1. Why is straight the default?

I am a still a student in a school, and I ave noticed that when someone "ships" two people, it's usually boy-girl, if not always.

I don't know about you, but I think that's wrong - don't assume someone's sexuality!

If anything, assume that they are bi, maybe, so that you don't make a gay person feel awkward by shipping them with a girl...

2. I think the definition of the terms should change.

To be gay, you have to be a boy.

To be lesbian, you have to be a girl.

I think that should change - anyone (regardless of their gender) who is attracted to guys is gay, anyone attracted to girls is lesbian. People attracted to all genders is bisexual.

Just my thoughts.
