I had a hard time deciding how to set up the ballot so it would be fair since there were so many small categories of ships and if I listed every category as an option, even if that category had one submission, then how would I decide what's in the top three if not everyone voted for every category (since there were so many).

Next time, if I do this again, I'll have you vote on ships BEFORE submitting IOU requests.
