(Y/N)'s Pov

I was super bored. I had to find something to do.

I look around my room to see if I could find anything fun to do.

I spot my Death Note DVD sitting on my work desk. Perhaps I was going to watch it another day.

Well, why not watch it today?

I walk over to my desk when I stand on something cold.

"What the-?" I kneel down and pick up a piece of paper which just so happened to be...

"WHAT THE FUCK?! WHO TOUCHED MY DEATH NOTE MANGA?!" I yell.
I live alone with my dog, so obviously it had to be her/him.

"That little shit..." I say to myself, shoving the torn piece of the manga into my pyjamas pocket.

I grab the Death Note DVD and put it in the DVD player. I then sat in front of my TV and watch it.

"Oh L...Why can't you be real?!" I ask myself.

I had a huge crush on L from the series. It was such a shame I couldn't be with him right now. I just want to hug him!

I give a small sigh to myself.

It was then L made that cute smile that really made my heart melt. That smile could light up the whole world!

I put my hand up to my TV screen.

"Why? Why can't you see how much I love you?" I whisper quietly to myself.

It was at that moment, I felt my hand sink into the TV screen...!

"Wh-What the hell?!" I shout as my whole arm disappears into the TV.

"Not good! Not good!" I keep saying to myself as the rest of me was sucked into the TV.

I land on a hard floor with a thud.

"Ouch!" I sit up and rub the back of my head.

"Wh-Who are you?" I heard a voice behind me.

I turn around to see all the members of the taskforce and L staring at me in confusion.

I start sweating badly. I wasn't exactly dressed to fit the scene. I was dressed in my Death Note pyjamas and my hair looked like I hadn't washed it in 3 weeks!

"S-Sorry to barge in like this! My name is (F/N) (L/N)!"

"How did you get here?" L asked, looking me up and down. "And how do you know my identity?"

He obviously saw the L logo and his face on my pyjamas. I felt my cheeks heat up a little.
I still couldn't believe I was here, L sitting before me! I want to hug him! But I know I can't do that right now.

"I-I don't know exactly how I got here. I sorta came through my TV. It's kinda complicated", I say. "I also know L's identity because where I come from, you all exist in an anime and manga series called Death Note! I've watched it all and I know everything about everyone!"

"Really? Interesting. Is that why you're wearing those pyjamas?" L asked.

My cheeks went bright red.

"Y-Yeah! I'm a big fan of the series! And you could say that I really like L and he has nothing but my respect!" I say.

The taskforce members looked at me like I was some sort of alien. L put his thumb to his lip.

"Is that so? Thank you", he said.

I was trying so hard not to release my inner fangirl and attack L with a hug.

L stood up and walked over to a window and looked out it.
I slowly followed him.

'This is aggravating! I just want to hug him and not let go!'

'Stay calm (Y/N)! Stay calm! You mustn't act like this! He'll think you're crazy!'

"(Y/N), if you know everything about everyone, do you know who Kira is?" L asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Of course! Kira is Light Yagami!" I say.

"Do you have any proof?"

I reach into the pocket of my pyjamas and pull out the torn piece of the Death Note manga I found earlier and gave it to L.

"Here".

L took the piece and held it between his index finger and thumb.

"I understand now. Everything seems to fit into place", he said, before handing me the piece of manga and turning to me.

"Thank you (Y/N). You've been a great help", L said. He flashed me that cute smile that made me want to cry.

I couldn't hold it in anymore.
I lunge at L and wrap my arms around him, hugging him tightly.
And he didn't feel like pixels! He felt warm! Like a real human being!

I hear L slightly gasp at my sudden actions.

"What are you doing (Y/N)?" He asked.

I let him go, but I keep a hold of his arm.

"I'm sorry, I just love you so much!!"
I squeal, giggling. A slight blush spreading across my cheeks.

"Y-You what?"

"You're just so cute! And I've fallen in love with you!"

I notice L's cheeks go slightly pink.

"You think that of me?" He asked.

"Yep!"

"That's nice of you to say. Thank you", he said, smiling at me again.

He patted my head and went to sit back down.

'Fuck it! I'm not washing my hair!' I thought.

"I could fall for you too, you know", L said.

Wait! WHAT?! L was admittingthat he liked me?! This is the greatest day of my life!!

"(Y/N)..." I hear L say.

"(Y/N)? (Y/N)! Wake up!"

I shot out of bed to find my mum standing at the side of my bed. I forgot she was coming to visit today.

It was all just a dream...?

No...!

I feel tears forming in my eyes as I slowly start to sob.

"(Y/N)? What's wrong?" My mum wrapped her arms around me and pulled me into a hug.

"Why do bad things happen to good people?" I sob.

"It's okay (Y/N)", my mum stroked my hair as I continue to cry into her shirt.

L's Pov

(Y/N)...

We will meet again soon...

"Alright. Take him away".

Light Yagami was then sent to prison...
