In your deception I drown in sorrow,
Tears today and fears tomorrow,
My heart so broken by your arrow,
How could a path seem so narrow?
For you it might have been a game,
To take it all and replace my name,
But I lost a heart and will never be the same,
Sadly I have only me to blame,
In your deception I found expectation,
My misconception of true love's progression,
Believing you I made my confession,
Are these the downfalls of my temptation?
How could I be so fragile?
Pursue you and loose my smile,
The lies and deceit didn't take a while,
And now I'm in depths of this everlasting trial,
In your deception,I remain in the dark,
A place that will always symbolise my mark,
But the memory of you and I in the park,
Birthing our very first spark,
Still pins every part of my skin,
Leaving me sleepless, overdosing lean,
Why in the world did I let you in?
So I'd loose myself to see you win,
In your deception I removed my mask,
Thinking I'd smoothen like tea over rusk,
Craving belief that it was never your task,
To snatch my light and leave me in dusk,
I always thought I'd be your possession,
Close to paper like ink's flactuation,
But as a result of my depression,
I remain in your deception,
