Lol joke, I freaking hate it. I honestly don't have any idea why people ship it. I mean, no ship hate and all that but... It's Snape. Snape, a 35+ year old teacher and Hermione, a young student. That is illegal in the muggle world and I assume the same for the wizarding one!

I can't think of any scenes that actually would cause someone to ship it. Apart from her handing her homework in, and him calling her 'an insufferable know it all'...

Plus, it's Hermione?!? Do you really think Hermione would fall in love with the dungeon bat? I don't think so.

I think ships like this are quite damaging, to be honest, because it portrays unhealthy relationships in a positive way. The idea of a pure and innocent girl (child) offering a long suffering and bitter anti-hero (that is old) the chance of redemption is not a good one. It teaches that you should stay with someone who is not right for you because you can 'save' them but I think I'm going too much into this... so I am going to shut up.

What do you think? Sorry if I have offended anyone who ships this, but that's how I feel. Any requests? :) Narcissa Malfoy is next!
