Adam's pov

I herd moving and shuffling but I didn't think to much of it. I moved my hand to make sure that Chan was still there. I moved my hand around and realized that she wasn't there.

I rubbed my eyes and yawned. I turned my head and she wasn't there. Maybe some she's in the bathroom. I grabed my phone that was just laying on the arm rest. I turned it on and looked at the time

Almost 4 am. I placed my phone down and decided to wait for her to come back. 15 minutes latter I haven't even herd a sound. I got up and went in the kitchen, bathroom, and my room. No luck. I started to panick just alittle. I decided to call her. Maybe she just wanted to go to the store.....

I went back to the living room and called her. No answer. I called her again and agian. Nothing. It didn't send me right to voice mail. Fuck.

I walked in the kitchen while looking at my phone. I was trying to find away to contact her. I took a deep breath and placed my phone down. I walked to the refrigerator to get some water when I herd something behind me.

I quickly turned around to see a girl in my kitchen. It wasn't chan but a different girl. I never seen her before. She had short/wavy dark drown hair with dark brown hair. She had a glass of water in her hand. She took a sip and placed it down.

"Hello Adam." The girl quickly said with a smirk.

"Who the hell are you?! What are you doing in my house? WHY ARE YOU DRINKING MY WATER?!" I questioned as I grabed a knife that was just laying around.

"Oh yes. I'm Carnation. Now enough about me. Chan ran away. And she thought it was a good idea to go save your friends by herself. So we need to leave now." Carnation commanded.

I don't feel constable. But what happens if she's telling the truth? She didn't answer her phone after repeatedly calling her. I put the knife down and gave a nod.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"We have to get the rest. Em,Tyler,ect. Well if they haven't been captured yet."

"WAIT WHAT?! CAPTURED?!"

"Adam your let them go home alone. They didn't think that anyone would care enough to get them so they went home alone."

"What are we going to do?!"

"Follow me. There's only one thing to do."

Carnation pulled out her hand. I hesitated to grab it. Finally I man up and grabed it. She pulled me to my front lawn where a hot pick motorcycle was there. There was two helmets. Both hot pick with black and very dark gray.

She handed me one and I put it on. I got on the motorcycle and she started it.

Let's save our friends.

Chand pov

Sweat formed on my forehead. I've been running for more than and hour. I had to get some distance from Adam and his house. I didn't want to do this but the only way to save his friends is to team up with the strongest person. And that's......Em.

I ran to her house banging on the door until I herd foot steps running down the stairs. Em quickly opened the door with a robe on.

"Hi em......" She took one long stare at me and slammed the door in my face.

I started to bang on the door ad loud as I can.

"EM PLEASE! I NEED YOUR HELP! YOU'RE THE ONLY PERSON I KNOW WHO IS STRONG ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING!" Yelled between bangs.

"I don't care! Find someone else!" Em said sounding like she was walking away.

"Em! Please! You're the only person who would do anything they can to get someone back!" I yelled almost giving up.

Silents.

"Call the cops.....I don't care. But this is a hostage. What....what ty wants is the book and the brainstomer of the book. The book will not update unless I think of a story. I'm going to turn myself in if you can't help me....so please?" I said sliding down to the ground.

"........im sorry but......i cant." Em finally said.

"Ok.....well I want to say I'm sorry for giving you trouble. I never wanted this to happen. I'm so sorry......here." I slid a hand knife under the door that I keep with me everywhere.

"Just in case you have to defend yourself or something." I got up and walked away. I have to get to the park before sun rises.

I arrived at the park. Everyone was crowed trying to figure out what's happening. Police officers were surrounding the scene. I tried to get Ty's attention but it didn't work. I decide to try to get into a neat by cop car.

Once I did there was a big sneaker. I got on to the cop car and turned the speaker one to full volume. I took a deep breath and began to speak.

Ems pov

I took the knife. The handle was red and the blade was dark black. I could barely see it because I have no lights on. I sighed and put the knife in one of my robe pockets.

I walked in the living just to look around. I decided to just go back upstairs until I herd my door opened. I quickly hid in the kitchen beside the counter. Did chan knew this was going to happen?

I pulled out the knife. I could tell by the footsteps that it was a woman. The footsteps got louder and louder until it stoped almost at the counter. My breath became wavy and heavy. I herd a slight giggle.

"I know you're in here you son of a bitch!" I herd the woman said while laughing.

She pulled something that sounded like a gun out. I was ready with my knife. But if I do attack I have to get behind her. I could hear her coming closer to my side so I silently and quickly went to the other side of the counter.

Chan's pov

"TY! I'M HERE YOU FUCK!" I yelled as everyone gasped and looked at me. The police men started to walk neat me until Ty called out.

"I want that girl!" Ty yelled to one of the cops who was trying to reason with Ty.

The cop noded and went to fetch me. I got down form the car and went with the cop. The cop handed me a small speaker so I can put it on my shirt.

"You shouldn't have came here kid!" The cop said pulling to to Ty.

"Don't worry nobody's getting hurt on my watch." I said.

Finally I was here. The cop went back. Ty walked closer towards me. He grind and grabed my shoulder and dragged me to sit between Ross and Max.

"I've been waiting for you. Now this process is almost complete." Ty said walking away.

"Almost complete?" I questioned. I thought he only needed me and the book.

"Well Adam and Carnation is looking for you. And once your done with the book, I have no use for you. And I can't just let you go! So I have to kill you."

Those words filled my head. 'Kill you'. I never thought anyone would say that and ment it. Am I actually going to die?

Ems pov

I almost went full circle around this counter. She knows I'm here. She wants to play some sick game of find and seek. I looked around. If I'm quick enough I could run out the door.

I waited for a second. I need a good chance to run. She turned her head to look at something. Nows my chance. I quickly ran out the kitchen. I herd a gun shot behind me.

I didn't have much time. I opened the door and ran out side. I didn't stop running. I herd a motorcycle coming down the street and I yelled for help.

I looked behind me too see a tall woman with blue hair pointing a gun at me. I closed my eyes and herd the gun fire. I opened them to see a young woman holding a gun that was pointed at the other woman.

I looked behind me to see Adam on the bike. He has alot to explain but right now....I cant believe I'm saying this but right now....we need to save Chan. If Ty gets his hands on that book then it's game over.

Chan's pov

"Where's the book?" Ty asked as he paced back and forth.

"I don't know." I said in a annoyed tone.

"Watch your damn tone missy. One pull from thus trigger and your dead!" Ty threated.

"Don't you need me alive to write the book?" I asked him.

"Ok we have a smart-ass here!" Ty laughed.

He pointed the gun at my leg and fired. I flinched in pain. The cops started to yell. That made Ty even more aggressive.

Ross looked at me with sorrow.

"Ross..." I said between breaths.

"Yes?"

"I'm going to be stupid and I might get killed but at least you guys can get out!" I whispered making sure Ty didn't turn around.

"What? No!" He whispered.

"Adam and Carnation are on their way Ok? They have a plan but not a good one. I'm going to try to get the police to distract Ty while I untie you guys. Then I'm going to tackle him."

"Can you even get him on the ground?" Ross asked.

"No. That's why it might kill me. But you have no choice." I commanded.

I could tell that Ross was unsure but he noded in agreement. He told the rest on his side and I told the rest on my side. We're getting out of here. Even if I die.
