It had been a few years since Whisper and her kin had brought Fear to the Charred Council. Whisper was so happy that they allowed him to join the horsemen.

Though Fear and War still have an unresolved rivalry, he has fit in pretty well. He does get work that the council assigns him, but he takes forever to finish it obviously.

Whisper and Fear now resemble 16 year olds. Fear has gotten his own room at the Horsemens realm. They had put it to a vote of where he should live.

The overall was that he live outside the tower, seeing as how the past has given Whispers kin their opinions about him. Fear now has a small cottage-like house.

Whisper is glad that he has chose to join, but sad that he lives out of the tower. Death tells her it is required until they know they can trust him with their own lives.
