Update! - I GOT AN L BODY PILLOW!!

(Y/N)'s Pov

For some reason, I don't even know why, but I managed to sneak a body pillow of L into the taskforce. How have they not noticed it? I could ask you the same thing! I honestly had no idea!

So basically, now that I'm working on the Kira case with the taskforce, I was pretty much at work all the time. So, I just decided to move in until we catch Kira.

-Flashback-

I had arrived at Headquarters. From now until we catch Kira, this is where I'll be staying.

L gave me the keys to my room when I came in. I went upstairs to my room and unpacked my things. I quickly threw my body pillow under my bed. I didn't want anyone to see it! What if there were cameras in the room?!

I came back down the stairs to where everyone was.

"Is there any cameras in my room?" I asked L.

"Not at the moment" he replied. "No one's ever gone in that room before. It was a mess before you arrived, so I had Watari clean it up for you. But, if we grow suspicious of you, I won't hesitate to put cameras in your room."

Even if he did suspect me of being Kira, he wouldn't tell me when he would set the cameras up. That's a problem. Since I literally can't sleep without my body pillow, if I decide to sleep with it tonight, L may be watching on the cameras.
Oh god! Just the thought of L catching me with a body pillow of him is so embarrassing!

-End Of Flashback!-

It was annoying because it's been about three days since I hadn't slept with my body pillow, and it was starting to get to me. I couldn't help but think that L was watching my every move! It's sounds creepy, and it is!

It was getting late and I was starting to doze off whilst working. I didn't want to fall asleep too soon! That wouldn't help my situation!

"(Y/N), if you're tired, you should go to bed" L said, making me jump.
"I'll finish your work if I really have to."

"There's no need to do that!" I yelled.
"You have far too much work to do! You don't need to worry about mine!"

L gave me a very serious look.

"(Y/N), I can see you are trying hard to keep yourself awake" L says. "Look, just go to bed, okay? You need sleep. It's not good for your health if you stay awake."

"Listen to who's talking" I reply.

"We've had this discussion before. I don't sleep", L said. "If you don't go to bed, I will carry you to bed."

'OMG! Please do!' I thought.

"Alright, alright!" I say getting up.

'God dammit (Y/N)!!'

I walked upstairs and into my room, very tired.
I was so sleepy, I didn't even care. I pulled out my body pillow of L and fell, face first on my bed. I dozed off completely, not caring what position I was lying in, or if L was even watching me!

L's Pov

(Y/N) has been acting strange recently. I don't know why, but it's caused me to suspect her of being Kira. I had Watari place cameras in her room.

I came back to my computer screen after doing some paper work. I turned on the cameras to (Y/N)'s room.

I saw her holding some strange object. I was curious to see what it was, so I zoomed in to see for myself.

When I saw what it was, I was in shock.

It was some sort of pillow with myself on it. I had no idea of how she came into possession of it. My identity has been kept a secret from the world! Or did (Y/N) make it herself? I wasn't sure. But the question was Why did she have it? Does she like me in some sort of way? Well, there really is no other way of looking at it.
I didn't know how to react to this. If she does like me, I guess there is only one way to settle it.

I got up and made my way to (Y/N)'s room. Once I got inside, I slowly took her pillow of me from under her arm and put it to the side. I slipped myself under her arm and pulled it over me.

"I'm sure this is how you do it" I mumbled to myself.

'(Y/N) would get a big surprise when she finds out her pillow is the real thing' I thought, and cuddled with her, soon falling asleep myself.

-Next Morning-

(Y/N)'s Pov

I woke up to heavy breathing on my neck.

"Ugh. What the heck?" I say, still very tired.

I open my eyes slowly.

OMG!

In the place where my body pillow was, was the real L! His arms were wrapped around me and he was cuddling into me.

Wait! The only reason L could be here right now is if he saw me hugging my body pillow of him on camera! Dammit! I knew I should have stayed awake!

"Holy Crap!" I yelled out of shock and embarrasment, not even caring that L was asleep.

And he looked so cute asleep! ❤

I tried to break out of L's hug to actually see what was going on, but he kept a tight grip on me.

"Ugh, (Y/N)?" L asked, opening his eyes slowly to look at me.

I blushed quite badly.

"Wh-What are you doing in my bed?!" I stammered.

He smirked at me.

"Isn't this what you want?" He asked me, still not letting me go.

That sly little...
So he had been watching me on camera!

I blushed even more.

"It-It's not what you think!" I stuttered. I was too embarrassed to even think of what to say!

"Oh really?" L asked. "Why do you have that then?" He pointed to my body pillow. "You really like me, don't you?"

"It's just...cause I want...uh..."

I tried really hard to think of something. I did really like L. LOVE him, in fact! But me being me, I just couldn't say that straight to his face without feeling really awkward!

"You want something to keep you company? Something to cuddle? Something to show your love to?" L said, smirking again.

Yes, yes, and YES!!!

I hid my face in embarrassment.

"You don't have to be embarrassed, (Y/N)" L said, taking my hands away from my face. "I'll happily cuddle with you and keep you company if you want me to. I know you really like me. There's an 80% chance that you do."

L and his percentages.

"You...don't mind this?" I asked a little surprised.

"No, of course not. You are very warm when I cuddle you, (Y/N). I enjoy your company, you know" L closed his eyes and smiled at me.

"Well, I'm glad. Thank you!" I say, giggling like the idiot fangirl I was.
"I enjoy your company too. More than a pillow."

"Well, looks like you won't be needing that pillow anymore then" L says.

"Who needs a pillow, when you have the real thing?" I ask, eventually getting over my embarrassment.

"Exactly" L laughed a bit, and his cheeks went a little red. Cute.
I giggled too.

I then wrapped my arms around him and we hugged each other again, before I kissed his cheek.

"You're the best Ryuzaki!" I say, with a big smile on my face.

And with that, he kisses me on the lips. I was surprised at first but quickly kissed back, sharing a sweet kiss.

I just wish that moment could last forever.
