T.W. Sick Logan (mentions vomit/throwing up/bile [that kinda thing] a few times)
Logan lay on his side, curled into a ball groaning slightly as he ran a hand through his sweat soaked hair. His arm was clutching his stomach, and he fought everything inside him, not wanting to cough.
He knew he needed to go and get a drink, some food, and possibly his boyfriend, who would be able to help him, but he didn't have the energy, nor did he have the patience to deal with anyone else. Not to mention, he didn't really have a voice, which meant he wouldn't be able to answer the questions everyone would have.
It was his own fault really, he knew he should've gone to bed earlier. Really, he shouldn't have left bed the day before, but he did. He had work to do, and a little sickness wasn't going to stop him. But when he threw up after lunch yesterday, he really should have gone to bed. Curse his stubbornness.
His arms tightened around his stomach as he felt his stomach knot slightly. He didn't want to throw up, not again. He'd spent too long hunched over the toilet already, his throat was so sore, he didn't think he could handle any more bile.
He wanted to cuddle his boyfriend, so badly, but at the same time, he didn't want to get him sick and said boyfriend was much worse about hiding how sick he was than Logan.
See, whenever Logan is sick, he doesn't want to be a bother and he doesn't want to get anyone else sick. Plus, if he stays in his room, he can work without letting anyone else know of his sickness and overworking.
But when Deceit was sick, he would say around everyone else, making sure he didn't get them sick, of course, and lie about how he felt. He would say he was fine, only to excuse himself moments later and rush off to the bathroom. The only way Logan would get him to admit he was sick was by trying to kiss him, which made Deceit push him away. The decent thing was, that Logan would be the one to make him admit he was sick, so Logan would be able to look after him.
He felt the familiar feeling of vomit rising in his throat and he managed to stumble to the bathroom and lean over the toilet just in time. Despite the smell triggering him vomiting more, he was more focused on how bad his throat hurt.
He whined, feeling pathetic. Why was he so bad when it came to dealing with his emotions and somewhat pride. He didn't want them finding out how sick he really was, and he didn't want to leave his room in case he had to rush to the bathroom again.
He leaned against the cool wall. He was burning up, and he didn't know what to do. No one had come to check on him, yet, and he was hoping it stayed that way, however, he also wanted someone to come so he could ask them to get Deceit for him, somehow.
He dragged himself back to bed, reaching to grab his phone and calling Deceit's number. He wasn't all too sure why they all had phones, but he wasn't complaining. They were a good idea in times like these, where someone is sick and in need of comfort, and not having a voice.
"Logan." Deceit's voice filtered through the phone and Logan was sure he could cry out of relief. When he was sick he got very clingy and having not seen his boyfriend in a day or two, he was glad to hear his voice.
"De..." He managed out, his voice hoarse, and a rough cough ripped through as soon as the syllable had left his mouth. He was sent into a slight coughing fit, and before he knew what was happening, Deceit had hung up the phone and was sat next to his boyfriend.
"Logan, you should have come to me." He scolded, not meaning anything by it other than wanting his boyfriend to be okay.
"Sor-" Logan was cut off by the bitter taste in his throat and he rushed off to the bathroom, gagging into the toilet. He coughed as he threw up, and Deceit frowned at his boyfriend. When would he learn?
At least when Deceit was sick, he was never this sick, it was usually just a cold or something small, not burning up with a fever and throwing up every few minutes.
"Sorry." Logan finally managed out, wiping the edges of his mouth, cringing at how sore his throat was. He reached up and flushed the toilet. "I..."
"Love, you can't talk." Deceit sighed, pulling Logan to his feet, watching how he sagged when he had to support his own weight. "Come on, let's get you to bed, and I can get you some food and water."
"Tea?" Logan looked up at his boyfriend with wide eyes as they walked back to Logan's bed.
"Sure. Just some honey and lemon tea, nothing too much, okay?"
Logan nodded, flopping against his pillow and pulling his blanket up to his chest, shivering as his warmth faded.
"Cold." He mumbled.
"Logan, Stop talking." He frowned, summoning an icepack to rest against his boyfriend's forehead. "Leave this there, it will help. I know you're cold, but five minutes is all I ask, okay?"
Logan nodded, rubbing his eyes slightly. "Cuddle." He managed to whisper.
"Later. I have to get you a drink and some food. You're losing a lot of fluids, and you need the food to regain your strength."
Logan whined but nodded, watching Deceit walk out of the room with a fond shake of the head. He coughed loudly, gripping the sheets to try and distract him from the pain he felt in his chest and throat.
He groaned and closed his eyes, wanting to sleep, but also wanting to be awake when his boyfriend came back.
When he heard the door open, his eyes opened slightly, revealing two sides in front of him. Deceit had gone and gotten Patton to help him.
"Logan..." Patton sighed sadly. "You can't keep hiding this."
"Tell it to him," Logan mumbled, flicking his eyes to Deceit, who huffed.
"This is about you." Deceit placed the cup of tea on the bedside table and sat next to his boyfriend's curled up figure.
Logan mumbled a small complaint as Deceit moved the icepack from his forehead, something about how he was using that.
While Patton left to get some food, Deceit helped Logan sit up. He frowned as Logan sagged against him and looked up at him pleadingly.
"What, Star?" Deceit smiled fondly and pressed a kiss to his forehead.
"Yucky," Logan mumbled, burying his face in Deceit's shoulder. The action caused Deceit to shiver slightly, and Logan hummed in amusement. "Cuddle."
"Later. You have to eat, remember."
"No. Don't wanna. Throat sore."
"You have to. You haven't eaten since lunch yesterday when you ran off to your room afterwards. You refused dinner, and any form of a snack, you also refused a drink. You need to regain some of your energy and fluids. You've sweated a lot, and you have thrown up."
"But food bad."
"It's not going to be much, it's just some bland soup and crackers if you're up to eating them."
"Then cuddles?"
"Then cuddles." Deceit nodded, pressing a kiss to Logan's cheek, smiling as the flush on his cheeks darkened slightly
Patton soon returned with the bowl of soup and helped Deceit feed Logan. He only got about halfway through the soup before he pushed it away, feeling as though he was about to throw up again.
Patton glanced to Deceit who sighed slightly. He nodded and looked at his boyfriend's face, him somehow looking even sicker. "He won't manage anymore, and we can feed him later. Leave the crackers and maybe after some rest, he'll eat later."
Patton nodded and took the bowl of soup away, leaving the two boyfriends on Logan's bed.
"Do you want to lay down?" Deceit ran his fingers through Logan's hair, smiling fondly as he leaned into the touch.
"Cuddle?"
"Yes, we can cuddle."
Logan smiled fondly and as he lay down, turned away from his boyfriend, dissolving into a coughing fit. Whining in pain afterwards.
Deceit wrapped his arms around Logan's waist, holding him so his back was flush with Deceit's chest. They lay there for a while and before long, Logan was flat out asleep, Deceit following suit shortly after.
After a few days of Deceit and Patton caring for Logan, with some help from Virgil and Roman (who just served as a distraction most of the time), Logan was back to full health. He made sure to thank everyone for helping him and apologised for worrying them.
He made sure to thank his boyfriend more than everyone else for constantly being by his side. He showered him with kisses and cuddles and as they lay together one evening, he looked up at his boyfriend.
"Thank you," Logan mumbled, propping himself up on his elbow, allowing him to look down at his boyfriend's face.
"You don't have to thank me, star."
"But you went out of your way to make sure I felt better, so I think I do."
"Hmm." Deceit smiled fondly and pulled Logan down so their lips were inches apart. "How about you just kiss me and we let this whole thing go?"
"Sounds like a good idea." Logan smiled, a soft blush coating his cheeks and he leaned down, connecting their lips.
Deceit's arms draped over his waist, and they lay kissing lazily for a while. And even as they parted, neither moved away from one another. They were content to lay cuddling until they both fell asleep in one another's arms.
