Finding FAFO and A Look At Himushu

Percy woke to a noise early the next morning.

He yawned. Nothing like the sound of centaurs in the morning.

Percy looked around, still lying on his back. His eyes moved around, examining the details. Nothing had changed since last night.

Yawning once more, Percy got up and doused his face in water. His brain immediately woke up.

Percy thought back to last night. He had to go to a place with the initials B. P. S. Where could that be? That a centaur would want to go to, at least.

Percy scraped his memory for an answer. B. P. S. What is that?

He recalled the quest he had gone on when he was twelve. He, Annabeth, and Grover had stopped in Saint Louis with the train they rode to see the Arch. Percy remembered in his way, there was a store with those initials. And it could definitely be home to a "wise centaur".

Percy sat down and pondered his situation.

He was cursed. That much he knew.

He was likely being searched for by the demigods as he made a list.

He couldn't let the demigods find him. Percy didn't want to explain why he left, or why he can't go back. It was too much to deal with.

Percy thought about the blessing Khaos gave him. He wasn't sure what to make of it, and all he really knew about it was that he couldn't change his eye color.

Percy looked in the tub of water where he saw his reflection.

Hmmm.

When Percy walked out of his tent, he didn't look like Percy Jackson. He had light brown hair, and looked like the picture in the media.

He decided to wear sunglasses because he liked his eye color way too much to change it. But Percy had made his face narrower, just to help a little bit. But now, he needed to find FAFO. And Percy thought he knew where to look.

Percy had vapor traveled to Saint Louis to see if he could locate FAFO, and wasn't at all disappointed when he appeared on the front steps of a store called Bass Pro Shop.

Percy smiled. Here was B. P. S.

Hopefully.

Percy walked through the front doors to the inside.

The place was packed with people. The store was huge. Percy didn't know where to start looking. He chose to start with the camping section. He'd work his way around.

After searching the camping section, the candy section, the shoe section, the hunting section, and the fishing section, Percy went to the gun section.

He was in awe of all the weapons. He had to admit, they we're pretty awesome guns. Maybe one day he'd come back and learn to shoot. But right now, he was only worried about one type of gun.

A paint ball gun.

Percy had heard some guys talking about the new paint ball gun selection in the fishing section, which made him come here. He hoped that even the oh-so-wise-centaur FAFO would be there.

He wasn't disappointed.

Percy heard a voice that sounded like Morgan Freeman's say, "Dudes, what paintball gun is guaranteed to win?"

Percy had finally found FAFO.

Himushu sighed. Killing just wasn't as fun without Hishumu around.

Himushu sheathed his sword. He hadn't been the same since Hishumu left. He's become even more violent when killing assassins. He was starting to get revolted in himself.

Himushu shook his head. Only three days until Hishumu can come back for a visit. He'll be okay. He had to be. He couldn't upset his twin brother. Himushu wanted Hishumu to be proud of him.

No, he needed Hishumu to be proud. Hishumu's voice carried weight now. Maybe he could get Himushu into the army. He was just as good of a fighter! Better in some things! So why would it be Hishumu who was picked.

Did Khaos not trust Himushu?

If that was a reason, Himushu would have to work hard to get on top. He would have to find a way to make Khaos trust him.

And if he couldn't...

Well he's cross the bridge when he got to it.
