Why on earth should Disha be my step sister?? Darshan slowly pulls away and asks 'What happened??' I replied 'Disha.... is my..... step sister'. The expression that Darshan made after hearing this was priceless. He said 'Now I understand why is Disha so irritating and annoying??' I replied 'What do you mean??' He smiled and was 'She's your sister'. He started laughing. I was like 'Darshan I am crying and you are laughing. Huhh'. I rolled my eyes. He replied 'Sorry, but this is funny'. I got up and gave my Mom a call.
Mom: Ashi, is everything fine??
Ashi: Mom Disha is my step sister.
Mom (shocked): How do you know?? You told Darshan??
Ashi: I investigated. Yes, I told him and he was laughing.
Darshan: Haayeee liar. Aunty I was so serious but she was making faces so I started laughing.
Ashi: Mom don't listen to him. He is lying.
Darshan: I am being the most honest boy in this world right now.
He winked.
Ashi: Talk to my hand.
Darshan: I don't talk with dirty things.
Mom: Can you both shut up for God sake???
Ashi and Darshan: Sorry...
Mom: Ashi you are coming back this week. No excuses.
Darshan: Aunty no no I promise I won't fight with her anymore. It was my fault I was laughing.
Mom: Beta, the thing is I want her to stay away from Disha. I feel like she is not safe there.
Darshan: Aunty trust me I won't let that Disha do anything to Pankti and I promise to take care of her now and forever.

The way Darshan was convincing my Mom made me feel proud of him. Believe me, everyone deserves a guy like Darshan in their lives. He tried his best to convince my Mom and he even did it. We need to wait for more 1 week once we get all the documents everything will be fine. Though I know many people will be unhappy with our decision. Maybe our society people will also not accept us. But I don't care. The society people who haven't gave me anything except rumours till date, how come I let them interfere in my life?? I am happy with our decision and I will do what Darshan asks me to do.
