Third Person's POV

Near a dock, Dipper and Mabel seems to wait for someone with the boy going through his latest entry on the journal while girl is using a binocular. "Where are they? We've been waiting for hours! The Parent's Visit is couple more days left!" Mabel complained.

"Just wait, Mabel." Dipper sighed as he tucked in his journal. "They're using a boat after all."

"But still! I hope they stay for a long time."

"I just hope they're not banned from coming to Japan at all!"

Mabel then began to jump in joy as she pointed forward and shoved the binocular at her twin. "THEY'RE HERE! THEY'RE HERE!"

"W-Wait, are you serious?!" Dipper took the binocular put it on his eyes. His mouth then carved out a smile. "It's seems that the Stan-O-War has arrived!"

(Y/N)'s POV

Sometime later, both of us twin were walking towards the school gate with an exhausted expression on our face accompanied with Orion and Maiyu who apparently joined our school today. She's currently wearing the school outfit with the addition of her bunny hoodie.

"So, how did you guys get the girls to stop fighting?" I inquired while reading a book about a misadventure of campers.

"Pure luck." Bill said with the same book on his hand. "Damn, this Harrison boy look like me!"

"Are you insane?!" Issei shrieked as his skin became pale, remembering the pool event. "I would've died if I got involved in that! Like they said, hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn and a flaming skull on the motorcycle!"

"Why do I feel like I should be scared of the second one rather than the first with that prescription?" Orion sweatdropped as he kept walking with Maiyu.

"Well, the pervert makes a good point..." Maiyu pulled out a bags of cookies from her pocket. "Don't mess with us, ladies..."

"Noted!" Issei nervously chuckled as he moves closely towards me.

"Besides, I told the girls about your hiding spot." Ori admitted innocently as he walk forward.

"Whatever, at least you didn't-"

"Kid, danger up ahead!" Bill interrupts me as he dropped his book quickly.

At the moment, my left eye burst into blue flames while Ori getting into a battle stance with Maiyu hiding behind him. We then noticed someone standing in front of the school gate.

"Hey, is it a good school?" A man with a white hair asked as he stood in front of the school gate.

"What an interesting gathering, it's almost like fate intertwined us together like a chains." Another man with a similar colored hair appeared out of nowhere, assuming that they are twin. "Hehe, throwback from the first book. I hope this moment didn't get DRAG-ON!"

While Issei remained oblivious, both of me and Orion on our guard as we stood in front of him. His twin however groaned in frustration and look away from us. "Who in the nine realm are you?!" I demanded as chains appeared in my hand.

"I am Vali." The first white haired boy who introduced himself as Vali turned towards us with a smile on his face. "The White Dragon Emperor, the Vanishing Dragon."

Our expression became completely shocked at what Vali had told us. Maiyu gripped on Ori's blazer tightly as she felt terrified by their presence.

"And I'm Samuel, his younger twin brother." The boy with blue hoodie introduced himself as Samuel, giving us a mischievous grin. "And yes, another twin in this story. It's like the author ran out ideas of perfectly good OCs."

"What're you both doing here?!" I asked, holding onto my chains tightly.

"This is the scond time we meet, huh, Welsh Dragon." Vali replied with a smirk on his face. "Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou. The All-Knowing Eyes. The Dream Demon, (Y/N) Hyoudou. And I presume you're the Son of Gaia, Orion Light?"

That got me intrigued as Orion let out a scoff before casually smiled at him. "So, you know about it. Who decide to be the snitch?"

"That's right." In seconds, Vali appeared in front of Issei with his hand in front of his face. Both me and Orion looked at him with a wide eyes. "For example, if I begin to do something magical to Issei Hyoudou here-"

At the moment, three swords went thrust towards Vali's neck. Yuto, Xenovia and even Yusuke were the ones who appeared in that instant. They were holding their Holy-Demonic Sword, the Holy Sword Durandal and the Demonic Sword Yamato towards Vali. All of their eyes were focused on the man before them.

"I don't know what you planning to do but don't you think your joke went too far?" Kiba threaten with a glare in his eyes.

"I can't let you start anything with the Welsh Dragon here, Vanishing Dragon." Xenovia confidently told him as she held onto her sword.

"I would suggest you to stand back or I'll slice you down." Yusuke warned.

"Wow, things about to get EDGY am I right?" Samuel snickers at his own pun.

However, without moving even a bit, Vali showed a confident expression on his face. "It's better if you stopped that. Aren't your hands shaking?"

Like Vali said, their hands were shaking. The swords which could be called tremendous, while grasping the Holy-Demonic sword, Holy sword, and Demonic sword tightly, their expressions were stiffening.

"Vali, stop trying to scare people."

"You used to be fine with it when I did it to those bullies when we were young."

"That's different to this though. You're not CUT to be an EDGElord."

"It's fine to boast," Ignoring his twin brother's pun, Vali replied to his previous statement. "Not knowing the difference between your opponent's strength is strong evidence. Between me and you there is a decisive difference in power. You who couldn't win against the likes of Kokabiel won't be able to win against me."

"But I beat Kokabiel, didn't I?" I scowled at him.

"But with the help of the Lightning Demigod, Yamato user, an Ink Demon and Son of Gaia. Even when you fighting him alone, you succumbed into insanity to reach the same level as him. I would say it as a dumb luck." Vali explained dryly, then turned his attention to Issei. "Issei Hyoudou, what rank do you think your strength is in this world?"

"I-I don't know!" Issei felt nervous around Vali, partly due to the waves of power emanating from him but also how confident that he looked despite people threatening him, he didn't seem to care at all. "I've been told that the Red Dragon Emporer has an outstanding power, but still..."

"Very smooth there, Issei..." I sighed at his pathetic nature.

"S-Shut it! How about you then?"

"I don't know...Maybe over 9000..."

"Hah, I knew you gonna make that reference!" Samuel clapped his hand in amusement at my joke.

"Counting from the top in your condition of the incomplete Balance Breaker, it would be a 4 digit number between 1000 to 1500. No, for a low-tier Devil like you, it should be even lower? There are a lot of strong people in this world." Vali explained.

Yeah, and what about Lord Sirzechs?!" Issei inquired.

"There are a lot of strong people in this world. Even the Crimson Satan, Sirzechs Lucifer won't fit in the Top Ten."

We all made a shocked expression by what he had said except for Orion who merely say, "Saw that coming miles away..."

"Well, that's a shocker." Bill rolled his eyes.

Vali then raised his finger, pointing right at us. "However, the first place is decided. It's a fixed existence."

"Who is this about?" Issei asked once more. "Are you saying you're the first?"

Vali shrugged his shoulders. "You'll know it anyhow. However, it's not me."

"Of course it wasn't you. It's Ultra Instinct Shaggy." I replied with a joke that earned a chuckle from Bill and Ori.

"I believe its Gohan Blanco." Ori suggested with a smile.

"Not if Rolf anything to say to your overrated character." Bill joined in.

"Issei Hyoudou," Vali looked towards Issei. "You're a valuable existence and with training you'll be someone who deserves to be called the Welsh Dragon. It's better if he's raised well, Rias Gremory."

All of us turned around as Rias and the others had arrived at the scene, Rias narrowed her eyes towards Vali as he was smirking at them.

"Vanishing Dragon, what's the meaning of this?" Rias demanded. "If you're having ties with the Fallen Angels then more contact than required is-"

"The Two Heavenly Dragons', the Dragons called that way. Welsh Dragon and Vanishing Dragon. In the past, those related didn't live a satisfactory life. And those who're involved to the Dream Demon and Angel, ended up being driven insane. How will you end up?" At his words, Rias remained silent.

"Sorry for our appearance, Princess Tomato." Samuel interjected, tucking both his hands in a pocket. "We didn't come here to fight today. I just wanted to see the school my brother visited last time. We came to Japan while escorting Azazel, but I was bored. We won't fight either the Welsh Dragon or Dream Demon here, not to mention we have a lot of work to do. Vali's going to learn how to cook."

"My food aren't that terrible!" Vali immediately scold him.

"Really now? So, why monkey and glasses runs away when you decide to show the monstrosities called 'appetizer'?"

"H-Hey, it was a mistake!"

"Yeah, just like your CREEPYpasta."

"Whatever..." Vali turned his heels and left everyone there with nervous feeling going through their bodies. The Knights sheathed their swords but there was no relief to their expression.

"I'm sorry about my brother," Samuel apologized as he kept his grin on his face. "He used to be Papyrus but it's all changed when he received that dragon power. Ever since then he's all FIRE up for battle. Well, gotta go now!" He turned around before looking at me. "Oh, say to Modred that Percival says 'hi'!"

My eyes widened in shock as he left the area, leaving me speechless.

"How in the world he knows?" Bill gulped as he looked at me with a concerned look on his face. "Kid, are you going to be alright?"

"...I don't know..." I replied slowly, feeling nervous with their presence especially Samuel since he manage to hid his aura unlike his brother.

As we were walking towards our classroom, we were approached by Matsuda and Motohama once they walked into the classroom.

"Are your parents coming, Issei?" Matsuda asked.

"Yeah," Issei replied with a sad expression on his face. "More like, both mom and dad said they are coming to see Asia and (Y/N)."

"Now that just sad." Dipper pointed out while giving him a deadpanned expression.

"Ah, I understand." Motohama nodded his head. "If Asia-chan is one's daughter then you would want to come see her by all means...as for (Y/N), he's the intelligent out of you two."

"Shut up." Issei punched him in the face, feeling all depressed.

"That's what happen if you become the pervert of the family..." I bluntly told him, making him more depressed than ever.

"How do you feel, Asia?" Mabel cheerfully asked.

"This sort of thing is a first for me, so I am really excited!" Asia started getting more excited as she kept thinking about the Classroom Visits.

At her announcement, both me and Bill felt that we were being hit by a trains over and over again. 'You got to be kidding me...' Both of us thought at the same time.

"Well, let just hope that a man that was possessed by a triangle demon that could destroy the world didn't get a PTSD for hearing about our Grand-Uncles." Dipper narrowed his eyes at me. "Just imagine their reaction when they saw our mortal enemy reappeared once more."

"Do you want a foot driven into your ass?" I warned, ticked off by him.

"Do they have vendetta against each other?" Matsuda asked Issei who just weakly chuckle.

"Something like that..." Issei replied while sweating nervously.

"(Y/N)." I turned my head and saw Xenovia walking up to me along with Yuki following behind her.

"Wait a second," I held up my hand up, stopping them from moving forward. I then pushed Dipper away forcefully. "Almighty Push!"

"There's nothing Almighty about that!" Dipper complained as he was sent flying away to hit the Perverted Trio as well.

"WHAT DID WE DO?!" They shrieked in pain as all four of them fall to the floor.

"Now, what's wrong?" I asked them, which they responded by lowering their head.

"Sorry for saying that sort of thing suddenly the other day." Xenovia apologized.

"I didn't really help, I don't know what I was doing." Yuki sniffed a bit, feeling ashamed of her action.

"I kept on speaking without thinking about you."

"It's alright." I shook my head while my face flushed slightly in response by what both of them had said.

"That's why..." Xenovia later went into her pockets and pulled out a condom from her pocket with the same stoic expression on her face. All of us looked at her with a shocked expression on our face excluding innocent Asia and Mabel.

"Why the hell did you bring those out while while we're in class?!" I exclaimed, starting to blush like crazy.

"Xeno-chan, stop doing things like that!" Yuki began to fluster. "This isn't the time and place for that! Ugh, I have to get back to class with Onii-san. (Y/N)-chan, please watch her!"

"What's that-Hey!" Mabel was about to ask but Dipper quickly close her eyes while I closed her eyes. "What's give?!"

"Um, what am I supposed to do with-" At that moment Aika walked over and started whispering something in Asia's ear, in seconds Asia's started turned completely red and fainted. Issei looked at Asia with a look of concern on his face.

"Wait, what?" Aika gave a sultry smile. "Is Hyoudou going to become something amazing again?"

"(Y/N), YOU MISSED ONE!" Issei cried out in concern.

"Asia!" I yelled before glaring at the female version of my brother. "Kiryuu, what the hell did you tell her?! Go back thinking on doing some perverted stuff with Issei!"

"SHUT UP! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!" Both Issei and Aika responded as they glared at me.

Asia later woke back up with her face still a deep shade of red, later on Motohama and Mastuda glared at us twin with an irritated expression on their face.

"Issei, (Y/N) you shitty bastard!" Both of them shouted in anger.

"Well, fuck you!" Both of us twin shouted back as they preparing to attack us, until Asia stepped in front of him with her arms help up.

"Everyone, both of them aren't a bad person, please don't bully them." She pleaded.

"Uuh, Asia!" Issei cried out in happiness. "It's only you who is my ally! By the way, COUNTERATTACK!"

"Good idea!" I exclaimed as both of us punched the Lonely Duo in the face, shocking the blonde haired nun.

"Xenovia, what's that actually-NOT AGAIN!" Mabel was about to ask once more and yet again was interrupted by her twin brother.

"Can you please put those away before something else happens?" Dipper demanded.

Somehow the class starts later on, our teacher started handing out clay shaped in rectangles, with or parents in the back watching us.

"Got it, try making something you like with the PVC clay I handed you just now." Our teacher explained. "An animal is fine as well. A person is fine as well. A house is fine as well. Whatever image you're thinking about in your mind right now, try making it into a shape. That sort of English conversation is also there."

"How the fuck this have anything to do with English?" My left eye twitched in annoyance before starting to sculpt out objects out of clay.

"I-It's difficult." Asia started struggling making objects.

"Asia-chan, keep going!" My father cheered her on.

"Asia-chan, you're looking cute!" My mother joined in as she smiled at her.

I started thinking hard about what we were going to sculpt with clay before starting the back of my head with a strained expression on my face.

"Come on, (Y/N)! I know you can do it!" At my parents calling me out, I started sculpting out the clay with his eyes closed and sighed slightly. Once I started hearing several astonished gasps from all around me and Issei, as I opened my eyes and saw several male students looking at me with starts in their eyes.

"What? Never heard of privacy?" I narrowed my eyes at them, feeling irritated.

"(Y/N), I'll give you 5000 for Rias-Senpai!"

"No, I'll give you 6000 for Rias-Onee-sama! I'll be skillful with Gremory-Senpai's body!"

"Don't joke with me! I'll buy it! Tonight she'll keep me company! 8000!"

"Rias-What the hell?!" I looked down and noticed that I had sculpted a detailed statue of Rias winking at me. I placed my hand on my head with a shocked expression on my face. 'What the hell is this?!'

I turned my head and noticed that Issei had sculpted a statue of a woman that he probably saw in anime...but his expression seems to be confused. None perverted gesture or whatsoever as he ignored everyone bidding for my statue. He just stare at the statue with confusion.

"Damn, I can sold those!" I shivered in fear as I slowly looked back and saw an old man with glasses on, inspecting Dipper's statue closely.

"Hey, I don't plan on selling them, Great Uncle Stan." Dipper denied his offer as he kept on sculpting a dragon.

"Hey, I'm just giving a suggestion."

"You're not gonna steal it during midnight, Stanley." Another old man scolded his twin, narrowing his eyes at Stanley.

"H-Hey, don't accuse me of something l-like that, Stanford!"

"Leave that kid some slacks will ya..." The man now named Stanford sighed.

"Great...it's Fortsy and Lee..." Bill slammed his head on a nearby wall. "What next? Question Mark and Llama?"

"Don't jinx it..." I whispered with a comical tears running down from my eyes.

Later on, during the lunch break, I gave the statue to Rias who felt grateful and impressed by it. "It is well made. You are adorable, truly adorable, aren't you?" She complimented while touching the statue made of PVC clay.

"Ara ara, as expected of (Y/N)-kun who looks and touches Buchou's body everday. Standing in front of the NEW vending machine, Akeno gently looked upon me. She also surprised by the quality of the statue. Her eyes brazenly gazed upon me. "Would you make one for me as well net time? If you want to reproduce my body I will remove my clothes. "Please don't mention that again, that was too embarrassing." I sighed while blushing red.

At the moment, we started seeing a large number of male students with cameras heading towards the gym. The three of us looked at the running students with a shocked expression on our face. I turned my head and saw Yuki in the hall.

"Hey, Yuki!" I gained her attention as she turned around and looked at me. "Do you know what's going on?"

"Oh, Onii-san heard something about a witch being in the Gym." She explained. "So, he went to go and check it out."

"A witch? Are they saying 'So-tan!' or something like that?"

"Y-Yes, and she seems...distressed."

"Of course she is..."

"You know what it is?" Ori raised his eyebrow in interest.

"Let just say me and weirdness can't be separate." I walked down the corridor with the others following after me.

As we moved closer, we saw a large crowd of students taking pictures of a familiar girl in a magical girl outfit who was posing in front of the said large crowd of students with cameras. She didn't seems that distressed and was enjoying it. Turning to Issei, I saw that Issei's eyes were lustfully on the woman's panties, until I swiftly punched him in the head, forcing his body backwards and away.

"Nice punch," Ori giving me a thumbs up.

"Don't mention it." I shrugged my shoulders.

"Hey, hey! You, who's doing a photography shoot on a public path!" Coming into the gym was a Saji along with an irritated expression on his face, along with other girls who worked with the Student Council. "Hey, hey, disperse! Today's the day for displaying classes to the public! Don't make ruckus at this kind of place!" Saji started ordering the students with cameras outside of the gym but some of them weren't listening to them.

"Well, it seems you need some help Saji bro." I pointed out.

"Yeah?" Issei turned his head towards me.

"Remember middle school?"

"During the time where we discover Metal and play Halo?"

"Yeah...remember the situation where there's a lot a bullies surrounding us?"

"I don't like what you're thinking..." Issei gulped nervously, earning some confused looks on everyone face.

I gave a devious grin towards him. "Wanna do 'Get Help?'"

"Do you have any bright idea?"

"I'm sorry, I'm confuse here..." Rias looking at us with a confused expression. "What is this 'Get Help' you mentioning?"

Both of us looks at each other as Issei let out a defeated sigh before slumping forward like a ragdoll as I quickly caught him. This shocked everyone as Rias immediately felt concerned by both of us.

"GET HELP! GET HELP! MY BROTHER IS DYING!" I pleaded as I began to drag Issei's body towards the crowd. The woman noticed followed by the crowd. "PLEASE GET A DOCTOR! MY BROTHER IS DYING!" I shouted as I kept on dragging my twin before throwing him towards the crowd as they all fall down like a domino stacks except for the girl.

"That's so immature...yet so AWESOME!" Ori laughed as everyone gawked at the display.

I began to laugh, helping my brother up. "Hahaha, classic..."

"But still embarrassing..." Issei groaned in pain.

"Now, we got your attention! GET OUT!"

All of the students slowly get out of the Gym while groaning like a zombies as I dusted off Issei's shirt. I then turned my attention to the magician girl. She gasped in shock before quickly grasp my hands and smiled. "You're that cute kid from the last time! We meet again!"

"Yes, yes we do." I immediately smiled at her as she began to blush because of it. "So what're you doing here anyway?"

"I'm visiting So-tan!"

"Glad that you had your lovely reunion," Saji interrupted, shooting me a glare as he felt jealous from our interaction. He then turned his sights on the girl dressed in a magical girl outfit. "You, please don't wear that kind of costume. Even you're visiting, you know there's a dress code according to the place. This is troublesome!"

"Eh, but this is my uniform." She pouted cutely.

"What's this? Saji, I always tell you to settle things concisely..." Sona walked into the Gym wondering what's with the commotion all about. She looked towards the magical girl and her expression paled.

"So-tan! Found you!" At the moment the magical girl charged towards Sona with an ecstatic expression on her face and hugged her.

"Correct," Seris nodded her head, giving us her signature motherly smile. "She's Serafall Leviathan, Sona's older sister."

Everyone except for Rias's and my expression became completely shocked at what Seris had told us, as we looked towards Serafall.

"She's Lord Leviathan?!" Issei shouted, feeling beyond shock.

"This childlike attitude lady is Sona's older sister?!" Bill was flabbergasted by this.

"Lord Serafall, it's been a long time." Rias walked towards Serafall and greeted her.

"Ara, Rias-chan. Long time~ Have you been doing well?" Serafall asked happily.

"Y-Yes. Thanks to you. Did you come today for Sona's class visit?"

"Yeah, Sona-chan is really mean." Serafall pouted. "She didn't tell me about today! Geez, Because of the shock, Onee-chan was going to attack Heaven."

"Please tell me she's joking?!" I looked towards her with a deadpanned expression on my face.

"N-Nice to meet you, I am Issei Hyoudou." Issei walked towards Serafall and bowed his head out of respect. "I am Rias Gremory-sama's servant, pawn! I'll be under your care!"

"Well, we never properly introduce ourselves. I'm his twin brother, (Y/N) Hyoudou..." I slightly bowed my body like a gentleman. "I am the King of the Cipher Clan but still a part of the Gremory's House."

"Nice to meet you. I am the Great Satan Serafall Leviathan. But for (Y/N)-tan, call me Levi-tan!" Serafall gave us a peace sign while turning sideways, she then looked towards Sirzechs with curious expression on her face. "Hey, Sirzechs-chan. Are these boys are the rumored Dragon-kun and Dream Demon-kun?"

"Yes, the person in which the Welsh Dragon resides, Issei Hyoudou while his twin is the All-Knowing One, (Y/N) Hyoudou."

Serafall then smiled and waved at Lord Gremory. "Ara ara, Uncle Gremory."

"Yes, Lord Serafall." Lord Gremory replied. "This is another novel uniform. I somewhat think as a Great Satan how it is but..."

"No it's completely not..." I muttered, giving her another deadpanned look on my face.

"Yeah...I don't see everyone walking around like that in our normal daily life..." Bill said, having the same feeling as me. It seems that Lord Gremory felt the same way as he smiling nervously.

"Bill, we're a Demons...in which part of our life is normal?"

"Sona-chan, what's wrong?" Serafall then looked towards Sona whose face was completely reddened. "Your face is completely red, you know? Since it's the long awaited reunion with your Onee-sama, me, I think it would be better if you were a bit happier? Onee-sama! So-tan! Calling like that and embracing each other in a Yuri way, that sort of development is fine with me as well, Onee-chan!"

"Wait, did she just say Yuri?!" I flabbergasted at the fact she just said it out loud.

"It seems she have some sort of sister complex..." Ori observed with a sweatdrop on his forehead.

"...O-Onee-sama." Sona called out. "This is my school and I am entrusted with the job of the Student Council President here...no matter how close relatives we are, Onee-sama's behavior is, too much...I can't approve of that sort of outfit."
