Nightfeather turned to his clanmates, looking at them nervously.

"What do we do now?" he asked, desperately staring at the group of cats that stood next to him.

Scorchpaw, Bramblepool and Saltbreeze grinned, unsheathing their claws and walking towards him.

"We know exactly what to do." Nightfeather met his clanmates gazes in horror. "W-Why?" he begged.

"Maplestar was weak, and no other cat could possibly lead it here. We will be the leaders of the new HorizonClan, the mountain is ours!" Bramblepool grinned.

Nightfeather choked as they all leapt on top of him, their claws leaving cuts all over him until Saltbreeze slit his throat.

"Goodnight Nightfeather."

The moon shone down into the mountain, and the figures of exiled cats appeared along with the now living figures of once dead traitors.

Bluedawn and the newly named Hollytail leapt onto the high rock together, and waited as Dewshine, Lightstreak, Sharpmoss, Bramblepool, Acornfeather, Scorchpetal and Saltbreeze gathered around.

"HorizonClan is ours!" the cats yowled, looking up triumphantly to the night sky.
