So I've been thinking of a story for around 8 months now. Well 2. I've dropped my first idea because I find this other idea more interesting.

I need help developing characters and coming up with designs. I've yet to see if I want to have this story told from many points for view or from one. Each character is still barely developed. I have a 3-4 with a design. I'm not even sure if they will be final. I have 7 characters total so far. Their names are final, but their genders aren't. Only 2 have a semi-developed back story and relation ships between people are not really found out. All I know is that the ice and fire character don't get along. I know cliché right? I'm not going to put the whole thing here because someone could steal the idea. I doubt it, but you never know.

I need some advice on character development. I'm also not sure if I want this to be an online comic, a book with some pictures, or a cross between pages of writing and panels.
