I don't know many of the SynthVs so I'm not too sure about that one
My favourite Vocaloids are Miku and Rin (based on voice, if based on design then Miku and Rin but also IA and Sf-A2-Miki)
I agree Teto is the best Utauloid (She's the only one I really know)
I don't know if the fanloids have voicebanks because I don't know too much about them but based on design, Akita Neru, Hachune Miku and Tako Luka for me
