Chan's pov

Me and Adam were so busy talking we didn't know that everyone was finished with their coffees.

"So um chan.....do you have a boy.....OH HI GUYS!" Adam said looking to the right.

Everyone got together. I was washed with questions.

"Ok guys. One at a time. First Red." I said and pointed at Red waiting for his question.

"How long have you been on this website?"

"Almost a maybe 5 or 7 months...I started reading before writing books." I answered.

"Have you made anymore books on wattpad?" Tyler asked.

"Yes I have two more books. None of them went to 1k yet but one is close to it. It's a max and reader. And the other one is sans and frisk. Yes I'm a undertale fan."

"When's the last time you updated this book?" Adam asked.

"I actually haven't updated it since three months ago! So I have no idea how the book is updating."

"So you're saying we have no idea who's updating the book. But you said you know that the book is updating and that you already know what's going to happen next. So wouldn't you be the writer? Em asked.

"Well I imagine it and I guess the next day it comes try? I'm not exactly how it happens. I see images on what's going to happen next I guess you could say. I don't really see the whole story."

"Ok I can make it a official that I'm confused." Jake said.

"So really we need to find the real author of the book? That's easy then!" Adam said.

"Actually it's not that easy...there are over 8 billion people it's not the world. We don't even know where she or he lives." I explained to Adam.

"Aww." Adam pouted.

"So basically your no help and we only have this day to figure out something to save our friends. Thank you but I rather not have a stranger help us then having a teen talk about how she needs medical help." Em said and started to walk away.

I snapped.

"EXCUSE ME?! MEDICAL HELP?" I yelled. Em turned around with a smirk.

"Oh is the little girl angry? Does she need a pillow to punch?" She said walking back to us.

"I.....am......trying.....to.......help......you!" I said trying not to scream. (P.s. I have anger issues)

"Awwwww! Does......" Red ran over to em and covered her mouth.

"Well at least I don't have to go on my laptop and look up a video on how to......!" Adam did the same. He covered my mouth.

"Well let's just get everyone calmed! We will deal with Em, Adam you stay here with chan!" Jake said. Tyler, Jake, Red and Em went to the other side of the building.

I looked at Adam in embarrassment then I realized he still had is hand on my mouth. I pulled away from him and pulled out my phone.

"Yo chan....you ok?" Adam asked.

"Nope." I said not even looking away from the phone.

"Do you need me to do anything?"

"Nope."

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Chan."

"Nope."

"Can you say anything except for nope?"

"N."

"Thank y......"

"O."

"Wait are you..."

"P."

"Yep your....."

"E."

"But what Em said was true about the time wise. We only have today to save our friends. It would mean alot to me if you can help. You seem to know more then we do." Adam said placing his hands on both my shoulders.

"Adam....." I sighed. I walked to the wall and slide down sitting on the cold concrete floor.

"How is a 19 year old teen going to solve a hostage? If you guys can't solve it then how am i....." Adam cut me off by getting nose to nose with me.

"Because I believe in you. Even though we just met I know you're smart,kind,funny, and cute." Adam said blushing at the last part which made me blush too.

"How is being cute going to solve this?" I said snapping myself out of his spell. I got up and walked away from Adam.

"Nothing. But I thought......"

"You thought it was a right time to flirt right? Well Adam.....I have no idea why you want to flirt with me but right now isn't the perfect time to do so." I said trying to avoid eye contact with those.....beautiful brown.....

"Aww come on! You like it!" Adam taunts.

"Adam I have no idea how your able to find the time to act like a child while your friends are in danger." I said with a chuckle.

"Because even the worst moment can also be the greatest moment of your life." He said picking my head up.

He smiled at me and I smiled back. I wiped my head away.

"Your playing with fire." I said.

"And your playing with water."

"Why you flirting with me?" I asked.

"Because I can't help myself. When I see a pretty lady I try to get what I want."

"Well I'm not that easy to get."

"I can tell."

"Look, you seem like a good guy but I'm not going to let a stranger who I already know from a screen date me. Even though I want him too."I said. I whispered the last part.

"Well I can change that. Let's catch up with the others." Adam said. I noded in agreement. We caught up with the others and decided to try to find the real author of the book.

But they don't know the danger of the Author. I........will be the hero that I deserve. With Marissa13002by my side nothing can go wrong.
