you okay?." Sonya walked over to you, helping you up, along with Cassie.

"I'm fine general...I just want to apologize." You nodded.

"For what?." She raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"For missing my training time...and for the fact you had to be married to that piece of shit-" You looked over at Johnny who held up a golden-handled "Cage" mirror to his face so he could see his eye.

"You need to apologize for that." She smirked. "I mean, Cassie wouldn't be here so that's the only good thing he made...and I appreciate the fact you wanted to stand up for me, even if he did punch you where it hurts the most."

She put a hand on your shoulder and sat you down in a chair, it seemed you got on her warmer side now.

"You hit him a lot harder it seems." You looked over at Johnny who was still looking at his swollen eye and his now bruised ego.

Suddenly, Raiden and Fujin appeared in a flash of lightning and Wind.

"Greetings General Blade, Commander Cage, and Y/n." Fujin bowed, smiling. "How was your first training session?."

"It went better than I expected." Sonya smiled at Fujin before turning to you. "Man knows how to take a lot of damage."

"I see you've already met Johnny Cage, Y/n." Raiden looked over at the movie star, still looking in the mirror. 

"Yup, I hope not everyone is like him." You looked up at the thunder god who smiled as three others walked into the room.

"Greetings, Y/n." The guy with the long hair and red bandanna bowed to you. "I am Liu Kang, an earth realm warrior like yourself, and a student of Bo Ri Cho-"

"And I am Kung Luo, the descendant of the great Kung Lao, and the greatest shao lin that you will see before your eyes." Kung Lao cut Liu Kang off, giving you a grin as he introduced himself, twirling his hat around.

"I am Kitana, princess of Edenia, it's a pleasure to meet you Mr. L/n." Kitana bowed, and you also bowed to the three of them.

"Oh, I didn't know we had a princess on our side." you gave a curtsey to Kitana who slightly blushed.

"N-No need to be so formal, though I appreciate it." Kitana nodded, smiling

"Our mission here to is train him, Kitana." Kung Lao saw the blush and looked at Kitana. "Not flirt-"

"I wasn't flirting." Kitana snapped her head at him, glaring. "I was thanking him for the royal gesture."

"Anyway..." Liu Kang walked up to you. "Lord Raiden has told us that Shang Tsung is forcing you to compete in the tournament and that Raiden himself saved your soul from Shang Tsung because of the elder gods, I must say, I look forward to seeing your skills."

"Thank you." You shook his hand, smirking.

"Wait-wait-wait." Johnny got up. "This guy was sent here by the elder gods...that's bullshit!."

"Calm down Johnny Cage-"

"No, this is bullshit man, I should be the chosen one...I mean, come on, I'm ten times-no a hundred times sexier than this chump, plus I've competed before, and I'm way stronger and faster, and I make movies-" Johnny ranted off his complaints before he fell over as Sonya kicked him in the balls, making him fall over in pain.

"Oh just shut the hell up." Sonya walked over to you. "I think he's got what it takes after today's training session, plus he's better looking as well and isn't an asshole like you!."

"You are too kind general..." you smiled, Kitana, Jacqui, and Cassie all gave Sonya a glare while the general patted your arm again.

That's when someone else walked in, holding a shotgun, he had robotic arms and was smoking a cigar.

"So, what did I miss?." He asked as he stood next to Jacqui. "Hey kid, how's it going?."

"Good, Dad, everything is fine, Raiden is having us all gather here-"

"I know." The guy said, chuckling, before he looked over at you. "You must be the new guy Sonya told me about."

He extended his arm for you to shake.

"Jaxson Briggs, but you can call me Jax." he smiled.

"Y/n L/n." You shook his cyborg arm. "Nice arms, you look badass."

"I know." He put his out using his non-shotgun holding arm and he tossed the end away.

"If I can have everyone's attention." Raiden began, looking stern. "I have some important news."

Everyone looked at Raiden to see what he was about to say.

"As you all know, we have lost nine tournaments...well, the next tournament is approaching...and Y/n needs major training, so I'm asking all of you to help train him, show him what you know because his defeat in the tournament could be the end of earth realm and it's people..."

Everyone looked over at you.

"He needs all the help he can get." Fujin added. "We need the help of Earthrelam's greatest warriors in order to achieve victory."

Everyone was silent for a few seconds before someone smiled.

"I'll help." Cassie raised her hand, smiling at you.

"So will I." Sonya gave you a nod.

"Me too." Kitana bowed.

"I'll help him too." Jaquci cracked her knuckles, smirking.

"We will also help him any way we can." Liu Kang spoke up for the guys, all of them nodding in response...well...besides for one.

"Who is we?." Johnny glared at Liu Kang. "You don't make my choices for me, I make my own, and I don't wanna help this guy fight, in fact, I hope he gets destroyed out there-"

"Johnny!." Jax shouted. 

"The fate of the planet could be doomed if Y/n fails," Kitana shouted. "We must-"

"I don't give two shits, princess." Johnny glared at Kitana. "In fact, I don't care about any of you people anymore." he then gave you all double middle fingers.

"You will stop this at once Johnny Cage." Raiden stepped forward, his voice sounding cold.

"Or what electro man?-" Johnny tried to smack Radien but the thunder god caught his hand and shocked the movie star, sending volts of electricity through his body, his hair was sticking straight up and he was screaming at the top of his lungs.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!." Johnny screamed as he was being fried by Raiden.

"Brother, that's enough." Fujin shouted, Raiden seemed to snap out of whatever phase he was in and let go of Johnny who crawled over to Sonya.

"My apologies," Raiden said as he looked around the room, he shook his head and walked away. "We have much work to do, everyone get some sleep and report back here in the morning."

You all looked confused, nobody was saying a word.

"...Can someone help me up?..." Johnny asked weakly, lying on the floor.
